Its very handy that its so close to the border. Its always well stocked unlike the Target which always seems to be cleaned out with countless empty shelves. This location also has an impressive amount of trendy clothing - much more than other locations in Upstate NY and theyre not the same as the boring George brand carried in Canadian Walmarts. It would be an ideal place to go back to school clothes shopping for young adults and children as its very budget friendly but fashionable for the price. I also liked the staff working here, I found that they were very nice.

Picked up an shelf with curbside pickup and I was given an shelf that was returned instead of receiving something new. Didnt realize what happened until I got home. The box was clearly opened before as it was tapped shut and the racks were scrapped with white power all over them. Will never trust the curbside service again.

I ordered for in store pickup. But when I got into the store, I was told I had to pick it up curb side. I was in a wheel chair at the time. It was a major hassle. Why would they offer in store pickup, if it wasnt available?

Had 422.00 worth of groceries and at the checkout I was informed that the store was out of paper bags and the reusable bags. So I had to take all the groceries out to my truck and put them all in the floor and seats of it. This was so totally wrong and unacceptable. It will be awhile before I return there.

I wanted to buy some storage bins, but I couldnt find the lids. I asked three people for help and finally, after 20 minutes, was told that somebody probably took the lids by mistake. None of the employees were smiling And no one really wanted to help me. I shouldnt say no one was pleasant. If ever I need something from electronics, Carlos is always smiling and ready to help.

This Walmart is usually well stocked on everything, and its not too overcrowded. My one issue would be that there are rarely any checkout aisles open these days, leaving long lines at self-checkout no matter how full your cart is. If you place an online order, the staff at pick-up are excellent. They work with you and are very friendly, they are also thorough in making sure you approve of any substitutions or missing items.

Walmart.. they usually have what Im looking for.. sometimes they definitely dont have enough workers but thats everywhere right now. I went grocery shopping one time and I had to self checkout $300 worth of food because they took 11 call offs!! I was definitely upset about that but hasnt happened since.

Wonderful to see NY do away with plastic bags. The employee was so helpful and informative. Gave me the scoop about the refund exchange program. Clean store with tons of choices for products. Healthy produce too.

Again I had a very bad experience at your Walmart. The age that I had with me my PCA was useless.

Relatively clean and well lit. All registers but the self scan were closed; which, made for a very long line for checking out.

Horrible customer service i asked 2 employees to help me get flee and tick drops for my dog both said ill go get someone to help you they never came back 15 minutes later another employee came bye and seen i was frustrated and grabbed the key quickly i wish I would of got her name because she helped me very quickly.

Really clean, easy to find almost everything, reasonable prices. Be aware that you must pay for paper bags, which fall apart by the time you reach the car of its sprinkling just a little.

Its Walmart, every time I have gone the employees are really polite. I mostly do online grocery pick and its always excellent. If the CEOs are reading these reviews, pay your employees more money. They were there all through the pandemic and continue to show up to keep the store running at a great risk to their own health.

This afternoon I had groceries delivered. I want to share that it was an easy and pleasant experience. However the actual reason I am sharing this is because the woman, I believe her name was Dorothy, who delivered the groceries was exceptional. They were open. It was a shame that there were none of the wrenches that i needed for my strut installation actually in stock on the shelves. It seemed like the website said they would be. Net pandemic shutdown we should close the big box stores and keep the mom and pops open, so they can get back regular hours and get a chance to make so.e of the, record profits. These mega companies take us shoppers for granted. It doesnt help to carry low priced items if they are always out of them . Half of the wrench and socket display was empty.

I placed an order for grocery delivery to be delivered at 4 pm. The order came with someone else’s groceries and none of mine. I called them at 4:15 to let them know and was told my groceries would be delivered by 6 pm. It’s now 8 pm and I’ve been on hold for 45 minutes just to talk to someone. It’s hung up me twice and when I asked to speak to a manager, I was told they all leave at 8. So now, I’m heading to the store to pick it up. Absolutely ridiculous.

Ever wonder why there are so many seagulls in the lot? Well the giant garbage hill behind it might be the clue. Still its walmart and they offer products at a lower price, especially food which makes it a great place for grocery shopping. I cant take more than 1 star off for being in front of a giant trash pile because its not their fault niagara falls city planners back in the day put our refuse in the middle of niagara falls. Even the old walmart on porter was right next to it :(

Bought some cordless power tools. Brand is Hart. Formally sold at Home Depot but was bought out by Walmart. Ive had DeWalt and Milwaukee impact drivers and I feel the Hart matches up to either for half the price.

Its just a Walmart...Being Paraplegia in a wheelchair (manual). Found this store is not ADA for people as myself..No baskets, no wheelchair able carts..End up have to struggle pushing cart and control the wheelchair.Be nice either employee carts for wheelchair users or have space where you can lock up your wheelchair and use the HC scooter.Note employees are not helpful to wheelchair users..Matter fact, seen employees act like if the wheelchair is problem..Seen employees deliberately avoid ..going 160° turn around.

My experience at Walmart today was not a great one. The cashier, Destiny looked and acted like she didnt want to be working, she kept looking around and didnt pay attention to the customers. I also packed my own groceries which I thought was her job.After making my purchase, I took my bags to the car and continued over to the garden department (via my car). Needing potting soil, i looked for someone to cash me out and I was told the employee that was supposed to work today called in, not my problem. Returning back into the store to pay for the soil and find someone to assist me in putting in my car.This store needs help in training their employees in customer care.

Says masks required, but maybe 20% of people were doing so. Checkout was extremely slow, but at least there were manned checkouts.

I hate going to walmart...always, every single time I go, it is always busy and crowded. They are always out of the thing that I actually went for and I end up buying stuff I really never need (which in fairness is my problem not walmarts) however if it was not for their super cheap prices on certain items I would never shop there again.

Same quality of product availability at most other Walmart stores, which is minimal.

If you come early you can avoid the crowds and hopefully get the items you need. Later in the day shelves can get pretty empty and its BUSY.

They never have what you want shelves are half empty cant get what you need and with the border opening up they need to limit stuff so that their stuff here for us Americans

Absolutely love this store however I fell in there parking lot over a year ago and all I asked for was fix or replace my much needed glasses (blind in one eye) still have not received response after several attempts

This Walmart is very similar to the Tonowanda location. Unlike the Tonowanda location, this Walmart has a gas station. There is a huge area for grocery and other item pickups, located on the side of the store. I never had a issue with finding any item I maybe in need of. Checkout is fluent and not overly crowed, but that can be becuase I shop so early. There is also a Walmart gas station here

No plastic bags good only paper for purchasing. Good cherries in season.

I really do enjoy this store. Most of the time people are friendly and accommodating. I do not like how there are so many items and things not properly priced or how the clearance is like an Easter egg hunt.

I’m coming from another state than new york and did not realize that there are no plastic bags at markets anmyore at new york. there are only paper bags you can buy. also when you buy bottled water you have to pay deposit fee as well because state expects you to return it to recycle station. i think its genius for environment.
