Best Halloween store in the area!

Bought a supposably toddler 2t elmo costume and when I went to put it on my son it looked way to small like an infant costume long story short wasted $30 on a costume my son didnt get to wear that $30 couldve went a long way ... Wipes or diapers but instead its in the stores Bank account while they got money I got basically a new dish cloth or hand towel for $30 smh halloween Spirit for my family is/was ruined guess what family isnt buying costumes next year! They couldnt even exchange it for something bigger he never wore it!

Lov this place

Poor customer service. Had to wait in line TOO LONG. There were 3 employees up front, 5 customers in line, only 1 employee was engaging with customers. Use common sense and get your supposed Valued Customers out the door!!

Love going to spirit Halloween they always got new and cool things

I love to go in the store to see all the props and all the mask.

Had everything were looking for! Its nice the space they have for the old Bon Ton.

Tons of great things, but sort of hard to find anything in particular. Be prepared to browse.

Staff greated us as soon as we walked into the store. Very helpful and got us exactly what we needed. Google maps has the wrong location--its in the same shopping center as Staples, by the Bank of America.

Not much of a selection here, when I asked to order something online I was told by one of the reps that she couldnt help. Very disappointed,since they advertise so well.
