Absolutely the worst company I have dealt with. I have reached out to my sales person Harry Hendrickson multiple times via email and text messages. Only for him to tell me I will be credited back for overcharges to my account. Completely stopped responding. I have called the back office multiple times for them to fix my account. Credit the money back and stop billing me. Only to be told sorry we will fix it and it doesnt get fixed. I dont know how lazy these people are. Called my credit card company to do multiple chargebacks. Now I get paper invoices. Today I shamelessly get a collection notice from these idiots.Every text message and email is documented. I have called my credit card company and still 10 months later these people have been unable to close my account and stop billing me for the services they dont even provide.Take your business elsewhere.
