We stayed at Blue for the weekend and went here 3 times! Everything was delicious. The 3rd time was to get treats to take home for friends and family. They also loves it. Be prepared to spend some money, it isnt cheap! But it is worthwhile. We had... chocolate covered Brownie, chocolate covered butter tart, Carmel chocolate apple (ask them to cut it so you can snack right away!), chocolate covered sponge toffee, bear claw, hot chocolate bombs, peanut butter mixed chocolate box, chocolate covered sour keys and a key lime melt.
Wow! Such amazing customer service here! The staff was so friendly, and the chocolates I purchased were delicious! Can I give this store 6 stars, please?! Will be returning for more. Can’t wait!
If I could give you guys 0 stars I would. I walked in on a rainy day, this grown woman who looked like a manager was just standing there holding the door not even a welcome or a simple hi. I was getting some treats I was asking my relatives in the phone what they would like. The staff were very rude we were about to pay and just getting 1 more thing and the lady started yelling CAN YOU MAKE UP YOUR MIND?! YOUVE BEEN THERE FOR 20 MINUTES!?!? I HAVE A LINE!We were in there for maximum 7 minutes and I was just in shock. Wouldnt recommend.
Some of the best chocolate you’ll eat! No grumpy woman when I was there.
The Blue Mountain location is the worst in terms of customer service and business practices. From the moment you walk in they look at you like you want to steal a candy, no hi, bye, thank you, etc. they all look like theyve been forced to work there but the cherry on top is that older grumpy, rude, miserable women with the look on her face saying why did you even come here or hurry up...To summarize Id like to ask to franchise management to remaind all the personel at Blue to polish their customer service skills and retrain them especially that rude older lady. If that doesnt help let her go and youll see how much your business will grow.
Attention to all chocolate lovers to be thankful for your local Chocolatier at Blue Mountain Village.Walking from the parking lot head straight into the main area, and you will sense the aroma from the Rocky Mountain Chocolate Factory. Your taste buds will be satisfied with slabs of chocolate varying from dark, milk and white, embellished with mixture of nuts, or fruit or combinations for all. Your Chocolatier will keep you returning frequently for new seasonal recipes.
Any chocolate and fudge place is great in my books
So delicious! Highly recommend
The only thing in the village Ill give a one star too. They know you and your kids are going to want whatever products they have so they GOUGE you BIG TIME. Its egregious. Some of the prices off the top of my head were:$10 candy apple!$6 for a marshmallow with chocolate around it. Same price for a cluster that is bite size.$15 for a small bag of popcorn.$40 for a small gift bag with a few candies.
Fully stocked on everything. The staff were super friendly and they have the sweetest squirrel as a door greeter!
Very good quality of chocolates but little expensive.
Delicious treats! We visited this shop while visiting Blue Mountain. The chocolates and other treats are mostly made fresh on site. While we were browsing we chatted with the chocolatier about the processes as she was making fresh product! We chose an assortment of treats and all of us loved everything. The chocolate covered brownie was an especially big hit!Definitely recommend a visit to this shop if you’re in the area.
Small shop but lots of variety
This place has literally, the BEST chocolate and the best fudge you will ever eat in your life. I literally do not care what anyone has to say about the prices... you get what you pay for. You want to pay $3 for chocolate? Okay then have fun with your frickin kinder surprise. You pay good money, you get GREAT product, and this is exactly that. The fudge, my favourites, are the chocolate peanut butter, and the chocolate orange. Literally, to die for.I also want to give a HUGE shout out to Hannah, one of the employees there. She is not only adorable, but she is knowledgeable about all the products, she is kind, compassionate, and very sweet. Guess that make sense, you cant hire a bitter person for a sweet-shop. Hannah was absolutely spectacular when my partner and I dropped by, she went above & beyond for us, and it truly didnt go unnoticed. I wish that I could rate the employees, because she truly would get 8/5 stars. Rocky Mountain should be thankful to have her!!!!
Great chocolate covered apple options. Plus, plus, plus
My work function required hundreds of delicious, fresh cake pops and they did a great job supplying them. The staff delivered periodically throughout the day and were always friendly / smiling. They also did a great job at keeping them cold during an outdoor event on a hot day. Good job!
Not much variety.
Generally a good place to a have a treat. Purchased candy apple 1/2 an hour before closing and could not get it cut because the knife was already cleaned. Wow.
Great chocolate and the new owners/management are awesome! Great Holiday ideas and much more to see!
Under new ownership, great chocolate and super service!
Treat yourself here after a dinner in the village or stock up on goodies. The staff are all friendly, helpful and the treats do NOT disappoint.
No debit or credit accepted, had to walk out. Everything inside looked delicious
Was extremely looking forward to visiting this place today, walked in staff were useless no “ hello’s “ or “ can I help you’s“ instead a bunch of people standing around looking like they hate their job in the worse way. Was there roughly 5 mins and one the girls in the back literally was yelling at customers “ CAN WE CLOSE THE DOOR “ yes I know it was a cold day but really .. at that point my wife and I both looked at each other and agreed not to spend a dime here, horrible service save your money !!
They offer you samples when you walk in and that is nice. The prices are a bit steep but the product is of high quality.
Really really good chocolate and chocolate cover candy and nuts but a bit over priced
Went to pick up some thanks giving treats and gave my points card to the associate - who abruptly told me she didnt need the card but would use my last name. I clarified my name with her several times and slowly. Once home I checked my reciept to see another customer was listed and had my points! I called her back to get the issue rectified and I was again abruptly told - it wasnt her fault, its the computer and there was nothing she can do to help me obtain my points back! #rude #wontshopthereagain #nastyattitude
Expensive and limited variety, but still, decent decor, delicious options, and friendly staff
Tasty goods, but the employee was more interested in taking calls from a car dealer than providing service. Very expensive.
The food is tasty but its insanely expensive and the staff are useless. They have no idea what they are selling.
Store is not fully stocked and seems dirty. Older woman at cash with short grey hair, wearing a lot of silver rings didnt even greet us as we entered. Ordered two candy apples and the clear bags she puts them in she dropped on the floor and still uses it. Then one of the m and ms popped off the apple and onto the counter and she picked it up and threw it in the bag. They have set prices on the chocolate unlike at other Rocky Mountains where they weigh it, so its ridiculously overpriced. And after all this and spending 27 dollars in two apples and a pecan mogul the woman didnt say three words to us. Horrible customer service and dirty and unsanitary handling of food. Well never return.
The fudge is amazing! Im going back for more
Nice pçace. Blue mountain
Lots of great chocolate products but kind of expensive.
Staff were very rude and impatient. Chocolate was not worth the insane prices.
Smells good tastes better
Staff was a little rude and ignored me until I was ready to order. It smelled very chocolate like inside.
Lots of yummy treats.
Very poor and rude service.
Awesome
Good and expensive sweets.
So much chocolate!!!
