I was helped by a very nice young lady named Catherine. She helped me with my running shoes and she was so very helpful because my feet have made me so picky. I wanted to give her better than a five-star review but thats all I can do so just wanted to let you know that Catherine deserves a 10-star review. It probably took me 75 minutes if her time directly helping me out of my 2 hour shopping spree. I had returned two pairs of shoes that I had bought and traded them in for two more pairs of shoes with another pair coming in the mail which I received in two days instead of five. And I very much appreciated Catherines help throughout. Think she deserves a raise. In fact she did the company a solid by selling her favorite pair of sandals she was wearing I ended up buying a third pair of shoes that I hadnt intended to and still came out ahead. Very very pleased. Ask for her by name shes a sweet girl. She will help you find the pair of shoes that your feet deserve. Have a happy day and make your feet Happy by walking that way. :-)

Sales associates are always so friendly. They were able to help with an exchange from another store. They were so sweet and polite about everything. I LOVE coming to this store!

It is probably about the best place you are gonna find cheaper shoes in Newton. Its very relaxed and not usually busy. They dont have many options but if you need shoes and dont like shopping online then this is a closer and reliable option.

They charged my card twice. 6 weeks later my bank is still in process of disputing the charge with them. Will not shop there again.

They had a lot of good sales going on. Shortage of sizes. But I did find a pair I liked and in my size. Thanks.

One of the ladys in there was really rude but the lady that checked us out was really nice. I think her name was Abby or something.

Very nice place a lot to choose from and helpful employees and was able to get the size I needed from another store because they didnt have it sent to me and it was surprised how quickly the shoes was delivered

Staff I believe manager was friendly at first but when I returned with my son and told her I didnt like her recommendation that it wasnt working for me she said maybe it was my feet and not what she recommended. Then proceeded to argue over what style she sold me. Overall very rude wont be returning for awhile. I get everyone has bad days but dont say my body is defective and not your product. Much better ways to handle unsatisfied customers.

The sales lady helped me find some running shoes that I definitely wouldnt have found without her help. Low and behold they werent even close to the highest priced shoes in my size. Seems she was more motivated to find what I actually needed and not just the priciest shoes she could find. Good service, good shoe selection, wide sizes available, fair prices. Everything you need from a shoe store. Good overall experience.

Great prices on a large selection of top quality name brands. Service is outstanding and offered to order size not in stock. Recieved it in 3 days. Does not get better that this. Will return here as need arises . Highly recommend them.

They have friendly staff and nice shoes but theyre just a little to expensive. I know that they have to price as the seller, but would be nice to have a more reasonable option for parents who havent got a lot of money or have several children. Just my opinion.Thank you.
