Need help with obtaining medical equipment during this difficult time of the state fires/Covid. Frankie was great! She was so helpful and willing to go the extra steps to make it happen. So appreciated her effort!

I was on vacation last month in Newport, when my cpap nasal cushion started leaking bad. I went in and the staff was wonderful. You must have your prescription to buy supplies away from home, and thankfully I had mine. I could finally sleep again. Thank you ladies.

Their CS is absolutely terrible! Time and again, they say they will call back; they dont! This was to set an INITIAL appt, mind you, simply for supplies since I was new the area. It took two months for paperwork to be accepted via transfer via fax although sender sent same day (two months ago): I still do not have an appt set with them to get supplies that I already have a prescription for after 10 weeks of trying to secure one.

I wouldnt trust these people with my pet rock!! Completely incompetent. Unfortunately, living on the coast we are stuck with this company. Im totally frustrated and in need of respiratory help. Its very scary to be in the hands of such people.

Twice in a row my CPAP supply order has been significantly delayed with no explanation.Impossible to get in touch with a supervisor: There is none on site and only one who covers four locations.

Tried calling them but nobody answered the phone. Time was 11:30 am what a early lunch??????????
