Great product. Pleasant, knowledgeable staff. After 10 years (of flawless operation), one of the tiny wires on one of my hearing aids broke. It was repaired in minutes. 5 out of 5 on the complete satisfaction scale.

I received great costumer service from my Audiologist Paul Max. Not only was he polite and patient, he took the time to answer any questions or concerns I had. Paul helped me quickly adjust to my new hearing aids. I would highly recommend him for all your hearing aid needs.I love my new hearing aids!!

I had a great experience when I went in to get my hearing aids. The young lady - Alison I dealt with was very friendly and supportive. She made the experience very comfortable. The other staff members were also very friendly and supportive as well.

Good service . Good test for hearing loss, however after giving the aids a month trial. it seems that there was a great deal of clashing sounds. The young man said they would adjust the levels until I was happy. The cost was unapproachable, although I have group insurance, The portion having to be paid out of pocket was too high.... I may look elsewhere for an affordable solution.

I am very impressed with the professional and thorough care I received! Everyone was competent and caring and I felt I received the best possible care! I highly recommend the office and will deal exclusively with them in the future.

I have had great service from Listen Up in the sense that the technician was kind and courteous and he even made an adjustment to my hearing aids. Listen Up has also lived up to their promise that batteries would be free for 3 years.However, my overall experience with my hearing device doesnt help a great deal. I hear sounds louder, but I cannot understand differences in sounds that are similar. For example, I cannot differentiate between the words bat and mat. I feel very disappointed that I went through this experience without acceptable results. I was told that I have to get used to them but after 3 years my hearing has not improved to my satisfaction.I think that Listen Up should be trying to get feedback on their hearing devices rather than on the operators of their different locations.PS.If I had to rate my Listen Up device, it will definitely be a 1 out of 5.

This was my second hearing aid from Listen Up. I was very satisfied with the testing and only had to return once for a different ear dome which has worked wonderfully. The young lady who did the testing was gracious and even wrote down some instructions for me. I am very happy with the service shown to me. Ann Ferencz
