Great service and the best quality

We have purchased several items from the Oak Factory over the years. Recently, we purchased a bedroom set. If you havent shopped there before, they have a large selection of in stock items. In our order, we were informed that our second night stand needed to be ordered and the wait time was around 20 weeks. This is quite common with other furniture stores at this time. We placed our order and picked up our in stock items.After a little investigating, we found the exact bedroom set online at Amazon.com. The items would ship to us within days and not weeks, sold directly from Amazon. The set was over $1000 lower than what we just paid. We knew nothing could be done about the items already picked up, but we called to cancel our nightstand. When we did, they did not believe us as the price is too low and the manufacturer only sells to dealers. They warned us that it likely wasnt the correct item and that often items come in damaged. Amazon would not give us our money back. They also assures us that they were not price gouging and there had to be a mistake.A few days later, our nightstand arrived in a brand new Liberty box in perfect condition from Amazon.. It was a match. This nightstand was $200 less than what we were being charged at Oak Factory.The $1000 markup was bad but to add insult to injury the headboard they sold us was damaged. Our bed has rub marks on corners (not put there for style or design) and the headboard has trim piece which was pin nailed and glued back on. They warned us about Amazon but the only damaged item we got was from them. We should have inspected the items upon receipt as they did not come in their original box.We love to support small businesses and have shopped here many times. Their service is great but the markup and item quality makes us think twice about shopping again. I know they say they arent marking up items, but I think they are gouging a little in these times. If you do shop there, do your research to see if the items are available elsewhere and them inspect all detail of each item on receipt.

Great quality furniture, especially the Amish made wood sets. The bad thing is the awful long wait for custom orders to be made. Your best bet is to buy off the display floor when they have those pieces on sale.

Our experience at Oak Factory was outstanding. Working with the members of this family owned business was an absolute pleasure. Having the task of up-sizing our bed, Gene introduced us to the Amish furniture line, dad Mike (owner) with his expertise worked closely with us to perfect the correct stain and wood grain to match our 39 year old furniture. Denisa assisted with her experience and gracious patience while we decided on the best mattress and adjustable bed frame. And then there was Samantha...who was so friendly, polite and helpful with her opinions on our choices. We give this business a perfect TEN for their true professionalism and the personal touch they gave us. Denisa also assisted us with having our two dinning room chairs restored. Really great overall experience!

After having several negative experiences looking for office furniture, my family made it to Oak Factory. The staff was very attentive and looked after us from the moment we hit the door. They were able to answer all of our questions and the furniture itself was very well made. We made the final purchase on our shopping spree at Oak Factory. I would give it 5 stars but they just wouldnt budge on the already great deal they had tagged on our desk!

Jay and his team delivered our bedroom furniture on Friday Jan. 8th. They were on time and very courteous. We couldnt ask for a better experience. All around, the delivery team and Oak Factory were the best.

My wife and I bought a sofa recliner and had some cosmetic problems with it.we talked to a young lady and were told to call her if it got any worse. Fast forward and now the problem got worse,we also now have a big problem with one end of the sofa sinking down. Went oak factory and was told to call the number on my extended warranty. Was also told to lie and tell the warranty people that this problem just happened. The man from the warranty company showed up 1 month after my attempt to cantact them and tells me that nothing can be done.Then tells me how to fix it myself. Not at all what you would expect.Goodby Oak Factory.

We special ordered some chairs in June expecting to receive them in August. Due to covid and other issues that didnt happen. But Denisa and the rest of Oak Factory worked hard with their suppliers and finally got us the chairs we ordered. They look great.

Denisa Cooper went above and beyond helping me select the perfect living room furniture during the COVID-19 restrictions. It was hard selecting a piece of furniture you have never sat on and only using fabric samples but she made it easy! We could not be happier with the results! I absolutely love this place! Ive been looking for months for furniture and couldnt find anything. I also was frustrated with trying to buy furniture and hounded by employees like i was buying a used car. I had been wanting to try oak factory for a while and finally went. I walked in and LITERALLY found my living room set!! And one of the absolute best things about buying this furniture was Emily! She let me know she was there to help and then let me alone to shop. When i needed her she was there and offered me some fantastic advice. She was extremely patient and helpful and gave me a great price. I have been telling everyone i know about my experience because theyre tired of me complaining about trying for months to find furniture! Thanks to Oak Factory Outlet and Emily Polly, I am no longer nervous to enter a furniture store. After years of feeling pounced on the salespersons at the door of other stores, Emilys approach was refreshing and truly helpful. She showed us some items that might meet our needs, then gave us time to think. When our decision was made, her knowledge of the available fabrics helped us make choices that coordinated with swatches we brought along. Weve been enjoying our beautiful and comfortable loveseat after a less than three week turn around. Thanks again to Emily and Oak Factory.

We had a $3500 sectional picked out on Wayfair and decided to see what our central Kentucky furniture stores had to offer before we pulled the trigger. Oak Factory was our first stop of five stores. Their sales method was easy going and attentive. We found a better alternative to our on-line choice that was $1000 cheaper. We borrowed samples of our fabric choices and headed on to the other stores. We had no luck at the other four stores. If the quality was good the price was higher than $4000! The next night I went back to Oak Factory and placed my order with Denisa. What a great buying experience. The Sectional was delivered today by two guys that did a great job .

EXCEPTIONAL customer service!!! They will do anything and everything to make sure their customers are happy! I personally dealt with Denisa and she went above and beyond. I would highly highly recommend Oak Factory, and not only for customer service but also their high quality and long lasting furniture! I bought a living room and 2 bedroom suits and they are still in amazing condition!

On 8/17/19 I was shopping for counter highth bar chairs, Gene Cooper and Samantha Cooper helped me find exactly what I wanted, they listened and cared about what I had to say and showed me a few options that were wonderful and I chose exactly what I wanted and I am very pleased!! We were just looking on Memorial Day and ended up buying. Such a great experience. Everyone was so nice. A few days after our purchase in the mail came a hand written Thank you note from Samatha Cooper. Talk about customer service. I have never been treated like we were. If I’m look for anything else for our home this will be my first stop.

We shopped all over town and found the style, quality, and prices for the pieces we needed to be the best choice at Oak Factory Outlet. We bought a bedroom suite, a sectional, and will be buying another sofa and chairs with ottomans for our theatre area when renovations are done.First off, Oak Factory Outlet is a local company with local owners and employees. That’s important to us. All of the furniture that we purchased is made in North America, with 2/3+ made in USA. That was important to us. Try finding furniture for multiple rooms not made in Asia somewhere else. When you buy Asian furniture there are all kinds of problems that can be present, from obvious quality problems to awful sourcing issues where they’re just destroying the planet to put cheap furniture out there. It’s cheap for a reason.We had a quality issue with our bed and the store immediately came out to inspect. They never tried to convince us there was no issue. They looked into it and brought another component of the bed out a week later, and sure enough the new one was right. We all agreed it was an oddity and now we have our perfect bed. I never got the run around and I didn’t have to hound them to fix it. They called me back and said they were ready to come replace the part. Nobody, no matter how well-made and shipped, always has perfect furniture. Stuff happens. Oak Factory made the issue painless.We love our furniture, we are pleased with the price, we love the stand-up service from the store, and we’re already planning more purchases. We stand by good people when we find them, because let’s face it they can be hard to find. We have no reason to go anywhere else. We know what we’re getting at Oak Factory.We moved into a new house recently and we’ve had a lot of issues. Most people we’re paying for parts and services I would never recommend to others. I can highly recommend Oak Factory Outlet. It’s been a very pleasant experience doing business with them. I wish more businesses worked like Oak Factory. Bought a new bed from Oak Factory. It was delivered in a timely manner. The guys, start to finish, took 15 minutes. They delivered to 2nd floor of my house and it looks like a terrific job. Will update once Ive slept on it !!!!

Excellent customer service! They allowed us to stay late on two occasions as my husband and I tried to decide on couches and fabrics. They printed multiple measurements for us to help ensure our selection would fit in our space. They allowed us to take fabric samples home to see what matched our room the best. Their prices were GREAT! Lower than all the other stores we compared in Lexington. We were very pleased with our experience.

Hi Everyone we bought a reclining couch and chair from Oak Factory and had some problems with it (Leather Italia brand) so we contacted Denisa at Oak Factory and she worked for us and got a full refund after we had the furniture more than a year then the store quit selling the items we originally bought. We selected all new furniture and have been very pleased with it. You don’t always see that kind of support after the sale so if you have a problem after buying from Oak Factory in Nicholasville KY they will work for you and with you.

My wife and I purchased a new dining room table from Oak Factory. We had an issue with the table and the manager and all the staff were extremely helpful and made sure to make it right. I am really glad we went here to purchase our table. We will definitely be back.

To keep it short, I have endless appreciation for this familys business, experience and service. Theyre incredibly kind, for starters. Each person you speak to treats you like family. Their furniture selection and prices beats so many other places we had shopped at before we went there, and the quality meets the price. We ordered a large sectional sofa that they were able to customize based on our desired size and color... not to mention, its so comfortable. We ordered new bunk-beds with a storage staircase, again customized, and my son feels like king of the 3 year olds! We ordered a headboard and matching frame for our King, and now were waiting for arrival and delivery dates, and have no worries. Were thankful for that whole family and we will return for more as we need.

After months of looking for a sectional to fit my family’s needs we stepped into oak factory Labor Day weekend and I finally found what I was looking for not only in style but also with durability and price in mind as well. They have an amazing selection of customizable sofas that can be made into sectionals and ordered with the fabric you choose including washable more family friendly fabrics and after not finding exactly what I was looking for elsewhere being able to totally customize my final pieces and have the piece of mind it will withstand mishaps from the kids totally made my day. She was there to help with any questions I had but didn’t pressure or make me feel overwhelmed like other furniture sales people do in any way. when it came time to select fabrics she was extremely patient and made sure we looked and compared the fabrics in different lights to be sure it would be just right in my home. This will be our first stop anytime we are looking for furniture. I hate to shop, the more expensive the item the more I usually dislike the experience. For the first time in our 20+ year marriage, I actually enjoyed myself thanks to Denisa, Gene, Mike and the team at Oak Factory. It took forever for me to decide and they were helpful without being pushy and very thoughtful throughout the process. The delivery was earlier than anticipated and the guys were professional and kind. I changed my mind about one of the pieces and found the exceptional customer service continued when I asked to return and replace it with another item. Dont waste your time dealing with this very unprofessional business. I ordered two extra dining room table chairs to use with the leaf in my table at the end of 2018. I received a call saying they were ready to be picked up about a month later. After arriving at the store, not only did we have to wait for them to put the ready chairs together but one of them was broken. Two months later and I still have not heard from them about a replacement chair. When I call the store they stated it was in and ready for pickup. No apology but just an excuse about the person who makes those calls being out of town. Currently have been waiting over 15 minutes to pick up the second ready chair and once again no apology. If your time is valuable or you just expect basic respect do not purchase from this business.

Stopped by on a sunny afternoon with my family to browse and the wife finds a lovely little ottoman she thought would be perfect for the living room. We spend a few minutes looking over different fabric swatches, decided to go with the red leather it came in and even attempted to negotiate for price. The very polite sales person did the let me talk to a manager thing - pretty standard really, then told us it was already on sale and that was the best they could do. Sure, no problem, had to ask right? We loved it though and decided to buy it anyway.So, I grab the van, pull around front and wait. Five minutes later my wife comes outside with a grumpy look on her face.uh oh.Apparently the manager, owner, older gentlemanof the store and the sales clerk get into an argument in front of my wife in which he states (to the sales clerk, not my wife because they ignored her during this exchange) that the sales price was wrong, its supposed to be $150 more, yada yada etc. and so forth.The sales clerk very politely asked the older gentlemen if he would like to explain this to my wife, who by the way is five feet away the whole time, he said no.So, so did we.Rather disappointing experience from a local retailer, whom normally I love to support. I suppose this is why people shop online.Get your act together Oak Factory. Im not sure what kind of sales tactics you are using but you made my wife feel as though she were shopping in a bazaar somewhere in the middle east. The only thing missing was camel poo.We wont be back.Regards,The Customer

They will rip you off if you return any furniture.I lost $800 on some combo power couch.Now I have to finance for my loss.What a rip off.Dont use this place for your needs.Special order for they didnt have in stock.And charge me for it the $800 to take back.Wow bad taste I have for them.

I spent well over 2k not even six months ago. I enquired about a sectional today,and spoke with the lady over an hour via text. Informed her I was headed her way. Then learned the last quoted price was not an out the door price as the first price she quoted me was. Considering we were already half way there we decided to go ahead and look at the piece. We arrived 11 minutes before closing due to traffic on a Friday only to find the door locked. The lady seen us try to open the door and took off to hide. I text to ask if I could just look at the sectional, and I would not keep her one minute past closing. Considering I could do the purchase over the phone tomorrow if we decided to purchase it.Ignored. So I drove 45 minutes for nothing. I am beyond upset with their business practices. And Im not sure Ill ever return. Very rude.

Ive bought nearly $10k in furniture from them in the last 3 years. I live about 90 miles from their store and they want to charge $270 in delivery. I seriously think if you make a purchase over $3,000 then delivery should be free anywhere in the state. Ridiculous.
