Best water company I’ve ever used. Always on time. Only had 1 issue with them and that was the first delivery or 2nd. Other than that I would definitely recommend them.
This company is horrible. They stopped ALL commercial deliveries during the pandemic, our business was closed for 3 months. We contacted them to request a hold on our account. Then we recieved a notice from a collections agency (no contact the entire time from Nestle) with a Bill for over 300.00 for water we never recieved. It is normally a 12.00 monthly bill. This is a corrupt way of making money off of people for nothing! Stay away and save your money!!!!!
For the third straight month why water was not delivered on time. Somehow my delivery date keeps getting changed at the last moment or they say the delivery was not put through their system. Just of bunch of BS gonna go with my neighbors company Crystal Rock she has never had a problem.
Worst services. We made an appointment for pick up bottles and dispenser, never coming .also, they charged monthly fee after cancelled service several times.
A better name would be Ready Regrets, was a customer for maybe 6 weeks, they managed to get my order or billing wrong every time I had service, whether when it was as scheduled or a day or 2 later. Dont blame the drivers though, Nestle Waters is a complete mess from the top down, I know its not the drivers fault since I know a couple of guys that were drivers there. Worst experience of their lives so they say.
This company has some major issues. I am currently a customer, but more than likely will not be for long. The service is awful. They consistently change my delivery date and cant seem to get their act together. They have no clue how to run a business.Update: No longer a customer.
Very dishonest money hungry company. Canceled account 4 months ago, and received notification for expecting delivery on 6/26...And still want money from me plus $20 late fee even if I dont have account with them anymore.....They want money from me $25 plus now $20...and I know they have mess there and actually overcharget me ...And no way get in touch with them..And if you even lucky talk to someone, witch I did ones they will tell you they right and you are wrong, even if you have a proof they are wrong, and you are right!!! I am frustrated and dont know how stop this company bother me...Please, someone help me?!? Not worthy even talk to them....Way to frustrating and almost like you run into scam...If problem will be not fixed soon, next step is reporting business to BBB.And I have proof I have been overcharget...
Prices are fair but delivery service is expensive and unreliable. Constant issues with no shows or reschedules. Use only if this is your only option but customer service is poor

What a horrible water company,do not give them business,delivery time is never what they say,been doing business with this company for along time and was hung up on today!!! Waiting for my new water cooler for a week and they came finally and left a note on the door saying no one home for the delivery cause they had to set it up,no one from the office ever said someone needed to be home!!! No longer doing business with these people!! DONE!!!!!!!!
