I would like to take a moment to say something about this company. It is our personal experience that this company really cares about their customers. We found this Awesome company about 4 years ago after we had many disappointing oil companies that left us high and dry. My father was an elderly stroke victim and mother was elderly as well. We would go 3-4 days before we could get a delivery sometimes. When we contacted AWE they responded quickly and took care of us promptly. The customer service was excellent and do to our circumstances beyond our control we had to have oil promptly . I left a message late on a Thursday and early Friday morning received the call that they would be there in a few hours. We would recommend this company to anyone. Great Service, Good Price.
Terrible customer service. The receptionist was rude and did not seem to value our business at all. I canceled our delivery. I understand it is very hard to give a time frame when dispatching techs, I work in a company that also dispatches technicians for services. but a simple phone call maybe a half hour before the tech arrives so we could pay them our cash would have sufficed. She could not offer us that and was not very polite about it either. First time I called she hung up on me mid-question, rushed me off the phone every time. I was really disappointed in the customer service. I ended up calling a different oil company and got a cheaper price and was treated much nicer and even given a time frame.

Very horrible customer service. Treated very disrespectful for someone who is paying in cash. I was thought that cash is king, and those paying with it should treated as so, not by these guys.
