Neil was great. Very friendly when he greeted us. Gave us our space to shop at our own pace. Neil was able to answer all of our questions quickly and ended up selling us a great outdoor set at a great price.

I had a very pleasant experience when looking for and ultimately purchasing an outdoor dining set. I am very particular with what I like and had thw opportunity to shop uninterrupted for a time and when I was ready with questions the manager was right there to answer them. The set I decided on wasnt in the store so the manager made several phone calls to get me exactly what I wanted in the time frame I asked for.Delivery was excellent, they arrived early, set everything up, made sure I was satisfied with placement, and cleaned up afterwards.From start to finish, I am very happy with my experience and definitely will continue to shop at this location for my future outdoor needs!

We went to the Christiana store looking for replacement cushions for an existing dining set and lounge chairs. We were impressed by the quality of the product and the ability to coordinate colors between most sets. In the end we purchased more items than we’d anticipated. And then went back the next week for a pool float,some accessories and to exchange a few pillows we picked out that didn’t coordinate as we’d hoped. The delivery drivers were receptive but didn’t handle the “white glove” sevice piece as I’d expected. One chair was broken from the manufacturer and they said they’d need to exchange it later. The store manager Neil did all he could to make sure we were happy and worked with the warehouse to get our delivery corrected the next day. I was really impressed with the level of customer service from the store from Neil and our wonderful saleswomen Monica. Fortunoff is expensive, very expensive! But you get what you pay for and for me, the attention to detail and customer service (which you rarely find anymore!) Is what will make us returning customers in the future. We really enjoyed working with Monica and Neil and will be back again.

After going to five stores at Christiana Mall in Delaware, I found the perfect cushions for my patio. The sales associate, Monica’s customer service was superb. I highly recommend to anyone looking for quality product and service!

We had a really great sales lady but she was the only nice one in the store. When I walked in there was a man yelling on the phone trying to calm a customer which wasn’t working. When I got rung out I couldn’t find my coupon so the nice sales lady asked her peers at the store if they had any on hand. They were talking about me like I wasn’t there and said no she needs to have it. It’s a nice store but I wouldn’t go back. You can find patio furniture anywhere! The experience is not worth the money!

The service we received was excellent! We went into one of the locations in Pennsylvania and got “if you have any questions let me know “ so we looked around and left. We saw the same store in Christiana De. so we stopped in to see if they had the set we saw in a different color! We was greeted and she explained everything from the breakdown of the fabrics to how we don’t have to purchase whole sets. So we left (yes we’re that customer that have to think about the purchase a couple of times before we get it lol) called the next week to find out what time the store closed . The manager said it’s a Friday and traffic is horrible so we can do everything over the phone. He FaceTimed me so I knew we had the right furniture we made the purchase and it’ll be here in a couple of days (excited) everyone at this store went above and beyond!!! I appreciate this during this COVID service I have been complaining about in 99% of the stores I’ve been in…..nobody wants to work and it shows through their customer service!

My wife and I were welcomed immediately and told if we had any questions feel free to ask. Not once did the salesman Neil bother us. He allowed us to look around and talk amongst ourselves on what we liked and didn’t like. Once we decided on a possible purchase he than assisted us on our purchase. We decided on a new outdoor bar/ fire pit combo with six chairs. We also every unsure about a umbrella cause of the fire pit however Neil showed us a oversized one that matched and would work perfectly with the bar set during the daytime. Cause of the great deal package that Neil was able to put together for us we decided not to wait for spring to replace our old front porch furniture, we bought 2 single hanging chairs and 1 double hanging chair and cushions. Plus a cover for the bar set in the winter when not being used and the extended 5 year accidental damage warranties. Everything Fortunoff Backyard Store and Neil were great. The deals and financing is great. Can’t wait for the end of winter beginning of spring so we can go and pick out new patio dining set which we already have a idea of which one we want if still in stock and also a patio fire pit set that we liked. We bought a new patio set over the Labor Day weekend and our experience could not have been better. The staff was great and knowledgeable. They worked diligently to find our set’s matching sofa at another store and arrange for it to be ship to us. They also worked with us on the price and other incentives that were going on. Since the purchase, they have followed up several times to ensure everything was what we expected. Great experience, we will definitely go back again!

A few years ago I had ordered a set of chairs for my deck. Recently, I was searching for a new set of seat cushions for the chairs and thought it best to call Fortunoff to see if they could assist me. Not only was my purchase history still in their system, they were able to identify the right seat cushions for me (so no need to guess) and my awesome sales person Dave, was able to quickly order them for me!

It is a very expensive store, specially for the level of service they provide. They wont tell you for not delivery and once you look for them after due day they simply said dont have it available (the first delivery date suppose to consider that) and will reschedule for more than a month without compromise at all!!!...still waiting for my delivery.It may change a lot the service level before and after paying. Disappointed ☹️

Great selection and knowledgeable staff. The process of trying to find what we wanted at a warehouse once we picked a set was excruciating. Took hours to get everything finalized. Glad we are getting what we wanted in a timely manner but ended up having to get the floor model.

All staff members were helpful and pleasant. The store was having an excellent sale and we made a purchase. Called later to get the measurements of our item as we were picking it up the next day. I was called back within a few minutes with the dimensions needed.

From when we entered the store we were treated very well. We worked with the sales person and with the m anager of the store. By the time we left we felt like we had been friends for a long time. Good experience.

We’ve always loved Fortunoff, and their Backyard Store is wonderful. So many floor samples so you can see the product. On a purchase like a patio set, we want to see it, and not in a catalog. The staff, especially Doug and Whitney at the Newark, De. Location, are professional and patient. We changed our mind about what we wanted, and they didn’t flinch! Prices are very fair, and they have good Sale prices. Highly recommended.

This was the first time that I had ever been in a Fortunoff store. Whitney was wonderful and explained how the store works. I was looking for a small dining table for my deck at the shore. Sure enough they had exactly what I was looking for, on sale (good price)and it even folds up up for easy winter storage !

Salespeople are fine. Some of the products are top notch, (although quite pricey).But the managemant and customer service are horrible. Weeks and weeks of no call backs. Store manager has been unable to contact his own customer service department for 3 months to order spare parts. I called the customer service department in Texas myself. I am still waitnig for a response after 1 week.Not sure what to do next. Maybe they will respod to this review.
