My first experiences at this location, since I moved here, have been terrible. I was always met a with short, unpleasant, rude lady. Ive never experienced such service in my life where youre made to feel like nothing or that you dont matter. Everyone Ive ever interacted with has reciprocated the kindness and patience and respect Ive given to them. So because of these experiences I just decided to not shop here any longer. After almost 6 months of not going, I decided to pop in to pick up an order I placed online and let me tell you the night and day difference in service level! Bonnie and her teammate I think her name is Cheryl, are what great customer service is all about. I am extremely happy about my experience today and hope the next time I return it continues!! Thank you Bonnie and Cheryl for what you do!

Awesome store. The new, well new since I have been there, is great. Did an online order and picked up in store, super convenient and at no extra cost. Great staff to.

Kim runs this place like a well-oiled machine. If Ive ordered something through the online portal, I know that if I get there only half an hour later its ready for me to pick up. Not once have I ever been given any grief about getting the seniors discount for my elderly mother.

I was here for the first time last week and purchased the Jambalaya kit. I asked the sales person for something that was quick and easy to make and she gave me a few options. This kit took about 20 minutes and it was delicious!

Unfortunately this location has changed in regards to their employees. The women working at this establishment are short, rude, and snarky, not welcoming at all. I tried going back a few times even with the increase in prices (maybe they were having a bad day). No change.I ended up purchasing freezable containers and now make my own food on my days off. Doesnt take too long to make and its a fast meal when needed. I work too hard for my money to give it to ignorant staff, even if the food is good.

Their staff needs a lesson in customer service. As an owner of several businesses in Niagara, I have noticed in several stores that during Covid-19 many employees have lost their customer care. I for one will not be a customer of this business any longer.

Ordered curbside. Arrived at my time, called the number given in the pickup instructions and was left to hold for 12 minutes. The phone was literally placed on the counter while the cashier cashed out every person. Some of the customers were in the store before I called and therefore should have been served before me. It was the 6 additional customers served that entered the store while I waited. I watched from my curbside pickup parking spot. When I tried to ask the employee, she quickly got mad and said I had to wait. As if curbside was a bother. I asked her if she prefer me to come in and potentially expose her? She was so rude. I will never return.

I really like this shop but today someone refused to wear a mask and they were still allowed in. While coughing no less. Not happy with this.

I picked up some bacon wrapped chicken and garlic butter shrimp skewers. They were so delicious on the bbq! Reasonably priced! I will be back for more!
