Absolutely no customer service or appreciation can be found here. They would get a one star if they didn’t have good product availability. Their prices are more than big box stores so you have to choose your pain wisely.

Visited here Friday, Oct 25, 2019, and found the facilities neat and clean. The staff was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. I never felt rushed or pressured. Found exactly what I wanted and at a great price. I visited Lowes and Home Depot before shopping here. The big box stores did not have what I needed and if I took what they offered, it would have cost more and not have been exact...

Top notch service and they had the material in stock and loaded in no time flat. This was my first experience with TLO but it definitely wont be my last.Pricing was a tad higher than your big box store for trex but the service alone made it ten times more pleasant.

Lumber prices are out of sight everywhere these days. The prices are no better at TLO, but the quality is. Ive been buying from them for years for all my salt-water and outdoor jobs. Most other places, I end up culling out over 10% of bulk purchases. Thats rare at TLO, and that saves money. Quality of product and knowledgeable staff are worth the trip.

I spent almost $4,000.00 for decking. The product was good at a good price. I went back to purchase some treated lumber, went to the lumber yard to pick it up and was told by the loader three times I needed to help him load my truck. I paid for this product, and loading should be a part of the price especially after the money I spent. My intent was to purchase another $1,300.00 for the rails. I felt so in appreciated by the yard help and the counter person. I will spend my money elsewhere.

Deliveries are on time and accurate. We were kept very well informed regarding the ETA and status of our custom order. Im a long time DIYer who usually bought my lumber from the big box stores. Visited TLO for the first time this summer when doing research on composite materials to build a 16 X 24 deck. TLO had a large variety of samples and displays as well as knowledgeable staff to answer all our questions. TLOs prices were far and above better than Home Depot and Lowes with a superior selection of composite options. We purchased everything for our deck through TLO and had it delivered to our home for a very reasonable delivery fee. TLO staff offered valuable advice regarding construction (this was our first project of this magnitude) and were awesome when we had to return some over ordered items at the end of our build. The deck came out amazing and we are now looking at composite pavers through TLO for our next project. We highly recommend TLO for your lumber and composite project needs.
