Best pharmacy in town hands down. Pharmacists and staff are very friendly and go out of their way to make sure your prescriptions are filled as quickly and efficiently as possible. I am always greeted with a smile and treated with the utmost care. They even mailed out my prescriptions when I was unable to make it to the pharmacy! I highly recommend this pharmacy.

One of the worst pharmacies I have ever had the displeasure of dealing with. Often placed on very long holds. Most recent issue...my daughters controlled substance RX needed to be filled but they were out. I was told the delivery would be in the next day. It was not. Then I was told I could ask the doctor to call in the RX somewhere else. This was at 430pm and moving controlled substance RXs around is a pain. No sound of concern or care in the voice of the staff.

Pharmacists and pharmacy staff are very friendly and always go out of their way to resolve medication issues that are not their fault (insurance, prescribing errors, etc.). Medications are always filled on time and are affordable. I highly recommend this pharmacy!

I dont understand where all these negative reviews are coming from. They are a pharmacy not a fast food chain. Everyone there is super nice and friendly. I had a question on what to do with my persistent cough and the pharmacist took the time to walk me to the aisle and spend time talking to me about different options even though there was a line. This is exceptional customer service!

I am a weekly shopper at Meijer for groceries and have been for many years. Unfortunately, they have the worst pharmacy in town. The prescriptions are never ready when they say they will be. Monday - processed refill via phone automated system, prescription will be ready at 4 pm Tuesday. Tuesday called at 3 pm and tt Blake, the technician. Yes, it will be ready at 4 pm. Arrived at 5 pm, stood in line for 10 minutes - not ready and will not be ready for at least 20 minutes. No thanks. This has been an ongoing trend at this pharmacy and Ill take my business to another pharmacy that values my time.

Picked up my prescription which was labeled to have a quantity of 60. I looked inside and there clearly wasnt 60 so I dumped them on a paper plate and counted them and there was only 30 inside. I called and spoke with the pharmacist and she said it says 60 was dispensed let me go check my inventory she returned saying this was odd because her numbers were on point. She still agreed to prepare the rest for me to pick up but that is a huge mistake and could be extremely dangerous if it was made the other way around and someone was given double their medication. Pretty scary if you ask me.

Yes I rarely get prescriptions there and I got one Friday took 45 minutes for them too feel my doctor got a call today I left her message about that medicine normally when you have high blood pressure issues you dont take a medicine that raises it I am not happy with her for not checking that out. I sorry I wasted your time coming there the other day the staff was friendly and getting mad over GoodRX if my insurance would have cover this med then it wouldnt have been a problem for that one lady who brought my medicine up there geez.

Horrid! My husband, best friend and I have all had terrible experiences here. They never have prescriptions ready for us, even when we call ahead. They try to override what the doctor prescribes if they don’t like it. The are not friendly. Beware if you have a coupon, coupons irritate them.

So unsatisfied with my experience. Every time I come in without exception they have a problem with any prescriptions I have to fill. It’s very unfortunate but I will be moving pharmacies and not returning. Lack of professionalism and accountability for their actions. If you are busy it is under stable but to keep someone waiting for two hours and not call as stated, shows lack to attention to detail.

I dropped off a prescription today and the pharmacist was rude from the very beginning. Seemingly irritated my address wasnt correct. She told me to return 45 minutes later, which I did. I stood in line until I was asked to step up to the register by a man. He said he needed to check on it and walked away. The same rude lady storms up to the window and asked me what I was waiting on. I was immediately thrown off by her attitude and the interrogation. I stuttered because I did not quite understand her question. I told her I dropped of the prescription and she told me to come back at this time and here I am. I told her that I had a root canal done a few hours ago and I did not know the specific name of the medication that was prescribed by the dentist. She then accused me of cutting everyone in line and said I couldnt just get in front of everyone. I did in fact wait in line. She was extremely rude and I believe she was being this way because my prescription were narcotics. She made me feel like a junky trying to climb through her window to get pills when in reality Im a person that had 3.5 hours of dental work done that morning. Im not one to write reviews. I get it. People have bad days but she needs a refresher in customer service.

I would give ZERO stars if possible. WORST PHARMACY EVER! Customer service is non existent, drive through only works half the time and their wait times are ridiculous. Talking to the Pharmacists is an effort in futility. Im transferring my prescriptions to another pharmacy. My time and money are way too valuable to waste any more there!!!

Everytime we have filled scripts here its been a long wait. Weve dropped off prescriptions, told itd be ready in 20 minutes. Come back an hour later to be told we have to wait and drive around because its still not ready.Havent had bad experiences with the staff. One of the pharmacists, James, was pleasant and nice to do business with. Im assuming they are just really understaffed.

I just pulled 3 months worth of my sons schedule 1, quite expensive medication because the techs on duty would not call my doctors office to troubleshoot an issue I am not responsible for fixing. His ADHD med is a schedule 1, meaning we cant call in refill #s and we have to speak to the pharmacy in person every time. So the pedi office sent in all 3 months worth to keep on file (Feb/Mar/Apr). I tried to fill this months and the tech said they only have Mar and Apr and I will have to call and sort it out. So, due to terrible customer service, I had the pedis office pull all 3 and send them to CVS. Way to go Meijer!

This pharmacy has been getting increasingly worse over the past 6 months. I used to have no problems ever! Now, any time I have a prescription called in, they claim it must have *just* been called in until I tell them that its been hours. The one time that my prescription WAS ready I received no phone call alerting me. I had my vet call my cats prescription in last month while I was standing next to her. When I arrived for pickup, the tech told me that my cats prescription had never been called in and that she looked for it. I told her that I was standing next to my vet when she called it in several hours prior, and the tech was then magically able to find it. Today, they did not carry the medication I was prescribed but I received no phone call because they had not even pulled up the order by the time I got there nearly two hours after it was sent in. Again, I was first told that the order must have been just sent in. Super frustrating to hear after the issues Ive already been having there.As I see it, there are two scenarios happening at this pharmacy: either the staff is overworked and understaffed and thus unable to keep up with orders, or the staff is undertrained, lazy, and has no consequences to sub-par service. Whatever the issue, it certainly needs to be corrected.

Tried several times to get ahold of the pharmacy during business hours to get a prescription filled and it was obvious they were declining my calls. Switched the prescription over to Walgreens. They never give me an issue.

Terrible and very rude. On 2 separate occasions I was told that my rx’s would be ready for pickup by the time I got there, I even made a second phone call to double check. Then I got to the pharmacy and was told, sorry but it won’t be ready for 2 more days!!! They need to learn how to do their job! Just another note, I was also lied to, to my face!

Transferred our prescriptions to Meijer because some prices were cheaper but their prescription availability is terrible. They rarely have the prescriptions ready on time. I have even called ahead and when I show up there its still not ready. They rarely follow up with you to let you know that a medication is unavailable or needs approval from a doctor until you go to pick it up at the time given from the automated system. I HATE to take my children with me to pick anything up especially after an appointment. They already feel sick & miserable then we go through the drive-thru and wait forever to get to the window for them to check if the received the prescription. Then we have to go around again and have to wait AGAIN for them to get it ready with screaming children that are frustrated from feeling miserable and sitting in their carseats for so long! And hopefully they have it ready by then cause if not, around you go AGAIN!!!

My prescription is Dispense as written and apparently that is very inconvenient to their pharmacist. It took me over a week to have my medicine corrected, the pharmacist was rude, and the only person to even try to make it right was a store manager. I transferred my prescriptions the same day and will never go back. At every single opportunity their pharmacist wrote off my concerns and treated me like a complete nuisance.

Bad experience, called ahead to make sure prescription was ready for pickup. I was told yes so I drove 30 minutes to pick up my prescription only to be told I cant pick up my prescription. Very unprofessional. Ive been using Meijer Pharmacy for over a year like some of the other reviews say theyve been getting worse and worse
