Joe is a God amongst men. Joe helped me where no one else could. Virgin customer support failed, others in the store failed but Joe never failed. Not only did he help where no one else could, but he bridges the gap between professional and human. So many in the customer support world come across as robotic. Joe comes across as an authentic human. Someone that hasn’t had his soul sucked out of him by corporate overlords. All hail Joe. We need more Joe’s.

I went into the source to pick up a gift for someone for Christmas. While I was there I decided to ask some questions about wireless ear bud versus over the ear headphones. The girl who helped me according to my receipt was K. Peavoy and she was fantastic she answered all of my questions and was very knowledgeable. I decided on a pair of Sony WH-CH700N headphones which were only $99 (regular price $230) and she even suggested using my CAA card for an even further discount which I would never have thought of!

A bit of a strange store. Has a lot of items that can only be found in one place. But due to how small the stores are the selection is limited. Staff are always willing to help and are friendly.

We paid full price for a brand new router and they tried to pass off a returned one on us, and it did not even have the right power adapter. Next time you try to rip someone off, make sure you have the right size power connector.

Great service.... they constantly attempt to upsell additional warranties even on battery longevity. Haha

When the new Xbox came out the other retailers use false advertising saying that they would be in the store November 10th only to be told they were online orders only but the source actually stock them on their shelves and when they ran out they took our number down called us the very next day and today we are the proud new owners have an Xbox x series with one very happy child you have my business for the rest of my life

Its better But Expensive, I would honestly save up my money and buy something that works instead of going to factory direct and buying something for like 50.00 and it doesnt work at all. Thats why I always will shop and never stop shopping at the source!Also, My question Is If They Sell Headsets For Computers And For Youtubers To Record And What The Prices Are For A Headset?

I visited the Source today and to be honest I didnt know what to expect because its been a long time since I walked into any location, having said that... upon my my entance I was greeted by Michael ( the Manager ) and his staff and given the royal treatment for the next hour, they were friendly and very knowledgeable of my particular needs and my budget concerns . I bought what I needed and will definitely come back really soon.

Its nice to see The Source still around. Whenever I hear of somebody needing cables, power adapters or pretty well anything, this is where I send them. Clean store well laid out and friendly staff to greet you.

I had a terrible experience with this store. I paid over $300 for an item which did not arrive on the agreed date before I had to travel and the store refused to give me a refund! They said I had to wait until the item arrived although I would have already left the country. I will never shop there again!!!

Was having a good experience with the girl behind the counter until another guy, Robert or Roberto or something, came over and acted like an absolute jerk. He was rude and unhelpful at best, refused to answer my questions telling me to just look it up and then refused to take my money because it was twenty minutes to close! If my moneys not good enough for you to do a little math on uyor balance sheet then Ill spend it elsewhere, recommend going anywhere else or at least making sure to deal with one of the other employees.

Came all the way from St. Catharines to buy the wireless charger only to have a very bad experience with the salesperson in this location. Me & my daughter waited in front of the cash register to pay but this guy with the mustache/beard just walked out on us. We had to call/talk to the other salespersons (theres 2 of them) on the other cash register to help us. Then another salesperson just cashed out another customer when we are literally in front of the line. We felt so 👎.Very bad customer service. Hope management will train these employees properly on what customer service is supposed to be.

The source has a great selection of most things. Prices are very competitive also. I search for items at the Source before I look anywhere else. I use them as the standard.Generally they out price and out quality most others anyway.

Went here to get a phone upgrade. The phone I wanted wasnt in stock but was told they would get one here the next day. It was there as they said and they set my new phone up and explained everything well.

Great location went in for a USB and came out with a better device (chromecast) I didnt even know existed, staff was informative and helpful, Kaylea cashed me out and exceeded my customer service experience, she was trying to help me save money by asking who my phone provider was, who I had internet services with. All round great experience would recommend to every and anyone for sure.

Ive been here twice and both times I was helped by an employee named Bree. She is extremely helpful, friendly and professional.

From Fort Erie. Since the source closed down here. We were in the Falls. Right around the corner. Instead of driving over, figured I would call from Home Depot parking lot to see if they had what I needed. No answer. I drove over ( literally a 1 minute drive from where I was) walked in and there were 3 employees and no customers. Explain to me why a phone is not answered when there are 3 people standing around in an empty store doing nothing?Also didnt have what I needed. What a joke.

Sadly my experience was subpar. Manager was polite and phoned back regarding inquiry, inside the store was something else. Purchased phone which somehow had wrong persons data on the sim card and had to return to the store to resolve it .Limited accessories at store and sales associate really didnt have his heart into looking for them . Its difficult working for a sinking ship and Im sure these employees arent paid that well so being an enthusiastic employee must be difficult. I only went there because of timing issue in losing a phone. If I were to do it again I suggest a going to a dedicated phone store.

Horrible.. how are these guys still in business.. went in about a week ago looking for a dlink 360 camera. It was in their flyer. The associate had no idea what it was or where it could be in the store. I had to ask 3 times for help. He acted annoyed that I was there. After about 20 mins I came to realize that it wasnt available in that store. I asked if he could check to see which store has it and he told me that they dont do that. Ill never go back

The management at this location are utterly useless, they will LIE to sell you a warranty you cannot use (they make commission, duh) and are completely unwilling to help. They are too busy in the back to meet with customers on the sales floor and expect their employees to do all the grunt work. I feel bad not only for the people that shop here and receive such terrible service, but also for every employee under this TERRIBLE management. There are too many competitors to bother shopping with an absolutely garbage establishment.

I went into the Source on Morrison Street in Niagara Falls to purchase an HDMI cable and to inquire about the tablet offer Bell had messaged me about. I didnt want the tablet offered so was able to get a Samsung Galaxy Tab S2 with all the same offers except the cost of the tablet. Thanks for your assistance Lor. I appreciate your assistance.

I recently purchased two USB keys from this location, they unfortunately do not work with my computer. I have been informed by the staff member at this location that I cannot get a refund. She was not interested that they do not work. I will not shop at the Source again, this kind of customer service is not in my best interests.

I asked a staff member for an opinion about a product and they gave me an honest straight forward answer, noting some potential draw backs.This honesty makes me more likely to accept their recommendation in the future.
