THIS IS THE BEST DUNKIN IN NE FLORIDA HANDS DOWN!!!! The drinks are ALWAYS made properly and DELICIOUS!!! The donuts and food are FRESH & DELICIOUS as well!!! Each time I go the service is ALWAYS FRIENDLY & GIVEN WITH A SMILE!!!! This store will continue to get my hard earned money🥰🤩😊

Pre-ordered an ice cream cake for my daughter to be picked up this past Monday, 9/20. We first checked on the cake at noon. The manager stated the cakes werent made in store, they were brought in from the Defuniak Springs location, but would be here by the promised 5:15pm pick up time. My parents went at 5:15pm. No cake. The gentleman that was there stated since there was clearly an issue with the delivery driver, the manager went herself to Defuniak to pick up the SIX cakes on order at 3pm and should be back anytime. He said give her 45 minutes to an hour. We did. Went back at 6:15pm. Still no cake. He said he called and it was on its way to give her 30-45 more minutes. We did. Went back at 7:10pm. STILL no cake. He apologized profusely and asked to give them 20 more minutes. We did, plus some. Went back at 7:45pm to find there was STILL no cake, no manager, no real explanation. My parents told them to forget about it, this was a cake for a 12 year old child, who now needs to get ready for bed on a school night. The gentleman called me at 8:03pm to state the cake had arrived and did we still want it. By then, we had already drove through Dairy Queen and they had a cake ready for us in less than 10 minutes, so of course we didnt want it. I requested a refund. He stated the manager wasnt there at the moment to do it, but she would be reaching out to me. That was on Monday, 9/20. This is now Thursday afternoon and I have yet to hear a word from her, no one answers the store phone, and after reaching out to corporate, I still have yet to hear back from anyone. Definitely DO NOT recommend giving them any of your money.*editing to add it is now 10/5/2021, and I have yet to receive my money back. I recevied one email from corporate stating it was on the franchise manager, and one unprofessional email from, who I assume to be the manager, saying online had to refund it. HORRIBLE service all around.*10/13/2021, no refund and no contact. I am filing a complaint and a dispute with my bank.

I ordered a cake that was suppose to be ready on Sunday. It’s now Monday and the cake still isn’t ready and they refuse to answer the phone or communicate with me.

One star because it was open on Memorial Day afternoon. It is the only ice cream store in Niceville. Where shall I begin. The ice cream was served soupy, which could be a health hazard. Most of the containers were almost empty, the surrounding cabinet inside and out was covered with smudges cleaned with wet cloth and I assume nothing else. Most of the ice cream did not show any identification labels in the small selection cards attached. Those allergic to nuts BEWARE! Some had hand written labels in ball point pen.. The server who barely spoke to us, has her right of course to wear a large long tattooed snake running down her serving forearm, which was unnerving, but she did not wear a plastic glove to cover that hand to serve the ice cream which is infringing on my right to feel comfortable with safe handling BR procedures . We went outside and sat at a very sticky, dirty table as the other server sat near and puffed away on her cigarette while she talked on the phone. As we were downwind ..we got a nose full of that smoke. I can see from other reviews locals are as disappointed and upset as we were today which is understandable. I guess its a trip to Good Ole Publix in the future.

Drive-thru Menu does not list the ice cream flavors. The waffle cone was stale and chewy.... Not fresh and Crunchy... Not too many options in this area, but well definitely seek other ice cream places.

The worst Managed baskin Robbins I have ever been to. They are always out of the staples ie. sprinkles, vanilla, cookies and creme etc. not to mention slow as sh$t!!! Go to Dairy Queen!!!

This place is a joke. They were out of everything I wanted. Then when I asked what do they have the guy had a issue with it. He has to sigh between every word like I was troubling him. I was the only person there. Hint why they have a bad review. They suck so bad.

One time I went and they had no donuts on Sunday at 11 am. Then I went for a banana split and they didn’t have bananas, and then I went for brownie sundae and they didn’t have brownies - at this point IGive up. They are a waste of time.

Just got a one scoop helping of World Class Chocolate for 3.40$. It was so small that I should have given back. It barely filled half of a small cup.

If I could give this location a 0 stars, I absolutely would! My family and I are from out of state, and other than our experience here (at this Baskin Robbins), has been fantastic!! My husband and I came last night and walked into the store at 952pm, store closed at 10. The woman at the counter refused to help us, said they were closed and kicked us out. I also left a review on their Facebook page as we were leaving the parking lot at 955pm. Nice, right? So in good faith, the whole family went today, after much fun all day, hoping for a better experience. We were completely mistaken. No waffle cones or bowls and told they would take 20minutes to make. Sad face.... Also they couldnt make the Reeses layered sundae as they didnt have the Reeses and other ingredients to make it. So we got sugar cones... They were so stale the kids didnt want to eat them. Save your money and go elsewhere. Dont disappoint your kids/family with poor service and a lack luster menu.

Nice chain ice cream shop. Prices vary by location, so be sure to check. This location is combined with a Dunkin Donuts, so you can get items from both menus. Nice family place to stop for a treat.

I ll give them 2 stars since it is ice cream. But it just seems to keep getting worse. There is no management. They have a few decent employees but they are trying to do everything while the others just stand there. We stood there quite a while waiting for ice cream. What I assume was the manager was messing with the computer and didnt even aknowledge our existence. The only one that did was the employee on the other side of the store that was helping everybody else. And the place is dirty. Looks like it has been open for years, not a couple months. I dont know if it is franchised or corporate, but somebody needs to come in and retrain.

Extremely slow service. Super small portions when serving ice cream scoops. Old donuts from previous days sold as fresh. Clueless staff when asked menu related questions.

Very disappointing. I had to give 1 star in order to post this review. This was my first trip to the Niceville store. I had my 2 year old grand with me for a treat after her theater trip to see her moms ballet students perform. 3 associates were at the counter. There was a car in the drive-thru and the 2 of us inside. Some customers were sitting outside. I waited and waited and someone took my order. When I set my wallet on the counter by the checkout it got all sticky with ice cream. I asked for a wet cloth to clean my hands and wallet. Our order came and I asked again for the cloth. As I was waiting another woman and her child arrived. I watched as they stood unattended, as I had. We made eye contact, like, Whats up with this. Meanwhile, I observe an associate delivering an order to the drive through go back and for with a melting double scoop in a tiny cake cone and transfer it to another tiny cake cone and then come back as the customer has, obviously, rejected the order. It is redone and served. All this as Im waiting to complete my own transaction. When we go to find a table, none are clean. The place is empty and every table is sticky and messy. Chairs are askew and the floor is littered. I return to the checkout, the wet cloth is still lying on the counter by the cash register. I retrieve it and wipe down a table for us and a table for the woman and child. Before I depart, I go to an associate and tell him that there is not a clean table in the place. He says he will take care of it. I watch as he comes out and wipes down just one table and returns to behind the counter. At this point there are no customers at the counter and 3 associates chatting with each other, as they appear to be doing something. I left knowing I needed to let someone know their business is being neglected and disappointed that I will not look forward to returning for another afternoon treat with my family.

Poor customer service, I was hardly acknowledged at all, very short when talking to me and just had a rude attitude.

Love going to Baskin and Robbins. The Chocolate Dipped Waffle Cone with Rocky Road is my favorite treat.

I stood in front of the cash register and employees makes eye contact and still didnt get any help. I stood for about five minutes with no one helping me or even advising me my order had to be placed at the Dunkin Donuts cash register. Employees just ignored my presence. I didnt even get a hello. I left empty handed and with a very bad experience. A sign advising what you need to do would be informative or maybe even a hello.

I have been twice and it was a Disaster both times. Got a Cappuccino Blast(BR signature drink) the first time and it was completely made wrong. Wasnt even close. Just tried to take my son there again and they didnt have any of the incrediants to make a blast or even make a Milk Shake. Heres the thing, if you arent ready to be open with everyone properly trained and the store running properly, just wait until you are. Very Poor! Probably wont be back which sucks because I really like BR.

The only good thing about my experience today at Baskin Robbins was the laugh I got out of their attempt at customer service.I really was having a good day, so I thought Id go ahead and enjoy myself with an afternoon bowl of ice cream at the local Baskin Robbins. What I didnt know is that I was about to spend 20 minutes waiting in the drive through line just for a damn sundae. When it was finally ready, the lady at the window informs me that they were out of whipped cream. I just have one question. How does an ice cream shop run out of whipped cream by 3:00 in the afternoon?The only reason I would reccomend this place is if you are curious about how bad the service really is.Ice cream was good, though.2 stars.

Went into basket robins tonight around 7:00pm and we were really disappointed in the cleanliness of the store. The windows that display the ice cream was smudged and it wasnt just fingerprints. The floor had something spilled on it.For a new location it looked horrible. Sad if this is going to be the standard it will not last

Absolutely the worst service in Niceville. The first time I went to get ice cream they told me they couldnt give it to me on a cone like I ordered because it was too hard. When I asked to speak to the manager she told me well it is very sticky and walked away. Next time was for coffee and the machines were all broken so they were only serving ice cream. I asked for chocolate chip on a cone and they told me they were out of it so I just said nevermind and pulled away. As I pull by the window to leave the woman gave me her middle finger. Do yourself a favor and dont give them your money.

There is aperantly a new manager and you can tell the store was so much cleaner than a few months when i went there . The service was amazing and even though they were busy the staff greeted us and reassured us theyd be with us shortly . Even gave us a free donut for our wait ! They have milatary discount and the new staff was great ill be going there more often as long as they keep this up !

Yes. Oh hope you don’t mind we are out of whipped cream? Ok fine - another 6 minutes. Oh sorry we are out of chocolate chip would you mind vanilla or oreo’s? Yeah OK ( this is the 6th time they have been outa chocolate chip). another 5 minutes. Here it is - in a drink cup ( they are out of sundae cup) sorry about the fork - we are out of spoons! SO 31 minutes total . Not the ice cream I ordered, not hot fudge, no nuts, no whipped cream and I have to eat it out of a cup with a fork. I WILL NEVER GO TO THIS LOCATION AGAIN. The staff is very pleasant- but they are working with either a very inexperienced manager or one who does no have enough fund to properly stock the store.

Went inside for ice cream a few months ago, but unfortunately I interrupted the employees who were having a private conversation and couldnt be bothered to serve us for 5 minutes until they were done talking about the house party they went to last night. I even asked for service and I got the pointer finger and a Hol up wes a talkin.So yeah, go to DQ if you want ice cream

Constructive criticism for managment:1) Dont serve ice cream through the drive through if youre not equipped with a tray that any of your cups fit in (none of the sizes fit in the drink tray).2) People dont live next door so maybe get some lids for the ice cream. (Visit DQ theyll show you what you need.3) Dont hand out half of an ice cream order and tell me to pull forward for 3-4 mins to make my milk shake (the only thing thats okay for a 3-4 min wait)4) Dont have an online flavor menu if you dont have any of the flavors on it.On a brighter note the cookie dough was decent the scoop of sherbet was just like the gallon containers from walmart and the same price for a scoop. Seeing as you couldnt serve a mint chocolate chip shake this evening the strawberry milkshake was inferior to MC Donalds.Sometimes the truth hurts...but maybe hire a few people to problem solve and know how to deal with customers.

Even the manger does not know how to give good service. Very disappointed.

All the tables and floors were sticky. They do not do a good job cleaning. My daughters scoop of ice cream instantly fell off because they didnt put it in it well.

Donuts and coffee were great.

No good. Ordered a waffle cone and the cone was stale. The restaurant itself was a disaster. The floors were full of garbage. We wont return.

They were out of almost everything. I waited in the drive thru line for 12 minutes just for 1 milkshake and when I finally got it the milkshake was melted and the wrong flavor
