Great place for a late night snack. They have hot and fresh cookies at all times. Cookies are made and heated up when you order. My favorite is the smores cookie!!! The macadamia nut cookie is also good. Lots of cookies from regular to deluxe. They also have icecream cookie sandwiches!!! They do deliver and are open very late at night. This place is conviently located on Newark main street and is easy to access.

Stopped in late on our way home from dinner. The staff was great with my kids, and the cookies and ice cream were amazing. Newish to the area, now that we know we arent that far away we will be back soon for sure.

The cookies were really good, but one of the cookies I ordered was the wrong cookie. I got the cereal cookie and instead got oatmeal raisin :(. I tried to contact the store with no success! The chunky chocolate chip cookie and oatmeal chocolate walnut were really good!!

This is my first time here and the reviews are correct about the service. Not a pleasant experience at all. In regards to the cookies, I dont taste anything that makes me want to say these are 5 star. I dont think they are worth the price and add in the service given I definitely feel this is a 2 star place. I can say you will find better options at a grocery store or a legit bakery

The cookies are good but the service is so bad it almost makes me not want to go. I never write bad reviews but they had me waiting for over 15 minutes to pick up an order that was ready when I walked in. One person was making sundaes and two others were on their phones in the back. So unprofessional.

This place always has some delicious cookies anytime of day. I would recommend you try them all once. Occasionally they will be out of the larger special cookies if you do plan on going with something specific in mind.

They are very delicious cookies but I think you need to work on the quality assurance and employee training. A few times theyve been short on the cookies (especially the large ones). Another time my order hadnt been completed and when they handed me the order it, again, was short.

Cookies are great. Service is horrible. Especially if you go at night during college months. They’re more bothered by customers - employees need to be friendlier.

Great cookies. Awesome hours. Covid restrictions makes sense since its pretty small (only 2 customers inside at once). Staff is hit or miss, somedays the staff is great and others you can tell that the staff would much rather be somewhere else. It happens 🤷‍♀️

The cookies here are so great and of high quality. They are open at least until midnight and they have some crazy options for you to pick from. They have a good number of options to pick from but you wont be disappointed.

I just came from this location again and my order wasnt ready and the guy there seemed confused when I told him I was there to pick up an online order. My cookies werent warm, the sizes of a few were ridiculously small and the large cookie I paid for was replaced w/a small cookie which i didnt know until I got half way home. Very disappointed about the quality and the fact that there was no attention paid to making sure my order was filled correctly considering I live 25 mins from this location and he filled the order once I arrived. In addition, I called to have curbside pickup and when arrived no one answered the phone. I had to go inside the store which was an inconvenience as well. I will not be returning

Absolutely unacceptable how awful the customer service is. They forgot half my order which I understand happens but when we went in and asked for the rest of our order they laughed at us and didn’t even apologize. The employee was on her phone the entire time and I guess she thought it was a joke or something but I found it so rude and unacceptable. I absolutely will never drive 45+ minutes for this ever again. You lost a loyal customer

Recently went, most cookies unavailable, customer service is lousy. The cookieS I did get were good but not alot to choose from, definitely dropped off, go to Mrs. FIELDS IN THE MALL INSTEAD OF HERE. TRY TO GET A REFUND IS IMPOSSIBLE.

For someone like me who has gluten sensitivity issues its pretty awesome that they are one of the few places that offers gluten - free cookies. That being said, only having them in chocolate chip when they have so many other options kind of stinks when I want something other than chocolate chip. Also, since COVID Ive gone in twice and they didnt have any in stock. Aparently Im supposed to call in an order ahead of time, but when I call in I can never get a hold of anybody, I just get the Corporate answering machine. Ive tried using the app to order in the past but it didnt work very well. Its a shame really otherwise the cookies and ice cream are excellent. I hope they can fix this.

No sooner opened the door to walk in and was yelled at by a rude girl behind the counter tonight that I had to wait outside for their 2 person capacity, which is totally fine, but was completely turned off by her rude attitude and screaming it at me before I even stepped foot in the door that I just left. This girl was truly rude.

The girl with the braids doesn’t answer the phone for orders. When I walked in she was not nice and she doesn’t greet customers. When it was my time to order she had an attitude. When I got into my car to eat my cookies they were nasty and mushy. I will not visit this location again.

If you want a late night treat this is the place to go. I recommend going during when college is in session because they dont keep a large variety of cookies throughout the night so they dont go to waste.

Quick and pleasant service. Nice selection of warm cookies. Everyone loved the six different cookie types we got.Sugar Cookie was nice and mild. Chocolate Chunk was very rich. Oatmeal Raisin was a huge hit. M&M was M&M at their best.Would buy another batch when we were in the area as a nice treat!

This place serves cookies and ice cream at night. The cookies here are good but not economical given that one cookie will cost you between $1.60 - 2.60. However, the ice cream is excellent and priced similar to DQ. I would definitely recommend the birthday cake ice cream.

The best place for a quick solution to your late night- or anytime- sweet tooth. Great selection and everything is really tasty. They have weekly deals, which means you can usually get what youre craving for a very reasonable price.

Save yourself the money and just get break-and-bake cookies from the grocery store. Tastes exactly the same and a fraction of the cost.

When you have Insomnia and want a snack. Their Peanut Butter cookies in my opinion are the best. Move over SW (funny thing two food companies with pretty good cookies have this initials, haha) as they have invaded with sweet goodness. No longer do I have to travel to Philly for this love. As it has come to Delaware. Now we just need one in Wilmington and Id be even happer. As Newark is bit of a track from where I live in New Castle. Still better then having to go to Philly though.

Ordered cookies for the bridal shower I’m throwing for my girlfriend . THANK GOD the shower isn’t until tomorrow. I scheduled my pick up for 11, which is open time. I get to the store at 10:50am, doors were locked ... that’s fine, I was early. So I continue to wait and go back at 11:15 and a lady unlocks the door, mind you open is at 11, and says we’re running 20 minutes late, come back in 20 minutes. First of all if you’re asking me to come back in 20 minutes, you are therefore 35 minutes late. Not a single call was made to let me know or an apology for running late. The cookies are amazing but the reliablity for an occasion you may want to look else where. I love insomnia cookies and I’m pretty upset this happened... It just steers me away from future orders . FYI: I put this order in a week ago..

Great cookies but it shouldnt take 2 hours to be delivered when we live about a mile away. Ordered the cookies at 9:20pm and finally had them at the door at 11:25pm after explaining to the guy where our house was after I watched him sit in his car for 10 minutes before even getting out. Wouldnt recommend delivering unless you want to wait up all night and have your cookie craving dissipate to anger. But the cookies are good Ill give them that Ill just pickup next time. Also they only have a nationwide number so when I called I couldnt even talk to someone at the store. Not worth the stress they caused when youre obviously ordering insomnia on a Tuesday due to stress.

Purchased a scoop of icecream with my cookie. The scoop of icecream was $2.00 and was tiny. I mean the most disrespectful scoop of icecream Ive ever had. It didnt help that my cookie wasnt warm either. Waste of almost 4.00 and the service was not superb either. Never again!

Expensive but worth it. Soo good. Id say buy cookies here then walk to 7eleven down the street and buy milk if you want it (youll save over a dollar). Its one thing if delicious cookies you can only get one place are over priced but small bottles of milk for that price is just greedy. Customer service is usually good but there have been times. Usually the good ones work when the place is busiest though so alls good.

This was my first experience with insomnia cookies. Not only did I have to wait over 30mins for my order to be completed when I got there but when I got home the cookies for both of the deluxe cookiewich sandwiches were not there.
