Had several good experiences here but when I pawned a TV of mine some of the hardware from my TV stand was inadvertently left on the back of the TV. When I decided to sell the TV stand I noticed the hardware was missing and remembered it was still on the TV at the pawn shop. Assuming that I could come in and retrieve the hardware to stand.. I was rudely told that I would have to pay full pawn price to get it out and remove the hardware I needed... Then repawn it if necessary. Seriously???? Thats just petty and will never do biz there again

There lucky I cant a just give a negative star or something I was told they would take my Xbox with no controllerThe next day I walk down there and call before I go in they refuse it. Said it was a mistake* as well as them only offering 50 dollars for an Xbox one s. When I asked for the manager he was (busy) mind you they just opened not but 20 minutes ago. They also refused to tell me there name, mangers name I asked multiple times!!!! Worst customer service in my life. Btw Xbox controlles are apparently like worth hella money because I paid 450 for the system

Never again Ive been doing business with this place for almost 4 yrs always get out what I pawn well today I took an item in Ive had there multiple times over the years nothing wrong with it looks the same as always and all the sudden they wont take it even though Ive had it there 10 or more times and always pick it up on time. And the girl was very rude about it not professional at all needless to say after 4 yrs Ill never go back

They are very conscious of the economic situation we all face during this pandemic their fair in their assessments and the evaluation of things they dont try to brow beat you on your goods and always give you a fair price theyll even work with you if you need a few more days on your pawn and they have fair pricing on the things they have for sale

Never have I felt so disrespected for just doing my job until I walked into this store today .After dropping off lunch I was basically marked as a possible thief for dropping off food for them next time order somewhere else.

The employees are very rude and uncooperative. They dont seem to have any knowledge of the products they handle and are either unable or unwilling to assist in any way. Get some employees who want to do their jobs. I will not be back in ever. What happened to all the good friendly staff you used to employ? No Stars!

Not a good place to shop pawn or sell your stuff. most of the staff are very rude and unprofessional. they dont know very much about products on there shelfs or what they are buying. they offer the lowest prices of any pawn shop in the tri state . but then when you look at prices for what they have in store hey are asking way way higher than what its really worth. they had a old beat up stihl chain saw that had been worked to death and they wanted 269 for it. you can buy the same saw for less brand new. warning do not go to the location.........

They are not very knowledgeable about things. The associate i delt with did not know the difference between sterling silver and plate. I would not recommend going here if your looking to sell precious metals. I couldnt believe it. I would recomend Coins Plus if your looking to sell. On the plus side they had a decent movie collection. But thats as far as a recommendation im willing to make.

This pawn shop did not pawn a TV or B10 Buffet Crampon clarinet but hey! - at least they walked outside to my car (when it was sprinkling) to look at the TV I was looking to pawn.

Really has changed have been a customer for 3 year not anymore. Use to be friendly went in twice in the past 2 months rude staff and not knowledgeable about electronics. Offered a low price said it was as high as they could go went to American Trading where they offered 200 more on a pawn.

Use to be very helpful.now with the Rude people they have working there i think Ill go elsewhere.
