I will give 2 stars at this time. First thing that happened is that I walked into he door. About 30 seconds later a guy came out from the back area. I dont know how they are supposed to greet customers, but it should be within the first 10 seconds in my opinion. Secondly when he introduced himself as Anthony. I noticed that he had chewing tobacco in his mouth, and a little bit on his lip. That is disgusting, and not how you approach someone when you are trying to sale to them. Thirdly it was like he was preoccupied the whole time he was talking to me, so I was not given his undivided attention. That is why I give 2 stars for the 2 star performance I was given. Anthony needs to be taught correct customer service if he is going to strive in such a business. This was a lengthy review, but it had to be written. I hope his manager or higher supervisors see this, and give the appropriate retraining and discipline that is required. I was going to bring my business account over, but I will wait till later, and see if anything improves.

The staff at this store goes above and beyond to make their customers happy. I had issues with my old phone carrier and Joseph diligently transferred my number to their unlimited plan, saving me $120.00 a month, a new phone and the greatest support staff imaginable. Their manager is fantastic. He fought with Tracphone to quickly make the number transfer. I highly recommend these professional employees and their store and products to everyone.

Recently my parents decided it was time for their baby boy to grow up and get his own phone plan. At 1st i wasnt sure on which carrier would best fit my tight budget, I luckily came across cricket wireless and figured id give them a try. When i came into the store I was greeted with a welcome that made me feel as if I was notice but not overburden, which was great because it gave me time too make decision at my own rate. My experience became the highlight of my night when I made the decision to sign up. The 3 gentleman at the Niceville store deserve a raise too say the least! They made you feel more as their best friend then a customer, they even stayed way passed closing just to make sure I could have a phone! They honestly shined when my old carrier (Verizon) customer service was being rude. They handled everything for me! They also did a great job at making me laugh and keeping me entertained as Verizon gave us a hard time!Without a doubt Randall, Jo, and Chris are some of the best employees of any company that I have came in contact with! Also if any upper management may believe this is exaggerated, you are welcome to call me because these guys are great!!!

Amazing customer service!! The staff saved me over $212/ month by switching from Verizon Wireless!! The staff also helped me transfer over 350 contacts from my old flip phone to my new Samsung Galaxy smart phone! I am very impressed by the superb level of customer service!!

The guy was relentless in his efforts to help me. I had tried numerous times at home and had become so enraged that to lower my blood pressure (deep breathing was NOT helping this time) that I actually had to go outside and kick a dent in my car door to release the anger. First time for that and I am 58. Its an old car that has seen a number of first time drivers. I knew what I was doing and it was controlled. But again the man running it is beyond the pale when it comes to service.

Stop by the Niceville Cricket Store today because I was having trouble with my phone. There was several customers in the store and only one attendant, his name is Davell he was helping everyone and I was amazed at his pleasant attitude and demeanor. Even though he was very busy, he treated each customer with the upmost attention and respect. What a great employee I thought as he proceeded to take care of each one of us. Ive been a Cricket man for a long time and this encounter today reassures me Ill always be a Cricket man !!!!! Thanks Davell, hope your boss sees this review friend. Larry

I just left verizon wireless for cricket and i am so happy i did! First off the custoner service is amazing!! Joe is top notch so if he is available then deff ask for him!! He was so friendly, helpful and very professional. Really took time to address all my concerns before i made the jump. I was dreading this experience knowing verizon wouldnt make it easy but i was in and out in no time!! Prices here are more than reasonable, they beat everyone and i did my research. I really feel like i have already saved so much money and even have a new phone i purchased on sale that he immediately showed me. And no contract!! Also several customers in there assured me of their great service and said i would not be disappointed. Made me feel even better. Overall awesome experience!! A+++ to this store and Joe!!! The manager Joe was incredibly rude to me...My phone got turned off because a Cricket rep on the phone messed up my autopay.Joe insinuated that I just didnt have enough money in my bank account! Ive never been so humiliated in my life...Avoid this store at all cost!!!

The manager was flirting with me, and I do not appreciate that kind of behavior. She was old and ugly anyway. I will be reporting this action to corporate. If this is how you get people to buy things, you are on the wrong business!
