I went for the first time not to happy. Not what I excepted. This place is definitely over rated. What I did find very weird is that the doctor has a camera in the exam room. I don’t know if that is even legal to do. Does ge look back on cameras to finish charts or something else. I was a bit uncomfortable

I have had an excellent experience in the past with the staff there but their custom service recently is terrible and is persuading me to change to a new provider. Similar to the previous review I called five times over the past two weeks without a response. I cant see digital signs while driving at night because I lost my glasses and am now forced to drive during the day until they call me back. I can only hope I dont run into an emergency.

I have been waiting for a call back for 2 weeks. Unbelievable!

First visit to this optometrist. Office staff was extremely pleasant and they took me right on time. Dr. Rzepka was excellent. She was patient, thorough and took the time to answer all of my questions. There was one thing to follow up on and she called me the very next day. I will happily go here for my eye appointments from now on.

Quite good with explanation of my first pair of glasses with progressive lenses, frames and of course, insurance. Saul’s details were complete and satisfied my queries warranties were better than most I had a present experience

I have been forever going to Lens Crafters and really wish I made the switch to Appleton Eye Associates sooner. The entire staff has been phenomenal! I have a bit of an eye phobia and exams have not always been a pleasant experience for me, but Dr. Rzepka completely put me at ease. Then when it came to choosing glasses, they really took their time to help me pick out the glasses that would work best for me. I cannot stress enough how patient they were - willing to give their advise on every pair of glasses I tried on - making sure that I was not only satisfied with the style but also that the shape would work for how well I would be able to see. And bonus! It was less expensive than previous eye places I have been! I will most definitely be a returning customer!
