I ordered vinyl window curtains from a private seller unaffiliated with Carnation Home Fashions. The curtains came with no tie backs. The seller wouldn’t help me. I called Carnation Home Fashions and they mailed me the missing tie backs. They were very nice and helpful

I love my shower curtain I bought online but it came in a completely different color, it was supposed to be pink and purple ( lavender ) but I got a much darker color like mocha and slight lavender but I love it just need to find towels that will go with it but its been challenging
