Love this place! We have been storing a boat there since October and receive excellent service. Dock hands are always helpful and will go the extra mile. This service definitely trickles from the top down with Shane leading the team. Our buying experience with Annamarie was fast and easy. I swear she knows everyone that steps foot on that property. I recently bought a new boat and this was the only marina in the area without a wait list for dry storage. I initially planned to keep it here temporarily, but after seeing their amenities, and super helpful staff, I decided to stay long term.Edit: after being there for over a year I decided to drop 2 stars and change locations. There were several occasions when I picked up my boat only to discover that it had not been washed from the last time. By that time it had already been a couple weeks so no telling what damage the dried saltwater was doing. And I’m left to wonder if my motor was not flushed as well? My coworker also keeps a boat there, and experienced the same. He spoke to management who said they had a couple dockhands that were caught cutting corners.Another problem is parking. The locals restaurant has become very popular, and the patrons (only there to eat, not boat) take up all the parking near the docks. Why not reserve those for marina members? I was always having to park very far away in a dirt field by the sushi restaurant.

The staff here is exceptionally professional and friendly. They knew I wasnt going to buy anything and still went out of their way to help me. Can only imagine how they treat actual customers.Thanks Alex!

You can buy a boat and services anywhere. What you don’t get everywhere is SUPERB customer service! The purchase process was seamless as Keri is incredibly efficient at financing and insurance. I simply waited for her to present my options. Kelly is there to help you become part of the family and get you settle into storage and the yacht club experience. Traci can work any maintenance issues that may arise and is very thorough when it comes to what she can do to resolve any issues and scheduled maintenance.Get Alex to show you the inventory. He can answer all your questions and loves his job. This guy will go above and beyond and it doesn’t stop after the sale closes. Give these great people an opportunity to show you what I experienced. I bought a new boat from Alex at ECM on May 5th; simply said, great guy. It has been months since I bought the boat, and he is still helping me out with the service department, trying to figure out the best solution to mount twin power poles. Once he sees this post, I’ll expect a fishing trip invite and/or a list of honey holes.

VERY disappointed in their extremely slow and borderline incompetent service department and unstated boat storage policy.Their service department assured me that they could provide the very first routine maintenance of my new Westerbeke generator. The generator was operating perfectly up until the service department attempted the routine maintenance prescribed by the manual. After their attempted service, The generator would not start, the service department tried again to fix it and finally declared that I must seek a warranty repair. At this point, I bring in the supplier and installer, Two Tonys, who quickly discovered that a wire bundle correctly disconnected to service the generator was not reconnected. Cost me several hundred dollars and several weeks of prime boating time due to what can only be described as incompetence. Too many similar service horror stories to recount, but it appears to me the service department gives little if any priority to Yacht club members or boats in their barn.But that is not the worst of it, I spent three years refurbishing and repainting my 31 ft. Triton-so naturally I wanted to protect my investment, and arranged to store my vessel inside the barn. I recently discovered that their official-yet unstated policy- is to leave boats, like mine that belong in the barn, routinely banging on the docks overnight-which has resulted in EXTENSIVE dock rash to my formerly pristine paint job, due to a failure to properly protect the vessels with fenders and leaves them exposed to both collision and wake damage. This occurs even when the boat is returned in the morning -way before closing time! This UNSTATED policy effectively negated my entire reason for storing the boat in the barn and is the determining factor that caused me to seek alternative storage.Consider this, I paid extra fees to store my boat with the cobia tower extended to avoid any possible damage to the new paint job on the roof. The marina decided to drop the tower anyway to allow for tighter storage- while continuing to charge me the extra fee associated with leaving the tower extended.One of the reasons I joined the Yacht club with the explicit agreement (CHECK THE WEBSITE) that courtesy wet slips were available on a first come first served basis-in fact they simply offer a 25% discount to Yacht club members to reserve a wet slip. I have seen no evidence of the promised 10% reduction in fuel or service for Yacht club members....My two year experience with this Marina has been fraught with deceit and delay and I urge you to consider Two Georges as a far superior, yet more affordable alternative. I am still contemplating legal action as I believe that the Emerald Coast Marina has engaged in theft by deception. Please add to this post if your experiences are similar to mine and perhaps we can hold them jointly liable.

My experience working with the team at Emeral Coast Marine couldnt have been better! They worked very hard to get me into the boat we really wanted and at a great price! Last year we had some work done on our boat and and at the time I was not so happy with the service. This one particular time out of the several wonderful times we have had with Emerald Coast Marine, I regretfully wrote a pretty nasty review which was pretty unfair looking back because the situation was taken care of immediately and was more of a miscommunication then anything else. The owners took the time to contact us to make sure they could fix the issue immediately. We have been bringing our boat to Emerald Coast Marine since day one and have received nothing but excellent top notch service.

I initially dropped in for some advice about a boat I was considering that was being sold by a different seller. They gave me some excellent advice which surely saved me from a bad choice. They offered to show me some boats they had for sale. Everyone was super helpful and not pushy. They listened to my desires and were eager to provide a great solution. Great experience all around. I purchased a used boat with them on consignment in August of 2019 and returned to trade in that boat for a larger boat to fit my style of boating. I spent a lot of time searching around the area and visited about 5-6 different dealers in the area and I can say that ECM’s customer service far surpassed the other marinas / dealers. I was never pressured into buying from them and They took all the time with me to answer questions, conduct sea trials, and allow me time to make my decision. I found some comparable boats around the area but was drawn back to ECM solely based on their friendly staff and great customer service. I primarily worked with a Thomas and Bob when it came to making a deal on the boat. Both were fantastic individuals and didn’t give me “the runaround” to try and make a sale. Keri was fantastic when it came to my criteria and comfortability as far as the finance portion. She knew the numbers I wanted to hit (down payment, payoff calender, and monthly payments) and she made it happen!! All the employees really seem to take pride In What they do and put the customer first even something as simple as friendly conversations at the front desk about Good restaurants and fun things to do In the area. If you’re in the market for a boat I highly recommend stopping by. They have some fantastic boats for sale along with a solid staff to back up their business.

I’m not sure what more I could ask for from the team at Emerald Coast!! I recently purchased a boat through Emerald Coast and what a great group of people and well run organization. As someone who was not local to them, they took A LOT of very detailed photos of the boat and shared lots of information before I ever made travel plans to fly to Florida to see the boat in person. When I did make the trip down, they were very accommodating transferring me to and from the airport and letting me have all the time I wanted to do a thorough inspection of the boat.And what an awesome facility they have as well!! Clean place, good people, good maintenance team, good location. A little expensive for boat storage or slip lease, but you get a hurricane rated dry storage. Locals restaurant is decent.

I had been in the market for a new bay boat for some time. Every place I went didnt have the boat as they described it. However Emerald Coast had exactly the boat they described which was extremely well maintained. I was pleasantly surprised with the outstanding knowledge and customer service of the staff. I had to driver over 300 miles to get the boat and Davied & Alex were more than willing to extend their days to accommodate me with this. After the sale of the boat they would call me to make sure that I was satisfied with the purchase. Cant speak highly enough about the commitment to ensuring that I was satisfied with the boat. Sold my Formula then sold me another boat. Both of the deals were handled professionally but with a very relaxed atmosphere. Highly recommend giving them a chance. Best group from service, sales and administration I have ever worked with on boat situations and there have been many over my 70 years.

Never in my life would I ever buy another boat from this dealership!!! They sold me a boat that has been in the shop for repairs for over 1/3 if the Time I have owned it!!! They are only interested in your Money and they Dont stand behind the boats they sell. The boat they sold me was a lemon, and they refuse to take it back when I asked for them to make the situation right. You plan to spend a few hundred thousand dollars on a boat, I recommend you go somewhere else. There service department even ordered the wrong parts for me and I have had nothing but lost money and time on the water because of this dealership! If I could give them a ZERO or NO Stars for my rating I would.

I couldnt be more pleased with Emerald Coast Marine. This is our first boat purchase and from the first phone call to Daniel Hall it was a great experience. Keri Doscher worked her accounting and financing magic to make sure we received the best rate possible. They were patient with us as we had some delays on getting all of the correct info from our CPA. We bought a 2013 Sea Hunt 234 Ultra and a brand new Magic Tilt Trailer from them. Being a used boat and buying from Louisiana I was dependent on transparency of the condition. Daniel climbed into the boat within minutes of the first call and sent text pictures of it along with pictures of a few small flaws so I knew what to expect. The boat was actually in better shape than we imagined. We showed up from a 5 hour drive at 2:30pm, test ran the boat, closed the deal, and were back on the water and happy boat owners shortly after 5pm. Awesome Experience!

Purchased a used Tidewater Adventure center console boat from ECM. The experience was great -- got a good price and they were eager to please. They even added free accessories and free service before the sale. The boat is in great shape and they only sell high quality boats. Everything is handled by them including coordination with banks and registration of boat and trailer. We just purchased a 2000 Sea Ray 290 Sundance from Shawn and Keri and cant speak highly enough about the experience. Both of them went overboard to take care of us all the way through the process. Ive never had as good a buying experience as they provided. Id never hesitate to recommend them to my best friend, whether buying or selling.I was also very impressed with their Service Manager, Bob. I asked to have a couple of things done and they were done promptly and for a reasonable price. What really impressed me was when he told me that one of the things I asked about he told me that he could do it but it would be a waste of my money They are the kind of people that we could be good friends with if we lived closer. Love the boat club. If you live in bluewater or Niceville and love boating you should do this. I never imagined I could describe boating to be this easy. I wake up, get the kids ready, pick up lennys subs, show up at the marina, the boat is ready, we play all day, return the boat. they take care of the rest! Seriously they make it sooo easy!

Just purchased a used Edgewater 245cx from ECM. I live in NY and was of course hesitant to buy a boat unseen. Shawn assured me the boat was one of the cleanest he had seen. But nonetheless i paid a surveyor to take a look. There were a couple issues (basically cosmetic)....when I showed Shawn the report, he didnt hesitate to make it perfect and send pictures during the process. Keri handles the finances and couldnt be anymore pleasant to deal with. They are honest, forthcoming and very knowledgeable. The boat arrived...better than i anticipated. In summary, I cannot stress how much of a positive experience it has been to work with them. Highest integrity, honesty and professionalism that I have come across in connection with any transaction of any kind (boating, real estate, etc) I have ever done.More detail... I found a boat in Destin Florida that they were brokering for a seller. I live in Nj and had considerable anxieties about conducting business over the Internet and on a remote basis. From the very first phone call all the way through transactional steps, sea trial, and follow up support they have been nothing short of astonishing. They were exceptionally engaging and patient in connection with my countless questions. They spent hours with me on the phone, via email and ultimately in person when I flew to Florida for my inspection and sea trial. Truly a remarkable experience.To be clear I have no business or personal connection with either of them and my review is completely independent and objective.
