Great family owned business. Kept us supplied with water during Covid lock downs and practiced all Covid restrictions to keep everyone safe.

I used to be a long time customer from 2012 to 2017. But I moved away fromt the area and just came back again in March. The staff is super friendly and nice but I find the water had a bad taste to it. Which ro water should not have a taste period. I get severe migraines with aura when I drink tap water and most well water. And I have been suffering from them again since returning to this water source. That along with the bad taste makes me question the quality of this water. Unfortunately I bought 20. So hopefully I can get a refund. If not I guess I will give the water to my house plants cause thats all its good for in my opinion.

The staff are always friendly and eager to help me with filling and putting the cap on the bottles. And carrying the bottles to my car. Ive been a customer for many years and never had any issues. I am satisfied with the standards and procedures at Pure Water Niagara!

Super friendly staff and good prices. After Rainbow closed down, they offered to honour the loyalty card which I thought was really decent of them. They even carried my bottles out to the car for me.

Nice place to visit

Picked up a jug of water to test out. My test came back with chlorine and other contaminants. I’m going to go ahead and say that their filters need to be cleaned (if they actually have them) I test water all over Niagara and this test was horrible. Will not be back
