Went to this establishment twice. First time we went the lady was closing and locking the doors on our faces. When according to the website, the store wasnt schedule to close for another hour. Went again today, and the same rude woman is screaming and yelling for everyone to get out of the store. People was steady walking in and through the store. Only to find out 5 minutes afterwards their system was down and the store was closing for the day. Who ever the woman is in the Newport News location she has the worse attitude and customer service presentation.

Great seasonal place

Wish there were more single pieces as I needed a plaid skirt but otherwise was well worth the trip to your local Halloween lover.

The staff is very cool and helpful. Great place to get all of your Halloween necessities!!!
