I was here at the right time, no line. Staff was friendly. Service in drive-thru was fast. I enjoyed my coffee and pumpkin cream cheese muffin. Get one before the autumn season ends.

Ordered ahead for pickup time it said 2:51 estimated- got there at 2:51 but didn’t get my drink until 3:03- but I wasn’t in a rush and they were super busy. The barista was nice enough and apologized for the extended wait. My latte looked like a creme brûlée and I’m good with that!

The line was wrapped 3/4 around the building with cars steadily coming in just ever so slightly slower than they were getting them out of the line. We went inside due to the line. The line was taken care of to completion twice started on a third prior to getting to the customers inside who have already PAID for their orders. The orders where also not done together. So you have people making the same drinks as one another not knowing due to not closing out an order since it was a drink here and a drink there. Since when do you take care of unpaid customers before the ones piling up inside who have paid.

Always a great cup of coffee, even though the menu is a bit confusing its good to know you can still get a regular cup of black coffee lol

Commerce drive location needs to work on customer service. Mobile ordered and 20 minutes later had to ask about the order. I had two people enter the store while waiting, order at the counter and receive their drinks before mine.

Everyone that works here is extremely friendly and outgoing. They all work very hard to get your coffee and goodies out to you quickly but, I know it gets hard for them at times cause its the only Starbucks in town. I just hope people are patient with them they are doing an amazing job with the amount of work they have to handle. And with all that work they always get my coffee made excellent 👌 GREAT JOB GUYS AND GIRLS !!!

Specifically asked if the coffee was old. They said 4 mins. More like 4 hrs. Asked for cream on the side. Gave plenty of it. That was plus. Clean bathrooms.

This location is always slammed but you never have to wait long at all. The service is incredible, fast, and their staff has never been rude.

One of the worst coffees I have ever had! I received a cup of milk with maybe some coffee. When I complained about how white my drink was I was told they may have put a bit too much milk in it and showed no interest in fixing their mistake. It tastes like milk! Very disappointed!

This is the slowest Starbucks I have ever to. My wife and I stop by every weekend for coffee but have to order 20 minutes in advance to assure that it will be ready before we come. If we do not order in advance we know that we will wait 30+ minutes in line. This has been an issue for years. Numerous times we have driven an extra 10 minutes down the road to get faster service at a store that receives double the amount of customers.

I come in Every evening before my shift for work and order my coffee.. the other day it was so busy the cars were wrapped around the building and my order was wrong but it was too late by the time I realized it to turn around and get another drink. I spoke to Carolyne the manager and she took care of me the next day and got me my drink for free. now we greet each other each time we see each other. great customer service- thank you so much for working hard during a pandemic guys!

I called before attempting to stop in this morning. Due to the fact that on 2 different MORNINGS that I attempted to stop in they were closed?! Well, glad I called Bc guess what, closed again. It actually gives the hours they will be open on the voicemail msg and it said they wouldn’t open til around lunch. Not sure if they are aware but most people prefer coffee in the morning. It wouldn’t be so bad if they would give a reason but I have yet to see or hear one.

Drink was as expected. The drive thru wait was too long. Please monitor the staff and stop their use of “honey” and “sweetie”. I hate the unprofessional familiarity when service workers use terms of endearment with me in the drive thru.

Everyone here is always very friendly and willing to help you find exactly what you want. If you bring a recipe in with ingredients that they have that will make you anything you want. That is especially helpful when youre trying to adhere to a low-carb diet.

Great great choices to choose from. Clean place and welcoming staff. I love Starbucks though Im not a coffee person. Other very good and non-alcoholic beverages are served too. To sum it up, Ive never regretted my visit to Starbucks

My coffee was bitter and tasted like it was 3 days old

It may have been my bad but I didnt check the email that said the birthday freebie was only available on my birthday. But when I went through the drive-thru I ordered a pumpkin spice cream cold brew but after I paid they handed me a caramel macchiato. So 30 minutes in the Drive-Thru Lane for a freebie that wasnt free that turned out to be the wrong coffee. I am so done with Starbucks!

Placed our order and then we were forgotten about. Six customers came and went before we had to go to the counter and ask for our two drinks. The employee said they forgot because the manager went on break 20 minutes ago. I fail to see what the manager going on break has to do with not getting my coffee. Precisely why Starbucks was not my preferred choice.

This is usually my favorite store, but I did a mobile order today and was none too happy to find the drive-thru wrapped around the store with cars and the lobby was closed. There was nothing to warn me that I couldnt go inside and its no fun to be stuck in a drive-thru with a sad baby.

I was trying to take a drink and the lady that was working there got nasty and said put your mask on.

Went through the drive thru . There was a long line, but when I got to the window, a very kind gentleman was extremely pleasant !I think his name was Keith . ( Had a beard )Extremely personable, caring, and you could tell he was dedicated to his job . What a pleasant experience !Excellent job !He needs a raise !Thanks

The drink was great when I finally got it, I had an appointment and I knew I was in a hurry so Im mobile ordered when I left Baptist health hospital, This was on a game day so traffic was horrible, When I got there I waited for about 10 minutes finally I told them that I was going to have to leave without my drink and it was still another 5 before I got it. There was A-line of cars in the drive-through that had not got to the speaker to place their order that I watched drive out the parking lot while I was standing there waiting....

I visit Starbucks almost on a daily and its a great environment to relax play on the computer or relax and talk to your friends and family. And of course the coffee is always delicious... always 5 stars from me... and everyone had a smile on their face and being so nice and trying to strike a convo... enjoyed will be back

I come here nearly every morning and the staff that greets and helps me is wonderful. The music is never obnoxiously loud like at some cafes, and the restrooms are usually very clean. The baristas are always friendly and will always make sure you are happy with your drink

Everyone at this shop is wonderful. One of my favorite places to get stuff done. I like to call it one of my second offices. Everyone here is great especially Caroline, Jesse and the bearded angel himself.

Had a pour over medium roast. Yum! Im not a fan of most of their drip coffees, as they all taste burned. If you agree, try the pour over medium roast. Its cheap and tastes great! I like the lattes too, but Im not taking out a loan for a coffee.

First time trying my specialty mocha chocolate latte with caramel drizzlers. Heavenly sweet! Good!

The service when ordering our drinks was excellent but this was by far the worst drink I had ever received from any Starbucks location. Two of us ordered different drinks and both tasted like water (cascara and butterscotch latte}. we would have taken them back but by the time we waited for them to cool down to drink we were to far away. I have ordered this drink on different occasions at other Starbucks and loved them.

There’s very little inside seating considering the amount of buisness they get, but the employees are incredibly polite and helpful. I’ve been here a few times and each visit has been pleasant.

Absolutely horrible they didnt have any dark roast and didnt offer a pour over NOTHING I am very disappointed in them at 8:30 am they should have had all types of coffee available!!

Great place. The drive through line is usually busy but they get to their customers ease and are very quick.

Awesome service! They had run out of the gluten-free sandwiches and since I have an allergy, I was unable to pick another sandwich option. The barista was super sweet and gave me a recovery card.
