I have always stopped in to this particular Sallys on my lunch break to grab hair dye. It has been quit a while so I didnt recognize any of the employees. I was greeted by a lady asking if I needed help with anything. I let her know that I was just grabbing some dye and going to browse for a few minutes, killing time before going back to work. She then proceeded to follow me around, a few wlfeet away at the most, the whole 15-20 minutes I was there. I understand that some shops probably have a shop lifting problem but I was very uncomfortable. I checked out with another lady and told her so. I spent $30 and was made to feel like I was doing something wrong. I will more then likely just go to the one in Springfield on my way home, sucks because its an inconvenience.

Always a positive experience at this location. Jackie does an amazing job, along with her employees on assisting customers and is very knowledgeable of all her products that are in the store. They always take time to personally talk to and connect with customers aside from making relevant recommendations! I can tell Jackie works very hard on keeping a neat and clean store as well!

I have never gone in here without an employee approaching me to help me. I always find great deals here! I like to do rad colors in my hair and they have a full rainbow of hair dyes to choose from.

Girlfriend bought a set of trimmers and clippers for $80 and the trimmers dont work straight out of the pakage. Less then 24 hours later and they wont replace it or refund it. What place wont replace a broken product they sold to us less then 24 hours ago??? What a joke. Do not shop here!! Go anywhere else

Just left there. not there for anything specific, just browsing.i could tell they were closing, but at no time did they try to rush me, they talked to me like i was one of the girls.as someone that works in the makeup industry, and appreciates great customer service, these gals did an amazing job!100% satisfied! wish i would have gotten their names! but i will for sure be back!

Awful customer service by Jacki S.I went into Sally’s with my 3 year old to get hair dye, and my son was picking up boxes of hair color as I was asking Jackie a question, she interrupted me and said, “I’m sorry I couldn’t concentrate on what you were saying due to your son messing my shelf up”. First off, it was literally 3 boxes of color that I picked back up and placed on the shelf, it literally took me 2 seconds to do and second off, she said it in front of my 3 year old who then proceeded to call her mean. She is rude and disgusting and I will NOT recommend her or Nixa Sally’s to anyone. She has awful customer service and lacks compassion for small children. You work at Sally’s, don’t act like you’re the CEO and it’s not your job to organize shelf’s, it’s what you get paid to do!
