I love this store everything is stunning. Kennedy is an amazing stylist and super helpful. I wasn’t going to go in here because I thought they’d only have tiny sizes and they actually have a great variety in size and style. Thanks for the help

I would give 0 stars if I could.Absolutely the worst customer service.They bombarded me with text messages about a pre-sale. I wasted my time to come by and select items you can’t even take home. If you do take them home they will tell you prices will be adjusted once sale starts however, after I got the items, I had paid in full they said the discount amount was totally different than what was previously said on text when I was bombarded with messages.Please drive all the way to Beverly Hills, go to Bloomingdales or shop online if you must have something from A&O.Going to this store is a total waste of time as all employees, including the manager (Chandra) are not on the same page as far as what they offer and their promotions. Horrible management! and never ever give them your phone number! They won’t leave you alone!

Ive had the best shopping experience with this store and location! Beautiful clothes and kendell was so helpful! She ordered in an item so I could try it on before buying. Im so excited!!
