Really need to start updating your instore prices better. Frustrating when I make it to the counter only to be told that the sale price is over despite the sale sign clearly being there

There are some positives about this Circle K location, however, the negatives outweigh them which are the source of this review. There are a wide range of issues that have gone unaddressed for months, from the low pavement dips on both entrance/exits to the tire inflator malfunctioning. Customer service representatives dont respond or note any concerns and whomever the manager is here hasnt done anything to cure these long-lasting issues. Its an ok place to get gas or to pick up some freebies from rock-paper-scissors but venture outside of these things and you run a very good chance at being disappointed.

I asked an attendant if they sell cheese, and she repeatedly explained that she didnt know what that was. I can respect language barriers, but I cannot respect lazy employees who cannot take the time to learn the products that are sold at their own workplace. It isnt entirely circle K fault but I hope management sees this and implements basic training to their staff asap please, that was embarrassing.

This is a great place for gas, or a snack. Their gas prices are usually a little bit lower than the other stations in the area. Service is friendly and efficient. Great whether you are just taking your time, or in a hurry.

Amazing and friendly staff. Gas is competitively priced. This is like 7 11 but 10 times better. They have a huge variety of slurpies. Flavoured soft serve ice cream and milk shakes. This store is so clean.

I walked my e-scooter in my hands inside the store, Yasmeen, an employee at this location rudely notified me that the scooter wasnt allowed inside. She sold me cigarettes without checking my ID, I could have been a minor. Priorities I guess! I will be reporting the incident to Circle K corporate office, even if I have to be on the call for hours! Zero stars if that were an option!

Great place for a quick snack. Teller was friendly and helpful. Small selection of hotels foods as well and a great frosted bar.

Nice and new other then that its avarge. They tend to put the price one cent cheaper at the pump then whats in the sigh. If your going to do that always do it.. Or dont do it at all. 4 stars for the marketing blemish

Twice I have been overcharged for the same item when the price in the cash register came out higher than the shelf label - a pretty small amount i.e. price per unit 40 cents higher than the shelf price. But I still dont think this is very good customer service. When I pointed it out to the cashier, she honoured the price I had seen by giving me some cash back after I told her the price that was on the shelf but she restricted my purchase to only one unit at the correct price. From a fussy disgruntled customer who could become a loyal customer.

This is a new gas station (late 2016). Gas prices are regularly the best around. The mini-mart is fairly big and very clean.

I put gas for 30 dollors from this pump and they changed me for 125 dollors and when I enquired they said it is companies policy to charge 125 dollors and will only refund after 48hours.what kind of procedure is it .can someone pls explain .

Usually they have low prices for the area. Today everyone is the same. I enjoy this location except that you have to pre pay for your gas.

Very low price which was why i stopped here. HOWEVER over half of the pumps at this station are pre-pay only. When i asked why this was the case the GSA told me because customers drive off. Okay cool but the pumps were fully visible to the GSA working. I could read the licence plate while standing there. She then proceeded to tell me that they as employees and the manager have to pay for drive offs out of pocket. If so this is 100% illegal, it is illegal to make any GSA pay for any type of fuel theft!! They also dont take Esso points....this was my first time going to this station and i can honestly say i will never be back. I will be reporting this to head office as well.

Always the cheapest gas in Niagara Falls. Friendly staff and brand new. Huuuge convenience store... the only drawback is that they dont carry automotive things like engine oil or fuel line cleaners.

Greatest deal in Niagara is in this location. $.79 polar pop. Comes in a styrofoam cups that lasts forever. (environment be damned). Lost one star because exiting out of the parking lot on the Kalar side causes the car to bottom out. In summary, Go get polar pop, but exit out the front

Gas prices are usually cheapest around. Can pay at the pump or inside and has a nice variety of hot and cold foods to grab on the go.

Its a good quick place to get the type of fuel you need for your vehicle

The gas is almost always cheaper here, the last to raise prices and the first to drop relative to the Petro and Canadian Tire in either direction surrounding it. The machines and pumps have always been functional when Ive visited, and early in the morning, there are no lines and its easy to turn out onto Kalar rather than Thorold Stone to use the traffic lights for better visibility to and of other vehicles.

I love this gas station, which I appreciate sounds silly but they have a fantastic self serve, soft serve ice cream machine and a wall of pop / slushies to choose from.

Best has station in the Niagara, dont get my gas anywhere else.

I hesitate to leave a bad review because the gas prices have always been among the best in Niagara, service is good, and the food is everything you want it to be however I have to say, you need to fix the entrance/exit. I have almost hit the bottom of my car multiple times coming out of this Circle K location. Its why I havent been back there in weeks. There is a dip coming out of the parking lot that needs to be remedied immediately.

My car broke down and we had no way to get the spare off and they allowed us to leave the car until we had a chance to get a tow truck to change the tire out and they even gave us hot coffee as it was cold out when we were waiting for the truck to come

One stop shop for gas, drinks, food and snacks. They have a wide variety of snacks, food and drinks and their prices are very reasonable. Only reason I gave them a 4 star is because their bathrooms are not well maintained, the sink and floor were dirty on both occasions that I visited them.

It is not reliable gas price. Mid day 109.9 after hour 99 cents and same the next day. Their super and other grades extremely high priced compare to Canadian Tire. Super and other grades.
