Staff is so friendly. Love the wine tastings! Let’s me try something new before buying a whole bottle. The manager is very knowledgeable about wines and always has spot on recommendations. I’ve loved everything he suggested. Every time I shop here I’m approached at least once to see if I need help selecting anything. Ask them for suggestions because I always find something great to try.

People here are the best!

Been shopping here for years. After this Sunday evening we’ll never be back. Arrived at least 10 minutes til 8 to purchase a couple bottles of alcohol and the employees acted as if we didn’t exist. Door locked well before 8p (alarm was set at 20:00 to 20:01 just before they walked out) as I walked away from the locked door another customer pulled in (before 8) and also couldn’t get in. Owners need to be aware of what’s happening at their establishment. Hope they see and respond to this.

Great customer service... the staff seem quirky, and they are always super friendly. Coming here from Colorado, I really miss my sours. They suggested a few to me, there were 3 or 4 different sours to choose from, and thanks to their suggestions I managed to find a couple that at least live up to the quality and unique tastes of at least some of the craft sours local to Denver... I would love to see some more sour selections in the future, I miss seeing 4-6 isles packed full of different sours, milkshake kombucha sours, every imaginable pallette of saisons from creamy to bitey to citrus... but its not fair to set that kind of expectation here- it seems most of the craftier beers around here tend to be IPA or IPA based, which I still love. I dont know if its just Indiana, but the prices here seem high-ish... but still in line with surrounding establishments.All in all, great staff, great recommendations, standard prices for the area, and pretty good selection for the area.

The store manager here is a liar and she is very rude. I stopped in at night while they were closing to pick up some rare bourbon... The clerk showed it to me but said that I had to come by when the store manager was in. Sure enough, I was there 5 minutes before they opened the next morning. This lady store manager played stupid and denied having any of the stuff I had seen there the night before. After a little reminder of where and what it was... she finally admitted she had the stuff I was looking for but was saving it for her friend. Thats nice.Complained to corporate and found out she is friends with the President of the company so there is really nothing anyone can do to her.Follow up: I have been told by a former employee of this location that they (store manager lady and the company president) saw my review here, and supposedly banned me from this location. Fortunately, I stopped going in there as a result of the initial interaction anyway.
