I needed a small trinket for my mother in laws 60th birthday and this was the best place to go! Wide variety of gifts, including milestone gifts. The lady working was very helpful showing me some options around the store. I didnt look at the cards but it looked like there was a good selection. Staff was friendly, store was clean and there is lots of parking outside.

I really dislike that this is the only store in my city because all of the staff who work there are so rude and offputting every time I go in there they are short there abrupt and they just want you out of that store. I was in there today and I witnessed a customer go up to a staff member and say I have a question about an item I just purchased and the worker cut her off and said we don’t do refunds. The customer simply said I’m not returning it I have a question about how it works the customer took the item out of the bag show the worker and the worker had the audacity to say “see this button where it says press here well press here”. It was a very tasteless And rude of her to say I paid for my items and I left. I’ll drive the extra 30 minutes to another city from now on. Even my husband he’s going there he cringes when he has to go there. All I can say is I won’t be sad when that store closes down.

I cant thank this store enough they went above and beyond and im super happyI fell in love with a star wars picture frame for my up coming star wars theme wedding but the frame was sold out at all locationshowever with the amazing help of a staff member named Lidia not sure if i spelled her name right ? but she was able to order it and it came in before our wedding :) im over the moon happy with the amazing experience this store always goes above and beyond love shopping here looking forward to doing more shopping here again love this store staff so kind always try there best for there customers highly recommend to others

The staff are very friendly and they carry a wide selection of unique items that make great - if expensive - gifts. My only complaint would be the selection of greeting cards. They have a very wide range of occasions for which you can find a card, but a surprisingly narrow number of options within each occasion.

I had a very nice experience today in hallmark Niagara Falls I wish I got the name of the lady who helped me today she was super sweetI bought a little mermaid ornament before I went home, I checked too see if it was going to work it was missing the batteries, so the lady put batteries in the ornament for me, and was very sweet and helpful, this store is always a pleasure to shop in . I hope there staff gets recognized for all the efforts and extra help that they always provide for there customers wonderful all around

She is a lovely person with amazing knowledge and patience. She tries her hardest to make time for minor emergencies that can be handled at the office and goes above and beyond explaining to educate patients in a way everyone can understand. She is also a great asset to the community with all the volunteering and programs her clinic runs to help families in need.

You will always find what you need aswell as artistic, unusual & handcraftedcards. They also carry small tokens toslip into the cards. They become minitreasures.

Hated it! Went in there looking for something lady seemed very nice and called the other store to see if they have any and when she asked if we wanted to drive from the falls to the st Catherines location to pick it up we said wed look around and she got really rude with us and told us it was a waste of time and was just super rude
