Great store, they helped me print out some photos from my phone and even set it so the photo would look great in the matting of the frame. They had a great selection of photography equipment too. I would definitely recommend this small local business

Nice staff who are open and helpful. they will patiently go through all your questions with you even if they dont have anything to sell to you. if things can be done cheaper nearby they will tell you. but if they have what you need in stock the price is fair

The little guy with the long hair behind the counter greats you with disrespect. I dont understand why he is so rude. If he wasnt as rude I would give the place 5 stars. Everyone knows in there is respectful and helpful. That one guy though will talk to you like you broke something in the store, even if you just walked in. Like calm down bud I dont need to fight you I just need a lense cleaner jerk.

Got some film developed here. The people were helpful and they have a nice store. They called me when the film was ready to be picked up and the price was good.

They are awesome. Went in with a problem with flash on my camera and they cleaned and fixed it. No charge. Always support your local business.

This is the last/best store front camera store in Delaware. Years ago there was a sister store in Wilmington... unfortunately, it closed and this is the last one. They have a great selection for all levels of photographers (amateurs or professionals). If you are looking for photography equipment or accessories, this is your one stop shop! I would recommend to family and friends to visit when they are in the area.

The store is a bit dated and the staff is a bit quirky. There is free parking around back. Staff is knowledgeable. The store has a good selection for many mounts. Not many third party choices. Lens rental is available.

Hands down the best camera store in Delaware. The staff here are extremely knowledgeable and helpful, and dont get annoyed if you ask questions without making a purchase. The stores selection isnt massive, but theres a very good chance theyll still have the gear you need.

The staff at Cameras Etc. are top notch. I picked up a new lens this afternoon after multiple visits to the store and many discussions with the staff of what I was looking to do with my photography. You can’t get that type of service from an “online store” can ya? I would highly recommend giving these guys a visit, plus they have free off street parking behind the store on Main Street.Warning, stay away from parking in the Newark Shopping Center. Today while I was shopping on Main Street and Whole Foods my car was towed, costing me $100 to get it back. Pretty sickening. My recommendation, stay away from Newark Shopping Center.

Was planning to buy a new DSLR and accessories online but decided to give a local camera shop a try first. I had a done a lot of research already and was pretty educated going in on what I was looking for.The store was a great experience. There were real experienced photography experts behind the counter who were great at answering questions and making great recommendations. The selection was great as well. I was able to try a few lenses out in the store on the camera I was planning to buy which helped in making my lens choices. Impossible to get this kind of interactive expertise online, and also impossible to try different lenses on your camera online. Online sites brag about free 2 day shipping. How about free 5 minute delivery! The store had everything I was looking for in stock and I walked out with exactly what I wanted and a happy customer.If this store is in your driving range, I highly recommend it. Great prices, great service, great Inventory, and great service behind the counter.

Very good selection of everything photography. The employees I dealt with during my visit were very pleasant, respectful, and knowledgeable. Even though they didnt have exactly what I was looking for, they were able to point me in the right direction.

I had most amazing experience buying camera from here. Until now I have been getting them from online stores. From now on I will only buy from Camera Etc. I bought a Fuji X T-20 camera from here. It was faulty and the next day they gladly exchanged it. Every one was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. I would very strongly recommend them.

I frequent this place fairly often. Deane and the other staff members are well versed in all things camera related. I currently have two lenses here that I am trying to sell. Theyve been extremely helpful and always accomodating. They rent Tamron lenses here as well for a reasonable price. Nice store, good people.

Purchased a New Nikon D3400 with a Tamaron lens here. Tom is curtious and was willing to help me with the deal. Store has lots of new and used items to purchase from. Sure better to work with than a big box store.

With in seconds of interacting with the man behind the counter... I LEFT! His demeanor and approach was rude and uninviting. I personally refuse to spend money where I am not treated well. I always try to support local business but I will give my $2100 purchase to eBay. I wish the store in Wilmington was still open. The customer service was better.

Ive been going to Cameras Etc for years. Im a working pro and although I do make large equipment purchases from large, discount retailers I still pop in for smaller things I need right away. The staff actually knows photography and are very helpful.

Brought my DSLR to the shop to have it cleaned. I was quoted by phone $50. and at pickup I was charged $60. I got no explanation for the difference. I will not be back.

Sold me a counterfeit Canon product and refused to accept responsibility and make it right. Basically just took 65 dollars from me.
