Bought a Alheira. So salty I couldn’t eat it. Really sad as I’m 1000 miles away from the store and was so happy when I bought it. Very disappointed. Gave 2 stars because, historically, I’ve had good experiences with Cortes products. Sad I can’t say the same about the Alheira

The butcher of choice for my family for over 20 years. Even when we moved out of Newark, we still make the trek down when the meat freezer starts running low. Yes -- we have a freezer just for meat. They also have really good presunto. If youre a fan of cured meats (or just meat in general), Id highly recommend you check this place out to satisfy your carnal desires.

I quiver with excitement when I think of their Chorizo. Been a family tradition for over 50 years. Make the trek down neck a few times a year even though we live an hour away.
