Stopped here to buy some alcohol, but it was appearantly, the guy who is actually a manger, it seems was not happy being there. He was constantly rude to every customer (2 before my turn). He was rude a lady in front of me when she asked for a refund, no explanation or nothing, straight off just being condescending to her in a loud voice. When my turn came in, the anger on his face and no greeting at all so me being polite, asked hows your day going? No response. I thought he didnt hear me. So I asked again, are you having a good day so far? Literally no response again for my question and with an angry face, hes like what you need?At this point I lost it and I just said nope I dont want to give my business to you and I left. And guess what, you bet, I am never going there again.
Worth stopping here, especially if there is a long line to cross the border. Public restrooms available and great views of the falls from the parking lot! Keep in mind that you have to cross the border directly after purchase (your items are given to you once you are ready to drive across the border). Good selection, but not the best prices for all items. For some items, the airport shops have better prices.
I like this place too bad the border is closed
Great place to shop for souvieners, candy and liquor. Clean shopping area but the restrooms were in a bit of disarray at the time I stopped there. It smelled more like a truck stop than a family friendly stop. minutes away from the n=border crossing. Ask about your liquor allowance per person before purchasing.
Enjoyable, if not gigantic, selection. Prices on their liquor versus our local area shops is drastic - $30 bottle of whiskey for $18. Nice selection of maple syrup and syrup related candies, etc. Also has an area for Canadian related souvenirs and a make-up selection, which I did not explore. Definitely worth a quick stop before re-entering the states.
Everything is yours 😉
Always good finds here. Good prices on goods for gifts for yourself or a friend.
I purchased some products at the local LCBO and when I was going back thru found same products I didnt know they carried. With the help of one person who I can not thank enough went back and returned the LCBO products within 15 minutes of purchase returned to Duty Free and saved hundreds of dollars !! Great people working there. Was sad that they ran out of the Crown Royal gift packs. I will visit that place every time I get a chance for sure !!! Would be great to see a current product listing so I can plan for my trips up north.
Prices are good, bit its too small to have a really good selection.
Good place for alcohol and other things
A lot less selection than i tought. I wanted something with an america flag or a fridge magnet as souvenir, but absolutely nothing.
I bought chocolates at the rainbow bridge duty free today (March 10, 2019) and it has expiry date of Jan 31, 2019. Chocolate was on sale, but that doesn’t justify selling chocolates way past expiry date. Watch out for expired food items at this location.
Great prices and wonderful unique items! Could do some great Christmas shopping here!
This is where I get my Stars and Stripes vodka and some jewellery.
Great service and good prices for liquor
The best prices and selection for liquor. Friendly and helpful staff.
The easiest way to get rid of my leftover Canadian money
Large large selection of alcohol. They also have name brand purses at a reasonable price.
Good place to go if you are going to be gone over 24 hours
We love you but please stop selling politically branded chocolate bars.
Great liquor specials. Not to be missed.
Beer is MUCH cheaper than Canada...
When mski g a purchase some restrictions apply.
Very good place to stop and shop for your duty free purchases.
Maybe its just me but I thought the selection of products here was very limited despite its size.
Some good deals, not alot.
Great prices on liquor and fragrances! But you have to take it all to Canada.
Better price and good collection for shopping..Friendly staff working here..
Great deals here for Canadian customers - see fragrances and alcohol
They wont let you purchase, not even water, unless you are driving into Canada.
I think the schedule is not right..here on Google, it says, closes at 11pm, but i was there last sunday at 10 pm and it was closed...
It was ok here just this duty free is smaller than the others so they dont have lots....
My friends on the bus bought out duty free.
Friendly, decent prices, good variety.
Nice Christmas bargains!
Prices of goods sold are very reasonable
Good deal on beer and vodka
Very clean and healpful staff...the selection over the years has dwindled down...no souvenirs
Love great prices
Good deals at the duty free...
Not a good selection. High prices. Poor customer service.
Always love stopping there...
Not a huge selection but good enough
I love the price
Went to things but wasnt allowed to because the cashier said we couldnt buy unless we were going into Canada.
Fast service, friendly and helpful staff
This is a smaller duty free so less selection than some of the others.
Very good, friendly service.
Small duty free shop...nothing interesting and no good deals...
Good prices on rum.
Cheapest priced liquor...but for Canada travellers
To expensive other than alcohol
Clean washrooms, decent prices
When I back to Canada from my business trip

A place where you can go several times ~~ A place you must go to see once in your life ~~ Niagara Falls
Not an exciting thing here ... Those who are familiar with the articles know that despite the lack of taxes, you dont really save here.
