They will custom cut any meats, their sausage is made fresh on site, they offer seasoned burger patties made from the select steak trimmings which Ive never seen before. Sushi grade ahi tuna, frog legs, king crab legs, truffle oil, crawdads, hormone free and antibiotic free chicken. Great shop overall.
