Update: I returned to Fashionphile today. The individual Mario that works there lied to my face about contacting a supervisor . He was condescending, disrespectful and threatened me with security . I filed a police report with Newport Beach Police. This business and its employees are unethical, fraudulent, liars and unresponsive. No attempts have been made to contact me by phone.

I had a pleasant experience selling in this location, the process itself is quick and simple. You will leave your items with them and a buyer will look into it. After about 30 minutes or so, they will call you to let you know that your quote is ready, once you accept you will have an option on how you would want to receive your payment. My buyer was really nice and patient with me, I didnt feel rushed at all. Overall, I would come back and sell with them again.
