Best price on the tires I wanted (Goodyear). Bruce was super helpful and kept me updated on the status.

I had two tires replaced and I am happy with the service. They were fairly fast and very courteous.

This Walmart here in Niagara Falls absolutely is horrible their shelves are pretty much bare you try and get help to do anything nobody will help or they hide and theyre extremely rude. I quit shopping there and this is my hometown store and I want and start a shopping at the North Tonawanda store much better people more than a of a better experience and their shells arent there you can find what youre looking for

I have to admit that, even though Im not a big Walmart shopper for reasons I wont get into here, the automotive service at this location has been excellent to me. I dont know how long the actual automotive managers hang around, but once you get past the guy who often knows little at the desk (not an automotive person), they know what theyre talking about and will help you out if the situation arises (often even when not their fault!). Another excellent location for the same reasons is the one in Brockport, NY if youre out that way.

The day my husband went to get his tires balanced they stripped several nuts. We watched them hammer in the socket tool to take them out. Obviously it wasnt the right size if you have to hammer it onto the nut. Other than that the wheels were balanced good.

Very positive experience at this location! We were tourists and had a tire problem. They took the time to explain our options and how we could best save money but have a safe trip home. Everyone was very nice and helpful.

Great value, and the service is always reliable in my opinion. Its so nice to shop while your car is in the shop too. If you need an oil change for a good price, this is where you go, tire prices here are awesome as well.

Would have been a better rating if I didnt wait 2 1/2 hours for 2 tires to be put on. All the bays were empty for the first hour I was there. Exhausting

This place is the worse Auto Care Center Ive been to!Awful customer service! It took two and a half hours to change one tire. One of the attendants got upset with me and loosened one of my brake fluid lines without realizing that my cars computer would notice. We ended up calling the manager back to the center again because there was no way I was leaving with my indicator lights now on. The attendant also had his friends helping him with my car as they waited for his shift to end.The manager ended up resolving the error that occurred at another location and tightened all my brake lines.Beware of this place!

Terrible. I took my car to get a flat tire fixed and they plugged it but I had to take it back a few days later because it was leaking again. When I took it back I told them which tire was leaking and waited 2 hours for it to be fixed. When I asked if it was done they said yeah it was done an hour ago. Never was I told it was done. When I went to leave I checked the tire to make sure it was good because my tire light was still illuminated on my dash. After checking, I noticed it was still leaking and nothing was even done to it. I went back inside and told the employee working that it wasnt fixed and he apologized and said they did the wrong tire!!! How does that happen? They replaced a valve stem in my other tire that was fine to begin with! I waited another 20 mins or so while they took it back again and this time they replaced the tire because I had road hazard warranty and I was told it shouldnt have been plugged since it was so close to the sidewall. There was one employee working that was helpful, didnt catch his name (no name tag) but he wore sunglasses the entire time. Thanks to him, the issue was resolved. Otherwise this was a headache!!!

Got my new tires installed.Good service but beware i waited for 2 hours for the job to be done.The 2 hour wait seems to be the norm there as i heard them telling everyone that it would be a 2 hour wait.Tip -They dont take appointments so if you get there a little before 7AM when they open Im guessing you could be in and out?

Kept well stocked and pretty clean. can be very busy at times because of its proximity to the border and the volume of Canadian customers. A short drive up the boulevard to Tonawanda is usually worth while especially during the holidays.

Ordered a set of 4 tires online had them installed at the tire center in Walmart and I must say they did a great job. Very polite and proffesional. I would highly recommend them.

Had an issue with my tire and thought it was going flat, excellent service here all around in resolving my issue. Wal Mart as a chain gets a lot of flak but in all the times Ive used Wal Marts automotive service centers Ive never had anything but a 5 star experience, thanks so much for your help tonight guys!

Customer bought a tire they wouldnt even put the tire and rim on his car lousy people my opinion I would never do business

Had a new tire put on a wheel, the employee was very helpful and polite. They were done in less than 20 minutes.

Good place to get batteries for your vehicles, even riding lawn mowers and atvs and motorcycles.

Shop guys were swamped with customers. They were fast to help people but could use more help especially in the winter months when sales are highest.

Reasonable pricing and the fact they hand torque the wheels are just about the only good things. The employees dont really care about service. Had to go in twice to get the tires put on even though I had called ahead the first time. They do not take appointments - and are not very accomodating.

Fast and efficient, helpful. Prices are about average for the type of services offered, but convenient if you have shopping to do.
