Good product but it comes with some non-monetary costs. We ordered river rock. They delivered and we are happy with the rock. However, they left a good amount of hydraulic fluid on our driveway. It took a week of calls to get someone to clean it up, but the clean up just replaced oil spots with faded white and oil spots. Probably will not purchase from here again. Too bad.

Thanks to Lori and her great customer service and product knowledge, we were gladly able to have our yard mulched at a more than fair price. Delivery fees are fair, especially since we have no truck. Thank you so much guys!

Great customer service. Have been getting mulch delivered for a few years now. We will never go back to buying bags of mulch from the big box stores. Mulch doesn’t lose its color. They dropped it right where we asked in the driveway. We will be calling them again next year.

Always great to do business with Northside. The mulch is the highest quality, holds its color, and you cant beat the price. I have used them for years and they always do a great job being on time for delivery as well as spreading the mulch. I also received some very high quality top soil this year that I used to supplement some raised gardens and my veggies turned out great. Much care was taken to get the topsoil where it needed to go without tearing up my yard. I highly recommend them.

5 stars absolutely! Andy was the driver. He accommodated me in real time, responded to calls and texts. He brought a same day second load when I needed more mulch. He was friendly, on time and the product is exactly what I expected and needed. Would recommend and use again.

Cannot recommend this company at all. Was scheduled for delivery initially from 8-noon. After they didnt show found out they moved us to a 1-5 delivery. Called a couple of more times as we got closer to 5pm and was told, oh yeah we will be there. Finally showed up a 6:45pm...never received a call to here they were coming. The driver (was told this is the owner of the company) starts backing up onto the driveway, why you would pull a delivery truck onto a driveway is beyond me. Dumps out the mulch I purchased but the volume didnt look correct. Before I could ask the driver he just pulled away. I would have thought he would have initiated discussion...hey sorry we were running behind, thanks for your business...anything. Pulled away before I could ask about the amount delivered. Will never use Northside again.

We ordered Topsoil for our new garden bed. What we received was not topsoil. It was mostly clay with a lot of gravel, asphalt, and crushed stone. We had to buy bags of actual topsoil and mix it in. Also, we were supposed to have it delivered on Monday, they called and said they were still making it. On Tuesday they said their machine broke down after my husband called to find out where it was. Finally delivered on Wednesday. They definitely did not give us as much soil as we ordered. We will never order from here again.

This is the absolute best place to get mulch and stone! They have awesome customer service and fast delivery time. Their prices are, by far, the best in the Indy area. I shopped around and couldnt find another place who was as competitive on price and delivery time. Their website makes it super easy to order. I recommend Northside Landscape to all of my friends, family and real estate clients!

Terrible customer service. I ordered topsoil from them only to have them continually bump the delivery date back. Each time the delivery date and time came, no call, no show. Id call the office and they were super rude every single time. Basically scoffed when I asked for any kind of clarification. I cancelled the order. If you dont want to help, just say that upfront and dont waste my time.

The service is very poor. I was given a date for delivery of stone and was told that the driver would send a message at the time my delivery was loading at their site. I was not given a delivery window but was fine with that since I planned to be near my house all day anyway. However, conventional wisdom would dictate that delivery would occur during normal business hours ( 9 a.m. to 5 p.m.) However, when I called the business at 4:30 p.m. to confirm whether my deliver would still occur on that day I was told that it would and that, essentially, you will get it when you get it and when I asked whether it could come late at night such as 9 p.m. they said, in a very rude and dismissive manner, that it could. This business practice is completely outrageous. My delivery was for a residential property, not a commercial construction site. To expect that private residences would take a deliver late at night is complete foolishness and completely ignorant of customer service principles. If they deliver to residences late at night this should have been made completely transparent when I was placing my order. I will be sending a message to all my neighbors through our community website specifically advising all residents to avoid this business.

I have been pleased with this company the last 2 years. This year(2020) was a NIGHTMARE!! I left 3 voice messages and 3 emails to set up an appointment. No call back or email response. I guess business is too good!!!!DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME WITH THIS OUTFIT!!

Used this company because she said they could deliver. Still waiting. Took my money though. And the fact that Im writing this review just tells me Ill never recommend them to anyone, but in this day and age its apparently clear no one cares.id call BBB but why, 3 calls to their number and no response

We have used them for years. However, their delivery was way short this year. It was only about 2/3 of what we normally get even though we ordered the same amount. Very disappointing with that and their customer service. The delivery was really late at night and it was already dark outside but I still wanted what I paid for. Customer service/manager didnt care a bit..

Great deals and super fast delivery! They came next day for my first order and when I needed more as I was laying mulch, they arrived within the hour for my second batch. I will always use northside for my landscape needs!

Saturday delivery? 5pm and still waiting, I have called 3 times and they still cant give an ETA. Horrendous communication...how about AM or PM? How can you not have your drivers routes scheduled before they leave? Wont be using them again.

Website has a few errors, but their Facebook page has the correct pictures and information.That being said, their response times are amazing and they are very friendly. Sometimes they have deals that are posted to their Facebook, so keep an eye out for those.
