Do not go near this place without a full biohazard suit. These women are rude. They have about a million rules up and love to ask you if you cant read. They got way out of line with me. I was told I would not be able to come back and I hope to God that is the truth. The best advice I can give is dont go there in the first place. Forklift guy was fine. I dont know what is going on there but it needs to stop. Dont go there! Everyone who has had to deal with this needs to call the North Carolina labor board.
First off dont take Burris to Ann to Thomas those are small residential streets. Enter from Mt Olive to Thomas. Check in with PPE vest equipment. Then park in drop lot. No sense in name calling but the lady in shipping is strictly business. Just be nice to her and shell be nice back. Loading took a little while as they only use one dock.
They wanted us to wear a mask but none of them were wearing a mask
The girl receiving is robot or what she act like not person
Very nice and respectful staff
Came in to deliver roll stock. African American woman would not even look at me. Asked her for a pen to sign her book she said no. She is the most unprofessional person I’ve come across in 30 years of trucking
The other reviews are correct, the lady in shipping and receiving is a 1st class witch
The most ridiculous saftey procedures of any company i have ever carried freight for....their saftey rules actually make things unsafe amd very unpleasent.
57 minutes to unload 7 rolls. Still the same ole place and people
Delivery roll stock w 53 dry van. Slide tandems to rear, drop landing gear & DC trailer air lines then you must wait inside employees break room.On my second visit the total time was less than 45 minutes.
Quick to load truck
Rude woman in shipping
