There is an older lady that works the pharmacy that was incredibly kind in explaining to me the covid testing specifically the home tests- she talked with me through the window for nearly 10 minutes completely Profesional the entire time. I had called several locations the day prior trying to find someone to give my daughter a test so she could attend the Dierks Bentley concert this evening and found the Little Clinic location in Speedway that scheduled her for today at 3pm but called me today at 1220 to cancel. A couple days prior I bought the Abbott home test and my daughter tested negative but the Live-action site said the test had to be printable and the app did not have a way to do that. I ultimately got someone at Ruff to talk to me and tell me Abbott was accepted digitally despite what Live-action had printed on their site. I had come into the CVS drive through today mainly because I had a script to pick up and received a text earlier in the week but while I was there I was asking about the test and a middle aged blonde got very rude with me telling me she had talked to my wife the day prior which she had not it was me that called. Then she copped an attitude looking at me and mouthing off with eye contact as she walked away. I explained I couldnt hear her and I couldnt read her lips because she was wearing a mask. She wouldnt come back to talk to me. The rest of the staff including the elder lady were all very nice to me but Im giving 2 stars because of the gal who gave me attitude. I didnt create the tests or the rules and like a lot of others I am confused because of so much misinformation. I look to the pharmacy as a safe haven not as a place for a lady to vent her frustrations out on me. If the blonde lady wants to apologize to me I will gladly increase my stars on my review but as it stands Ive been made to feel that my time, concern and presence are not welcomed at that pharmacy.
I live in between 2 CVS’s. They are both 1 mile from my house but in the opposite direction from each other. This is my favorite of the two.I mainly visit CVS for 2 reasons - makeup and healthy snacks. As you can tell from all of the pictures I’ve posted, this CVS has an excellent variety of makeup products and even though this is a Saturday and the last day of the sales for this week, their stock is plentiful. Now let’s talk about the healthy snacks. When CVS announced that they were going to put more of an emphasis on healthier choices (near the check out area), I rolled my eyes and thought ZERO IMPACT for me. But as they started rolling out these new items, I started buying 1 each time I stopped in for makeup. I found lots of stuff that I liked that wasn’t carried by my local grocery stores. That gave me another reason to drop in to this CVS - love those healthy snacks!But...as you can see from the two pictures I’ve included with this review, there’s a lot of empty where products should be. It’s like this every single week (for the past 6 months) and that’s why I’ve knocked off a star on my review. It’s like c’mon CVS! You got me hooked on healthy snacks and then 50% of the time, I’m disappointed when I see empty shelf space where those snacks should be.NOTE: 12/28/2019 Knocking off a star because it’s not cool to ignore the expiration date on your stock - especially when ya all make a big deal corporate-wise re: healthy snacks.
Becky was awesome to work with in the drive thru! She was very nice and patient with me while getting insurance set up. I appreciate her help and she made my experience there a good one today. 👍
Ive read reviews about the pharmacy which are bad and IMHO misleading. Wait times on the phone, yes, it will happen sometimes. Put the phone on speaker and go do something until its your turn.Rude staff, NEVER had that happen there or the other close CVS. Becca is an absolute pleasure to deal with, Kennedy is also awesome. The problems arise (and I have seen this) when people come in and want things now or they were promised a script at 6:05 and its not ready till 6:10.An outdated item on the shelf? Cant go through every single item in the store to check dates, Im sure the situation was rectified and you got a new iced coffee.Everyone just take a second to live in their shoes, doctors, patients, relatives caring for sick loved ones all need things and they work their butts off to get it out as quickly as possible.
Very poor service and prescription take for ever to get ready
Used to love this location, but the past few months I’ve experienced awful service. Medications take forever to fill, aren’t ready when promised and they always seem “very busy”. I’m trying to get ahold of the pharmacy on the phone currently and have been on hold 12+ minutes. This is out of control.
The pharmacy is terrible. The staff has anyways been very nice and friendly. But many, many times i have had prescriptions not being filled on time, being called in to my doctor when there are still refills available and the script has not expired, or scripts being refilled automatically after I have asked many times for them not to be and been told nothing was set to auto refill I am done with CVS
Never had any negative experiences in my years of going to this location. Wanted to add a positive review to try and balance out so many negative ones.
Becca Christner and her team are amazing with sevices, the pharmacist always ask if we have any questions or concerns about the meditation. We have been with them for years and will continue. Great job guys
By far the rudest pharmacy staff. Unhelpful, argumentative & unprofessional. Personal & private information about patients discussed loudly & openly among staff, often times shouted from one to another from opposite sides of the pharmacy. I’m consistently made to feel guilty for asking questions about the availability of my prescriptions. I have filled my last prescription with this CVS. This location was originally chosen for it’s convenient proximity to my home but having to go there has become anything but convenient. So, unless you enjoy being talked down to, being made to feel inferior to a pharmacy technician with a community college certificate, love to wait for something that was promised to you hours prior to your arrival, and want all of your personal medical & private information discussed by others loud enough for the man buying beer at the front of the store to hear, then I highly suggest that you have your prescriptions filled ANYWHERE BUT HERE!
I switched to this CVS last week. (my 3rd in 2 months) I left the first one over the new rude Pharmacist. No matter how much I loved Michelle, this new one was rude to me AND my dr. Then we moved to the one on lakeview dr. Nothing really happened, the techs just seem miserable. But the real reason we switched was because of traffic. This one became close once you put traffic in the mix. Today I went to pick up scripts. It takes them significantly longer than any of the other ones we’ve used but I will tell you, the lady tech that helped me, was SO nice! Reminded me of the CVS I went to for 20 years before the new rude Pharmacist started. I think her name was Rebecca, that is what is on my receipt. Fingers crossed that all the staff is this cool!
The Pharmacy staff is always here and takes matters into their own hands when my Doctors are too busy to respond to my voicemails. They know I cannot be without my meds. I’m so appreciative. They do their job the way they are supposed to. They are lifesavers 💕
Great customer service. Olivia went above and beyond to solve problems with garbled prescription. They solved all problems and got medicine to me on Friday evening without probable need to wait until Monday when Dr. office will reopen. Thank you!
Wait time usually an hour despite busy times or lack thereof. Lose your rx. Poor customer service. Convenience of location is a waste of my time. Ill drive the extra distance and feel appreciated at walgreens. No wait screens or intercom saying your rx is done. No wonder they lose what they fill.Value your time, go elsewhere. Ill see you there.
Was shocked that the store personnel dont understand the importance of HIPPA and a private counseling session! I will transfer my prescription next month. I will never trust this store with my information again.
Ridiculous customer service in the pharmacy! I dont care how busy you are dont make rude comments about the customers. I was 10 minutes early picking up my prescription and I heard the girl make rude comments to the pharmacist who proceeded to go with the comments!
Very inconvenient, they act like they are doctors and lie as well. Just not a good way to run a business .
Best drugs on this corner!
Slow customer service. Not the best option for a quick stop.
Terrible customer service from Kaitlan. She was extremely rude and unprofessional.
Was employed here and management is crashing and there hiring rude individuals that dont care about their actual customers and employees, thus why I left.
Great selection
