Elevated Contracting LLC was hired to install a flush header using a 1/4 flitch plate between (2) 2x8s. I shopped around and found Allied to be the best value and easiest to work with. The staff helped me load the 16 steel plate onto my roof racks and I save a bunch of money building the header myself. I highly recommend them.
