I don’t always go to Starbucks, but when I do, I like to have company. My daughter and I stopped by for a coffee treat and this location delivered. They were efficient, handling an order of 8 drinks before ours long before we got antsy. Pretty impressive!

As always, quick drive thru. Great service team, polite and fast. The ice drinks always taste the same which is a good thing, unlike some other venues. Got the panini and banana bread, I think thats how you spell it, was fresh n delicious. One of my go to spot for brunch.

Always amazing. Ive never had a bad experience at this location or any Starbucks really. The staff here is great. They are very professional and kind and they have never messed up my order which is saying something considering every restaurant/fast food/coffee shop Ive been to in Niceville has always messed up something on my order multiple times. I love that Starbucks actually knows how to do it right.

I work early am so I usually go to starbies right when they open.. I think the employees name is Jackie?? I could totally be wrong, but everytime I go early AM the staff is AMAZING!! they are super quick, and helpful.

I TRIED to go inside to order my iced venti caramel macchiato in a trenta cup with pumpkin cold foam on the top and bottom but as it turns out they have “staffing shortages” due to “safety precautions” to “protect the wellbeing of their employees” like, what does that even mean??! Anyways we went through the drive thru and I still got to yell at a teenager, 5/5 stars!

I love Starbucks, but this locations customer service is lacking. No one acknowledges you as you walk in the door. I do mobile orders so I like to grab and go. But most of the time I have to wait an additional 5 min and if I inquire about my drink the baristas act as if Im being unreasonable.

Beth here was extremely rude and had a very unprofessional and disgusted attitude with me. i felt like i wasn’t welcome in this place of business and like i was just a waste of her time. some people should just not be in customer service. i was very disappointed with the service provided by her and will not be coming back.

The only reason this gets two stars is because out coffees were correct and good, but everyone in that place could use an attitude adjustment. I dont appreciate having the batista ROLL HER EYES at me when I ask if I could add a water to my order. At two oclock in the afternoon with only one other person in line and two in store, not that being busy is any excuse to ever treat a customer like that. And overhearing another barista say, Well he better just take it because I dont have the time or patience for that today. I worked in the service industry for over 6 years. Unacceptable.

Went by at 9:00 am only to find we couldnt order coffee inside. Cafe looked like a warehouse, stacked boxes, etc. Orders only by mobile phone or drive thru. Weve always ordered inside but now that the pandemic is decreasing, they shut the Cafe down. Went to Crestview and had no issues. Unacceptable for a company that prides itself on customer service.

Sadly I aint sure if Im gonna want to come here too often if I see a certain worker. The one who I seen at drive through letting a dog lick whipped cream from her hand and then working without washing hands after. Shame cause this is one of my go to places.

Everything is great about this Starbucks location. Super friendly staff, good and fresh products. The only gripe I have is that probably due to COVID-19 restrictions or whatnot it started to taking forever to go through their drive through window. One time it took us more than 20 minutes to get through the line. Hopefully, itll get sorted out soon as we adopt and get used to these restrictions, because it seems like it wont be going away anytime soon (unfortunately).

This is my go-to coffee shop. Closest thing to be decent coffee in most places around here.The little bites are great.The staff is uber friendly and most of the time give very quick service.The only issue Ive really had is getting the occassional watery cappuccino OR order mix up, where the sizes were swapped between two different beverages Ive ordered. That has only happened twice.

I travel 7 counties doing television repair and when I am able, I stop at random Starbucks locations and get my favourite coffee made.With that said, in the last month and a half, this is the only location in said 7 counties that seems to be able to make my coffee perfect. Not some of the time, not part of the time, but every time! Julia-my FAVORITE Magical Brista, Rachel The Manager, Rachel an amazing Brista, and Maddie another great Brista are by far some of the most amazing coffee makers on the Emerald Coast!I dont know what training this location does that the other Starbucks in our area dont do but the other Starbucks need to take notes because Niceville has got it going on!! Im now so spoiled that, well, I refuse to go to any other location but this to get my absolutely perfect Specialty White Chocolate Mocha!Thank you for taking your job seriously and having integrity in your work ladies and gentlemen, you actually care and it shows in every cup! 🥰🤗 We locals are noticing the drastic difference so please keep up the great work!

Quick, precise and polite

The worse Starbucks Ive ever experienced. Did mobile order with in store pick up sat waiting for my 3 drinks for over 30 minutes there was 5/6 girls working and my sandwich sat on the counter the entire time the girl finally gave me one of my drinks and then tossed my sandwich by my drink and said my name and then placed my second drink next to them and then walked to the back and my 3rd drink sat on the counter waiting to be finished and finally another girl came in for her shift and finished my drink for me after waiting for 45 minutes I finally got my order and my drinks werent even made correctly but I was not about to say anything and wait another 45 minutes.. Definitely dont recommend this location

Came in late at night and staff was very friendly. Nitro brew is on fleek!!!! Emily was the barista and she couldn’t have been any nicer and informative.

They didnt make what I ordered & the frap was watery.

When this store first opened they were great. Now the wait times are extensive, and my order has been wrong the last four times Ive gone through the drive through. Whatever is in the cup does not match what is on the sticker.

So far so good. A different decor than Im used to in Destin or Miramar Beach, but still cozy.

Last 3 drinks have tasted terrible. Not worth the $8 and 20 min wait to turn around and pour my drink down the drain at work.

Everyone is very nice. The place is always clean. Its well run and always a pleasure to visit. The managers name is always listed on the chalk board out front which is nice if there is ever a problem and makes it more personal.

Went in for my birthday item. The line moved fast. I enjoyed the ambiance and just a great place to relax and reflect. A lot of features for ordering through app. The presentation of Starbuck swag always make me want to buy something. There are a lot of affordable options. There are some really neat gift card designs available that reminded me of gifts I needed to prepare. I will definitely come back to this location.

I love Starbucks and can count on the consistency of their food and beverages. I feel you get what you pay for and Starbucks I can count on. I visit Starbucks at least four times a week

Unreasonable long wait in drive thru for a cup of regular Pikes coffee. On top of that the coffee I finally got was not hot but lukewarm coffee. Waste of my time and my money.

The place is well-kept and the decoration is eye pleasing. However, there is not a lot of chairs/tables inside the store if I wanted to sit down to enjoy my coffee. The baristas are polite and friendly with customers which is a huge plus nowadays. Their wait time has been kept to minimum and I appreciate that very much. Keep up the good work, guys!

Awesome staff, had a very nice lady help me today and took time out of her busy day to look through my gift cards and transfer them all to one card. Very helpful. I dont remember her name but she had written on her apron air force veteran and air force spouse. I always get good service here!

Always fast and friendly

Everyone who works here is great and the service is great. Im giving 4 stars because they started yelling, Good morning at everyone when they walk through the door. There are a few places around here that do that - Moes, Bamboo. Im not sure why this ever became a thing in customer service, but please stop. The last thing I want at 6 AM before Ive had coffee is 4 people yelling, Good morning at me. Also, when everyone yells that, it seems unauthentic. Just let the cashier handle the good mornings, quietly.

What happened to the day of the barista? Travel to a European country or often a local coffee house and they make your drink from scratch, often putting art in the shape of a tree, flower or something in it. At Starbucks it seems as if someone, likely high school or college age pushes a button and out comes the same drink, the same way every time. Where is the excitement, adventure the skill in that. Dang, if there were a latte vending machine I could push the button and save 50% on my drink every time. Well, I wanted caffeine and I got it at the push of a button, and it was good.

We love Starbucks, but to be kicked out of the store due to our inability to wear masks is appalling!!

The drive thru is always so quick and everyone there is the sweetest. I love coming to this Starbucks.

I typically have a good experience at this location besides the extremely long wait times in the drive thru every now and then, and messy cups with drips of syrup or coffee down the side being passed out the window to me (not convenient). However, within the past few weeks Ive tried ordering the pumpkin cream cheese muffins, and they havent had them. I get the sense that I am a bother for ordering them even though they are clearly advertised on the menu. Might as well put an X through the picture on the menu or a sign that they arent available. Such a bummer, because its only October yet they havent had them for weeks. Regardless, continuing to advertise something on the menu that isnt available is a disappointment for the customer and apparently an annoyance for the employees.

Nice new roomy but cozy Starbucks. Drive through. Military themed. Inside seating for 33, including Center communal table for 18 with plenty of power outlets and purse hooks. Friendly employees, mostly military family. Winner.

This is truly your neighborhood coffee place. The baristas are friendly, efficient, and remember names, faces, and what your drink is.

Take your order and get out! This is a issue across the board with bigger chain stores. Barely any social interactions. A minor, How are you today? would be appropriate. Occasionally I get the, have a nice day as Im walking out. Watching the employees making the drinks its almost as though they are deliberately trying not to strike up a conversation with customers as they dont make eye contact and just concentrate on completing orders. Im sure it has to do with efficiency and having a conversation with a customer will slow down completing orders. That is my take on Take your order and get out!

They seem to always get my order right. Only once or twice have they not been up to snuff. I like this one the best.

Why is the label right, but the drink is wrong? A little late for me to get what I wanted when I was not the one present at the store. Frustrating when you pay this much for a drink and are expecting a certain taste, but you don’t get what you were looking for.

Nice staff, clean facilities, okay coffee. The latter isnt a jib on the staff. They are fantastic. Its the nature and preparation of the ingredients thats earned the corporation that description.

Starbucks never disappoints. I know I can get a good cup of coffee or specialty drink quickly.

I prefer Iced coffee, half and half on top..No sugar or flavoring added.Banana bread is always my go to comfort snack..

Fast and friendly

Stood there for three minutes without even being acknowledged. Guy looked at me, didn’t say anything and kept doing what he was doing. Finally, I asked if I could order and he said “yes”. And took my order. I was the only one in line. I get if you’re not a morning person, but at least fake it. You’re in customer service, so do your job. Starbucks is already expensive as it is.

I used to go almost every day (about 5 days a week) i never go in the mornings anymore because EVERY TIME i go in the morning my order is always WRONG, and i have to have them fix it. I get the same thing EVERY TIME. ONLY GO DURING THE SECOND SHIFT. theyre the only ones who ever get my orger right. Not happy.

The worst Starbucks i have ever been. They forgot my kids hot chocolate, their excuse was that it was busy. Only 2 people waiting for drinks. My cappuccino was 3/4 of just foam, the kids didnt even drink the hot chocolate, they said it was too strong.

Very friendly staff however VERY INCONSISTENT drinks! I order the SAME drink daily and some days its made correctly and some days its not! Think some staff training is needed so NO MATTER WHO makes them they are the same!!!!!!!!! Spending my hard earned money i expect to get what i pay for.

I order the same thing at every Starbucks this is the only Starbucks that must think they know better than me about what I want. I order a grande espresso frappuccino with 4 shots of espresso and 1 pump of frap roast with almond milk. I do this because the frap roast syrup is disgustingly sweet and acidic. Yet EVERY SINGLE TIME they put the full 3 plus half pump in. Its awful. It is unfortunate there is nowhere else to go. It is not the person at the register fault. It is clearly correct because it is right on my cup. However, the barista making it just does what she wants. Ive watched it happen time and time again at this location. Just make what the people order. Today they put classic syrup in my cappuccino 😡 NO!!!

This Starbucks is HUGE. Lots of workspace with tons of power outlets. The staff is friendly and efficient. Love it.

I ordered a sausage, cheddar and egg muffin with a Grande flat white, after a 15 minute wait my name was finaly called, however it was to say they dont have any of the muffin I ordered left, I was offered an alternative, but, they werent similar. I sat back down and waited for my Flat White, I watched and waited as customers who ordered after me came and went with their orders. Being busy I gave them the benefit of the doubt, however, after a total of 25 minutes after arriving and still nothing to show for it I went back to the server who realised that the whole order was cancelled when I refunded for the muffin! The Flat White was more like a Latte and beans tasted burnt. As a whole not a good experience. The staff are all friendly and pleasant, no issues there.

Thank you Niceville and our customers for welcoming us to the neighborhood and being patient with us as we grow in our new store. We hired 20 new baristas and brought 6 from Destin Commons which does not have a drive through. We are getting better every day and I hope you have noticed. Again thank you....we can feel your love.
