I love going here to find second hand and some new items but the lines are extremely long especially on Wednesdays. Also they are a but pricier than other thrift store but they do have a good selection.

I love this place! 😀 Always something new and brand new, in the package merchandise. No limits to the numbers that you can buy so if bulk is your thing, rock on! Helpful and friendly staff make everything easier, too.

It had a great variety of both attractive and practical items. If I owned a house, I wouldve gone nuts shopping!! I was a mite bit too crowded in areas where the lanes only accommodated 1 person with their cart. But those places were only near the front of the store.

Always find something new there. Dont go often but its great to find deals.

This was my first visit there. I really enjoyed going there and found some things I needed at the house. Not only do they have nice used furniture but new items also. I will probably go back some more when I up that way as they have so much stuff.

Great place to find home improvement items! They carry a variety of items from furniture and rugs to flooring and paint. They had a large assortment of doors and windows when I went. Theyre stock is dependent upon donations. It is very easy to donate around back and goes to a much better cause than throwing away good stuff or letting it rot in storage.

Great store! Think Goodwill ala Home Depot. Buy gently used building materials andt even new stuff still in boxes.Also, donate hardware, lumber, tools... I cleaned out my garage and gave them a bunch of stuff! Hopefully, it will help build a Habitat for Humanity Home. 😊

Very cool store. Great prices on more than just building supplies. I was a hero to all three of my granddaughters. Two (new) gifts each, they played with them for hours. For a grand total of $4.00!

Great place, I redid my whole kitchen from there all the cabinets, sink, dishwasher, oven, counter top and even a sub zero freezer. I also redid my bathroom with a new tub, sink and cabinet, flooring and all the tiles for the tub enclosure. Many parts of the yard were improved with items that we got there also. My advice to you is to go there often. New stuff comes in all the time and the best stuff doesnt stay there very long.

Always good deals great used furniture cheap cheap cheap can you will find a bargain if you dont find it today wait and go back and you will find that bargain that youre probably looking for it they replenish what they have on a continual basis

The one in newport news is not really good compare with the one in Williamsburg

Every time Ive ever gotten this location, the people at the register have been rude, I dont know why maybe I came in on a bad days, but its been several times Ive come into this particular location and theyve been rude.

Some items have pricing that is ridiculously high for used items. But other than that the staff are helpful and the store is organized.

They close too early. What retail store closes at 4pm.

Folks were very friendly and helpful and seemed so glad to help. A young man asked if he could carry a little side stand to my car for me without me even asking!

We love the restore! Picked up a nice chair, couple other used items and a few new items. Great bargains!! The employee/volunteer staff is really friendly and helpful. Two visits this week. We are quickly becoming regulars.

I went in just looking to see whats new. I found a really nice desk chair that adjusts in so many ways. It was perfect for my desk and only $5.00. Im very happy !!!

A hit-or-miss home furnishings, appliances, construction materials and knick-knacks store. Some of the priced were good and others nor so much. Id recommend going there first no matter what your home improvement need may be....the money spent goes to a good charity.

I love all the quirky unexpected things I find.. and the bargains. The staff is friendly and helpful.. and if you find an item thats been there a long while they will discount it for you even further. I also appreciate that they employ people with special needs. Great source for tile, replacement windows, doors, lighting, furniture, appliances and more! Plus its in the same complex as Home Depot and Lowes. So if you cant find it at the Restore you dont have far at all to go..

Good bargains if they have what your looking for. The one in Williamsburg is like the the best i have seen so far.

You can always find something at Restore...and you are supporting a great cause. Did not need a new wallet but found a Vera Bradley wallet for 1 dollar today...and I also left with what I had intended to go there for, all for under 5 dollars. The folks there that help u are great to interact with also.

This place is AWESOME! The staff is awesome and kind. I volunteered here and it was great. They have so much stuff that is in good condition and new stuff that they purchase. The whole program is great giving to families that are getting houses built by Habitat For Humanity.The location changed though. They are no longer on Warwick off Mercury. They are no located off Jefferson by the airport on Chatam Drive across from Lowes.Come check em out and volunteer. You wont regret it!

They are over priced on a lot of the items. Sometimes you can find a good deal. You just have to be willing to take your time and look.

Not only have we been able to fully furnish our new home but all items are worth taking a look at. So many antique treasures we even found Jade.

Looking for nice, clean sofa. Most were pretty crappy...but I found a great sofa amongst the trash ! All I can say is keep going back and checking. You can find GREAT BARGAIN . Paid $75 for a clean, like new sofa..old lady floral print but whatever ...It works.They have a lot of used cabinets, sinks and remodelling throw aways at amazing prices. SALVAGE HEAVEN..

I live close but I dont visit often. So far have found a few small items but I always seem to see things that are marked sold, but 1 day maybe I will be lucky

If you havent gone yet, take a day and go. Browse through the aisles and check out the merchandise. I fell in love with the desk prices, keep in mind some things are donated, some from families, some from stores. I purchased a huge wall length desk for $30! Nothing was wrong with it. Some items are truly second hand, but they clean and sanitize items before selling, they dont deliver, but have someone who does. In my case i got a uhaul, son and nephew (thats how heavy it was and uhaul was cheap) and took it home. They also will hold items, once you pay for them. I went back and got a desk chair, heavy, just had some leather nicks . for $29. New it was over $200 . Come on in, legos new sets were, i believe $5 i know they were so cheap, still in plastic, my son and i were both wishing we had little ones .

Its a nice store for a nice cause. Lots of nice Treasures to be found you have to look around good deals on great DIY projects they have new items of different caliber from time to time from Kitchen Wares 2 tile paint and some tools
