My fav grocery store, during the year of covid I injured my back. Picking up groceries from Aisles has saved me much stress!Always friendly and willing to help!

This is the only place I know of in the area that has grocery pickup. You can choose your own substitutions in the event something is out of stock.

HYVEE has a good selection of food for your family a few items that Walmart doesnt sell so overall a good environment to shop at.

I’d like to recognize the impressive team in the pharmacy. They are very efficient and effective in serving local consumers. I’m from the cities and I’ve NEVER dealt with an error free pharmacy; I’m quite impressed!The retail store is quite alluring. Check out the Meat or Sea Food Counter; here you will find the most beautiful selection of protein in New Ulm. Truthfully, every department has an edge over the grocery competition in the area. When you are lucky enough to score a pumpkin pie, grab it from the bakery!Cashiers are lovely. However, buyer beware “are you a senior citizen” on Wednesday’s is a rude, cruel and demeaning question. I’m obviously far from that age and as much as I ask them and the manager to stop asking, they continued. Guess what, they lost my grocery business. Only I know what I spent per week but it was enough. I miss shopping there. I guess I didn’t matter.

$4 Redbull 12oz... $2.59 one block away. All prices were incredibly high while same products in other stores next to them were MUCH cheaper. Will never go again.

Good variety of deli. Appreciate also that they carry my mustard potato salad, and gluten free items.

This place is always busy but the store needs some upgrades & revamping. I found a small gluten free section but no health food section like the Hill top Hy-Vee + Fairmont Hy-Vee. Very little organic stuff.

Items I needed were on sale! Always a plus. Selection of products is great! Aisles are clearly marked up above. Always smiling and friendly service!

Love the health market in Hilltop location, they do a great job of keeping allergy friendly items in stock.

Big, bright, spacious, clearly laid out. Well stocked with a wide range of the usual supermarket ranged plus, very pleasingly, a few items that were possibly unique to this region.Best of all as a visitor from the.metropolitan twin cities, seemed to me could still sense a small town atmosphere here. Bit less tension in peoples shoulders, bit less self-absorbsion and more engagement. In space of 15-30 mins I felt or got more genuine greetings and offers of help with my groceries here than at any other supermarket in Saint Paul or Minneapolis in recent memory

I shopped at Hy-Vee when I was a kid I grew up in Iowa so we had Hy-Vee. The Hy-Vee we have now is way different I like it its fun the self checkouts those are great to have. Overall I like the new Hy-Vee, the old Hy-Vee still is my favorite Cedar Falls Iowa.

The sushi is okay and tastes good. Produce usually looks good too.

I live out of state and always use Hy-Vee Floral for floral arrangements for my mom in a nearby town. I always send them every year on her birthday and on some hard days for our family every year, most recently today. I opted to do the Florist Choice and I am amazed at how beautiful they turned out. I honestly think that I will order them this way from now on. Thank you to the Florist/Staff at Hy-Vee Floral for helping my mom know how much she is loved and thought of on a hard day like today. I highly recommend anyone to use this floral shop for any floral needs. I have yet to be disappointed in all of the floral arrangements Ive ordered over the years. And also, thank you for delivering to neighboring small towns. I appreciate it SO much!

I like to shop here. They have a good selection and the workers are friendly and helpful.

Not a great selection of you have specific dietary needs, but just fine if you dont. Most employees are helpful and friendly, but there are a few who seem like they would rather be anywhere else. Also, there are not nearly enough cart returns in the parking lot.

Big box grocery with a small town feel. Small Hy-vee and slightly difficult to navigate but they did have everything I needed. It would be nice if the checkout belts were longer. Alizabeth was the cashier and she was friendly and polite.

All the cashiers that ring up your groceries are always rude! Premade pinwheels are soggy&bakery desserts are always dried out.Staff in corner deli where the cheese is will just tell you sorry thats not their dept&wont help you find someone else to help you.

Went to pick up stuffed pork chops, twice baked potatos, bacon wrapped sirloin and bacon wrapped chicken with 3 cheeses for the holidays. Love Hy-Vee meat dept they have the best.

It was just that, ok. My husband ordered a tenderloin sandwich didnt come with a bun, also asked for lettuce tomato and onion, well they said they couldnt do that either unless they could check it out. They asked if he wanted sides. He got 2 sides. THEN they asked us if we wanted silver ware!!! Well DUH!!! HORRIBLE,HORRIBLE service

Ordered groceries this morning to pick up at 4pm misty called at 4pm that they were short staffed and running behind after we r already there. at 5:50 still bo phone call that groceries are ready so called her. she was rude about it and said she called earlier still being rude first and last time ordering will take my business elsewhere. the guy that brought groceries was kind and apologized.

Not happy with how the store is set up. It is hard to find items so it takes longer to shop. I usually have to go up and down every aisle just to find one or two things.

Received a text saying my Hy-Vee Online Aisle order was ready, so I showed up at Hy-Vee and called their number told them I was here and which parking space I was in.the lady sounded like she was preoccupied with other things but said okay thanks. Fast forward 30 minutes later I call again for them to tell me they never got notification I was out there and that I should have called after 10 minutes of waiting. The entire process took well over 45 minutes so in the end I should have just went in and shopped. Unfortunately I banked on the convenience but in the end just ended up being late for the rest of the day. Not only that Hyvee never seems to have stocked items compared to Cashwise and Walmart of New Ulm.

The people in the meat department are very helpful and friendly and the meat is some of the best meat I have ever had.. Produce is fresh most of the time. The cashiers are always very friendly.. My favorite grocery store ever!!! Keep up the good work..
