I had a wonderful experience!!! The staff was very supportive and responsive. Youll love these ladies they have lots of spunk personality and they give good advice when it comes to moving. They went the extra mile to help me with all my moving cares and concerns. As you know moving its not an easy job. I highly recommend Annex storage. They U-Haul service is great for an Events Specialist like myself or someone who is starting up a business for the first time who needs a way to transport equipment, supplies, you name it. Wonderful experience renting a climate-controlled space at this gem of a self-storage facility. The owner was super friendly and helpful and went the extra mile to accommodate our move-in. Excellent accessibility, immaculate, lovely setting, and great rates. Five stars all around. Would definitely recommend!

Due to a computer error it appeared that I was charged for an extra day, which I mentioned on my original Review. Owner of facility, Heike, reached out to me in a timely fashion and informed me that I was in fact, correct.She refunded the amount of the extra day with a quickness to insure that I was Completely Satisfied with their Facility, which I am. I will definitely call on them again for my future truck rental needs. Thanks !

I was so pleased with the service and assistance I received at this wonderful storage facility. I am a senior and have a hard time walking and the staff made every effort to accommodate me and gave helpful advise to help me find the right size unit for my belongings. I moved from South Carolina to Newnan. Before I did I wanted to call to get some storage unit rates to keep my stuff while my house was being finished. Great customer service. We used this facility to rent our Uhauls for our move and I got nothing less than stellar service. Even during quarantine they made sure everything was clean and we did a lot of our registration contact free...thanks for making a stressful move go smoothly.

Heike made my moving experience so much better than I had ever expected. This day & time Customer service is a thing of the past @ so many companies. I must say Heike sure change my mind . She was everything a customer needed. She was so welcoming upon the morning of picking up the uhaul truck. She offered so much valuable information that I had no idea about. She took her time in explaining everything clearly . I was not looking forward to this day at all to be honest, but because of Heike she truly made me a happy customer. I had no idea what I was doing besides I needed space to store my things and everyone here helped me understand what I needed, and were super patient!

Ive had a unit here for over five years now. Always get my u-haul from here as well. Never have had an issue.

This is a great place to put your exes belongings in and move on without them bringing you down.

People here are really helpful. They got me set up with a unit quickly and cheaply. Gate access is available all night as I have to unload my gear after hours. Units are clean and easily accessible.

Pathetic customer service. Booked a truck for 15 June 17, website says they close at 6:00PM. I arrived at 5:40 and the lights were on but the door was locked, closed sign posted. The closed sign stated the hours and indicated they close at 5:30, reopen at 8:00AM. I arrived the next day and Ive been waiting since 8:00, its now 8:50 and still no one here. Called the number, goes to an answering service. No help. I am paying two men, $25 an hour each. Dont use this location. Will follow up complaint at corporate.

Ive been with this place for almost 2 years now and theyve all been completely professional, friendly and always have a smile on their face every month I come in to pay. The German lady is in fact the owner and she has an awesome sense of humor and always makes me laugh! Keep up the great work! Yall are awesome!I also want to add that they helped correct a uhaul contract that I had from out of town and made sure I was not over charged. They even did all the corrections themselves!

Worst customer service ever. Place is filled with disrespectful people. They all need to be retrained on how to do a u-haul contract. The manager must be a scam artist. Whatever you do dont go here. You have been warned. -5 star place

I got back in time with my vehicle and the lady working there in the late afternoon took her time and made me wait 30 minutes while she was out walking around doing what? Which I had to call Uhaul so my return vehicle would not be late.

I have never used the storage units but I have used the moving trailer several times. Always clean and well maintained.

Roach infested! There were Roaches in everything. I had to clean out all the furniture and spray down everything. Once I got things put into the apt there were bugs still crawling out. I just had to fumigate the entire apt, to get rid of the roaches, ants, and spiders. And just incase you were wondering I did have everything boxed up well with no open food, just some caned goods.

Amazing staff as well as property clean well taken care of.. will continue using annex storage and uhaul for future needs

I went in to ask about storage and renting a uhaul truck and spoke with a woman with a German accent. She said she was the owner, but I dont know for sure. Not a nice woman at all. I have never met someone that treated me like they were better than me and that they really did not want my business before. So unpleasant that I left and went to another place in newnan and the ladies there we so helpful. I just dont know why someone would act like this to another human being. I felt like she saw me as less than human.

Have rented u-hauls and a storage unit here. They are very helpful and professional.

I rented a uhaul truck from this place.I would rate it a half of star if I could I had the most terrible service of my life.the german lady swore infront of me and my 6 year old child.I can not believe her or her attitude.the worst part was she tried to over charge me by 306 dollars!! I will never in my life rent anything from this place I recommend no one else does.(p.s. my 18 year old son made my Google account so please forgive my name my review is a 100% accurate)
