Ive taken my car there on two separate occasions, for two separate problems and wouldnt even think of taking my car anywhere else. Theyre really good at explaining the issue, theyre very friendly and professional and very affordable for the work they do.

They took care of me every step of the way. I had my AC condenser replaced, AC recharged, oil change, and new wiper blades. Job was done in a day and I am a happy customer with cold air again.
These guys really went above and beyond for me! I was stuck in my office parking lot. They came to me, took a look at the issue, and towed me over to their shop. The repairs were quick and pricing was up-front and fair. If anything goes wrong after the repair, theyll take care of you. I was even offered a loaner vehicle!
I had my 2003 Hummer H2 serviced, they changed all of the fluids and filters, did a complete tune-up and were very professional and responsive with any questions. I would recommend them to anyone needing service to their vehicle. I know I will be taking my other vehicles back for service.
They were amazing. I brought my car in, they fixed it, I took it out and it had the same problem, so they kept it gave me a loaner, and worked on it until they got it right, with no extra cost to me! I love this place. This is an honest and hardworking store and I will be taking every car I own to there from now on.

Took our Buick Enclave in for some transmission problems. We took it the first time, and they were great. They tried a less expensive option for fixing it. Unfortunately that didnt work, but I appreciated trying that first. So we took it in a second time, and they were incredibly upfront and detailed in the diagnosis. They also were very realistic with regards to our options. Ill be bringing all of our cars here from now on.
The guys at AVC Auto were very helpful in my timing belt replacement, and well as an oil change, and diagnosing my car with other issues I didnt know of. They even gave me a rental car for the day for no charge! They were very helpful, friendly, and timely. Definitely my new go-to repair shop.
Although we have been happy with the work AVC has done for us, we recently took a vehicle to them and had a poor experience. We called with an issue and possible diagnosis we thought could be the cause based on what we knew from another person with some basic car knowledge. We were told we needed to bring the vehicle in for an evaluation which we did and were charged a fee for said evaluation. We were told that the issue we suspected was, indeed, the problem, and the cost to fix it was $2,000. We had a second opinion and that mechanic could not pinpoint that what AVC said as the problem so we called AVC back to try and understand how they came to their original conclusion. They said based on the symptom of the problem that was the most probable cause. I am not okay with spending $2000 for a “potential or probable” fix. We were not told they did not actually pinpoint that as the exact cause when we had the vehicle originally evaluated. It is unethical to tell someone the issue is “x” and it is going to cost $2000 when one does not know that for sure. I would not have an issue at all if we would have been told from the get-go “we don’t know for 100% but this is the most probable issue, etc.” Now I’m glad we got another opinion and it will be difficult to trust AVCs opinions going forward.
I was most pleased with AVC, they were able to achieve what I wanted for a fair price. Their attitude and desire to do a good job is outstanding.
The service and pricing are consistently excellent. I recommend them highly. Our daughter and son in law recommended them to us when we moved to Noblesville, 4 years ago.
Ive been putting this review off for a couple of weeks or so, but wanted to express my appreciation for Jason, Chuck and AVC Auto. One of the things that is most important to me is transparency and communication. Jason was honest about what all would entail diagnosing my car, and he was professional and courteous enough to return calls to keep me updated. I was impressed with Chuck giving me a call and providing me with his assessment of my cars problems.Providing me with a car to use while you worked on my car was a huge plus. Also, and perhaps above all, you fixed the problem with my car. I was tired of returning it to the same ole shop for the same ole issue about 2-3 times - not to mention it was an hour drive to the place.AVC Auto met and went beyond my expectations. I strongly recommend their services. Car has had no problems since.

I already had a 5 star review for avc but just adding some comments. These guys have been pretty good to my truck and I. They use some common sense and real world expectations when it comes to repairs. They were conscious of their time and my money and the truck is back on the road again with pretty little hassle from avc.
Made a drop off appointment. Dropped it off the night before. Everything went as expected (but seldom how it usually does other places). They completed the work, to the quote over the phone, called when it was done and ready for pickup giving a summary of what they did and what they found. They made it really easy on me and its much appreciated.
Chuck, Jason, and the whole team have been “our mechanic” since we moved to the area in 2015. They’re always honest and upfront, don’t try to take advantage of our mechanical ignorance, and most importantly, they have a good sense of doing right by their customers. I recommend anyone that is within driving distance use AVC if only for the fact that you can trust them. Thanks for everything, guys!

AVC is run by a family that cares about families. I really appreciate that I can trust them to do a good job at a reasonable price. I moved to Noblesville in 2011, and have taken my car to them ever since. I have found them to be trust worthy in every way.
These guys do an awesome job. They do good work and do not sell you anything but the best parts. Always my go to place. Everyone there is HONEST. They dont try and take all your money. Their prices are competitive if not better than other shops. They do a beginning assessment to diagnose what the issue is before even beginning work and they always communicate before going further. Great People. I wont take my vehicles anywhere else.
Absolutely love AVC! You wont find more MASTER CERTIFIED technicians in one garage, pretty much anywhere - at least in Noblesville. These guys dont work off commission either, so they take the necessary time to get to the root of issues. I literally drive an hour to have service done here, because I trust Chuck and the team at AVC that much. Ive never had crazy surprises or been up sold on anything.
Oil change and 75,000 mile inspection. Valvoline instant oil changes on my car run $80 (because of synthetic oil) and this one was half that. Chuck is always friendly, I have gone in before and he did not charge me to figure out what was loose under the hood and tighten it. I will recommend this place to anyone who will listen! And beware of the one star review... look at the Brian Lanes other reviews, he just likes giving places one star. Some people just want to see the world burn.
My whole family has been going here for years. Chuck and his team do a great job and get it done right. I cant imagine going anywhere else. If youre in the Noblesville area, do yourself a favor and check them out.
Very thorough and accommodating in all of their work. I take my work truck here because they are efficient and can get things done in a day. I decided to take my wifes vehicle here after numerous repair shops couldnt get the warning lights diagnosed and cleared. They all suggested I take it to the dealer. I dropped it off at AVC and within 30 minutes they had it diagnosed, taken care of and ready to be picked up for less than $50. They are fair, honest, detailed and efficient - all the best qualities for a mechanic!
Just moved here from out of state. Had a electrical issue with my truck. I made an appointment and took it in right away. They had the issue taken care of within one day. The prices were great and the service was great and friendly. I will be bringing my vehicles back there for sure when they have problems.

The best around. Will not take my truck any place else. I used to change my own oil but have found it to not be too much more at AVC. I also always know the job is done right the first time.
My mom and fiancé always takes their cars there. We trust them with all of out cars. They take care of our cars great and always do great work. They use great parts. Also they always call you before they start and give you the cost to make sure you want to do it. They know us by name too!

The guys at AVC are honest and do great work. They are not price gougers....they charge a fair price for the work done. I would recommend them to anyone.
I took my jeep to the local Stealership because it was not up shifting out of lower range on a Tuesday morning. Thursday at 4:30 I get a call that it needs to be replaced. I asked what was wrong with it. I was told it was worn out. After 116,000 miles and they did a flush and service at 68,000, I dont think so. They could not tell me why I needed it replaced, didnt identify one component that was bad and charged me $93.50. So I took it to AVC Auto after calling and talking to them on the phone first. Within 24 hours they had identified a sensor that was bad and had it up and running for $2,000+ LESS than what the local Jeep Stealer wanted to replace it. Thankfully there are people out there that still take pride in what they do and have the customers interest at heart. We have found a new trusting friend who does car repair in AVC Auto.

This might be long but I wanted to give a review based on my whole experience not just rant why I am mad and wont be returning. First off my father-in-law and husband have had work done here and had no issues. My husband brought my van in and I was with him with no issues. But here is why I wont be returning. I called on a Tuesday because I was due for an oil change and had some engine lights come on. They said they were busy but I could make an appointment for Thursday at 10:30. I called back the next day to change it to 11:30 and they had forgotten to actually put me on their schedule the previous day but although annoyed I was polite and told them again what I needed and they booked me for 11:30 the following day. When I went in they were very nice and even helped my mom get her window up because it was broken half way, 30 degrees, and I had to bring my 10 month old home in her car. And they didnt charge her. So I dropped off my car and I waited, and waited. I finally called at 3pm and they were just bringing it back. (Not happy!!) I called back at 4pm and they were still taking it apart. I told them my ride had to leave and I needed my car back. I was able to get another ride and called back and asked them to continue with estimate and to call my husband when they had it. They wanted to overcharge for something my husbands mechanic friend said should not be that expensive so my husband told them to put it back together and Id pick it up. When I got there they 1. Only looked at one of two things I asked them to look at 2. Didnt do my oil change (they said they didnt have me down even though I told them both times on the phone) and 3. Charged me $100 diagnostic fee and told me that Id have to come back for them to look at the other problem (so they could charge me another fee no thankyou!). I was angry at this point and I know I was a little rude but the man threw my estimate at me and told me to leave. I took a deep breath, paid the $100 and left in silence. So here are my thoughts I do not appreciate them being rude to me. I have worked in customer service for over a decade and would never treat even the rudest customer that way because guess whos giving you money! I dont like that I told them multiple times about my oil and they didnt have it down. I also dont like the fact that I have a 10 month old and they were making it into a 2-3 day problem when that is the only car I have he can ride in. When my husband ended up being able to fix it in 15 minutes plus 30 for my oil change. If you are busy none of my problems were immediate and I wouldve been fine to wait a week until you were less busy but instead they took advantage of a female, over booked themselves, and were going to over charge me.Response to below: I did not mention the oil change because like I said above I had told you twice on the phone and did not think that I needed to tell you a third time at the shop. I also did not mention the urgency because every other time I have had work done when I made an appointment it did not take them 3 and 1/2 hours to just start to look at the vehicle. It would be one thing if I was a walk-in. So, I apologize that I didnt tell you that I only had a ride for the next 5 1/2 hours. Im sorry my wording was wrong - they did not throw the estimate at me but threw the estimate across the desk in my direction. Also, they make it possible to look up reviews on places like google and yelp because who would look up reviews on your website where you can pick and choose the reviews. I am a very happy person and I do believe I gave you a fair review and made sure to add in the positives.
