The team here was so helpful, friendly, and knowledgeable. Any questions we had, was answered quickly and professionally. They helped to take a lot of stress out of moving. I definitely appreciated that I was able to get wrapping blankets and a dolly from the facility, and didnt have to find another place. I would definitely recommend any of my friends to go here. Every supply you can think of that goes into moving, they have it. 10/10 would recommend!!

I have never had a better storage/customer service experience than with airport self storage. Every staff member has been super professional and respectful. They really worked hard to accommodate what I needed, and I’m so thankful I went with them. Storage facility is also clean and well kept.

Nice staff. No complaints here on my end. would be nice if they stayed open late for nights owls such as myself. Since it’s secured and all. But great staff. Great prices.

Be warned the good reviews were paid for. They offer $25.00 bill credit to give a review however the manager of this place Taylor an incredibly obese female with a chip on her shoulder will act friendly and nice to get your business and then change her attitude once you sign a contract and move in by making outlandish accusations then arbitrararily making up rules and policies to suit her needs.

Keep eyes on alert for low-to-ground ENTRANCE sign —- on Campus going north — just past Bristol signal—on opposite side of street from airport equipment.Unit clean; hallway has good lighting; no odors;Several large pushcarts by elevator.Folder prepared for you with paperwork; unit #; entrance code and other helpful information.

I am forced to change my review. This location rarely answers the phone. The property manager Taeylor is a total nightmare to deal with. I am now forced to incur additional expenses and headaches of finding a reputable storage location.Her new game is to put a lock on my unit so now everytime I come to the location I am forced to check in at the office and have them remove it despite being paid in full.She furthermore made some far fetched outlandish statement that was innapropriate and made me feel entirely uncomfortable every time I come here I now dread having to get my property.She also has now restricted my access during her business hours despite moving my things into this place because I needed access in the early am and late pm.This place is not what I was promised and I wish I never stored anything there. No wonder she is offering $25 for reviews to make up for how badly they treat their clients and all the other past bad experiences people have had.
