Those guys are great. Passionate and friendly, I have bought from Cooperative my car in 2015, it was a good deal, the transaction was frank and they took care of everything with care. I trusted them and built a friendly relationship, so that I decided to rely on Cooperative Auto Brokers again when my tour of duty came to an end last month: I gave them my care in for consignment and they were able to close a satisfactory deal again for me in less than 3 weeks. Keep up with the good things youve done for this local community. Good luck my friends!
Best used car experience ever, honest, hard working and determined to put you in a vehicle of your choice. The staff thoroughly is based on teamwork with one objective, your satisfaction. Thank you and be assured when the time comes for another used car, well be back.
Great experience!!! Rob went out of his way to make sure we got the right car.. I will absolutely be a returning customer!!
WONDERFUL! No pressure, great selection. Came originally to purchase one vehicle, but decided to upgrade once we arrived. The negative reviews are hard to believe, since from beginning to end.our experience was stellar. We will recommend to anyone from Panama City to Pensacola. Thanks so much!
Great experience, spot on values extremely knowledgeable and friendly. Ill be recommending my friends and family to shop here from here on out. Asked if I could take the vehicle to get inspected by my mechanic and they encouraged me to on every vehicle even though it was inspected by their mechanics already.
Buying a vehicle from Rob, Marcela, and everyone at Cooperative Auto Brokers has been a great experience! Everyone was friendly, helpful, and transparent. They worked with us to ensure we had a good inspection and test drive of the vehicle prior to purchasing and did everything they could to ensure we were satisfied with our purchase. We got an outstanding deal on the vehicle we chose, and we would definitely shop with them again! Highly recommended!
Great dealership! I took my car in for consignment. My car was sold in about one hour. I received a check for above the agreed consignment price in just a couple of days. I am happy with the quick sale and great service. Rob and Marcela are honest and easy to work with. I would definitely use Cooperative Auto Brokers again.
I really appreciate this kind of transparent and informative experience.Told us everything we needed to know. Answered all my questions.Great experience.
Terrible, owner talks your head off and sells busted up cars that he jimmys together and break down on a test drive. Don’t believe me? Test drive his Honda Pilot... or test drive the cars he has and note how many issues you see just in the test drive... just wait until you get it home and they multiply. He talks a game of being helpful and acting like he’s different from the rest but once you see the bottom line, it’s no different. Hope you like to listen while he waists your time and draws out the buying process with nonsense. Check engine lights come in if you test drive long enough. He tries to put all his cars on E so you don’t go far but I pushed it and two out of 3 cars did it. SMOKE IN MIRRORS
I highly recommend cooperative auto brokers. No pressure, let me take my time on the test drive. Gave me top dollar for my trade in. Ive never had this pleasant of an experience at a used car lot!
Bought a car from this place. Nice people, friendly....but the car is junk. Weve had it for less than a week. In the shop for the second time today. Not affordable to fix. Already have almost $1000.00 more into it. Out 7 grand.....very disappointed.
I bought an 02 ford ranger from them and I was very pleased with everything and the owner Rob Herrington. Nicest no pressure no problem dealer ever. The same day they posted the ad I called and they put a courtesy hold on it for me since I had to drive so far. Honest and very helpful as he even called the parts store an ordered a new part for me at no additional charge. On site mechanics at the time as well. He even offered to have them installed. Allowed me to take my time with the truck and take to whomever to have it looked over. No pressure and no problems. Thankyou very much Rob and all of Cooperative Auto Brokers Inc.
Good place that will work with you and tell it straight. See cargurus for a slightly more detailed review
My cars been great to me he was so understanding and caring and knowledgeable he told me exactly what to do and i would buy many more cars from him
***(My rebuttal to Mr Houze below)***Hi, my name is Rob Harrington and Im the sole owner of Cooperative Auto Brokers. The overwhelming majority of our reviews respond with 5 Star or top-notch superlative reviews. I go out of my way to bend over backwards and go above the call of duty to assist people in buying better vehicles for the best value. ALL of my vehicles are shop inspected and there are signs all over my store asking people to get whatever vehicle they are considering, at my store (or through any other seller,) to get them inspected by a qualified mechanic of their own choice and expense.Additionally, we are a car fax dealer and we provide car faxes for free to all consumers on every vehicle we sell. The car fax reports corresponding one page window summary sticker are put on EVERY vehicle we sell.Mr Hs assertion below that we somehow changed or altered his car fax report is false and quite frankly, misleading to the reader . He has libeled my good name and my companys good name.He is NOT suing me as of today, and if he does, he will have to prove that we somehow altered the Car fax forms to sell him a vehicle that the car fax report itself stated clearly had no salvage title history. It is true that many vehicles that are around 6-12 years old have had minor or moderate damage somewhere along their lifespan which is really akin to a human being in its lifetime, having a scar or bruise or broken bone. There is nothing, to the best of my knowledge, structurally wrong with his vehicle that he bought last FEBRUARY, almost a year ago, not a month ago when he posted his material misrepresentation on this site.Mr H is welcomed to sue me or anybody on the planet as that is his right to do so. However, Mr. H WILL LOSE his case as he will have to prove that we altered the car fax - which is impractical and unnecessary to do - as we clearly can demonstrate that his car fax DID SHOW two past accidents. Would he then also have to sue Car Fax? Good luck with that. His Car Fax clearly shows that it has no salvage history nor structural damage according to Car Fax - yet two accidents clearly appear. Furthermore, it is not illegal to sell a vehicle that has had accidents. It is fraudulent to sell a vehicle with a salvage history that was not disclosed, preferably in writing. Yet, the dealer most likely would have to had prior knowledge of this and withheld this specific information.Car fax is only as good as the entities who report their findings to car fax. As well, all auctions have to announce whether a vehicle has salvage history prior to sale. I dont buy salvage history vehicles knowingly or maliciously. Ive been in this industry for over 30 years, have written and published a book titled The Guerrilla Automotive Shopper and have given away for free nearly 14,000 copies since 1992. Feel free to google this information up.The power of the internet should never be used as a bully pulpit to slander and libel good peoples names, as bullies are normally merely cowards. Some consumers are merely lazy and want a free lunch in todays society that seems to promote some sense of self-entitlement, a blue ribbon for showing up, and to blame others for their problems created normally by their own faults and mistakes such as poverty, bad credit, laziness, poor planning, and bad luck. This is whats wrong with our society today. Why couldnt some whiners and internet bullies simply just purchase a $30000 to $60000 brand new vehicle instead and avoid the risk of buying a USED vehicle that are by Federal Law - sold AS IS - if the dealer does not sell a warranty???In summary, Mr. H is advised that I would be happy to trade him out of his vehicle (at wholesale trade in) but due to any potential trade inequity, a substantial down payment may be required just like any other person who may have failed to put $3000 down on their original loan to go into that loan with equity from day one.- Rob Harrington 11/29/2018
The guy Michael was really nice so i look forward to doin business wit them
We are very pleased with our recent quick sale purchase of a 2008 Honda CRV!!. Both Rob and Marcela are truly amazing, professional, and knowledgeable about the inventory on the lot. We recommend these guys to anyone who resides in this area or are new to the area. Reputable dealers are very hard to find in this area. Excellent customer service, no rush, no hassles. In addition, there is an excellent detailing service, readily available (Charliemacs Auto Detailing LLC)!! #CheckItOut
Make sure your mechanic check it out first.
Sold me a car with a fake car fax yes Im taking it to court but its still the point he would do it like that and ducked me over
Poor experience, inaccurate information given, and time wasted.
