Excellent selection. Megan helped us and was very patient with our decisions. I like the fact that she texted us to help with our choices. Everyone there is very friendly without pressuring you to buy. The sofa and chair we bought came with the display pillows.

Only made a minor purchase, but the staff were very good and not pushy. Something that I really appreciated.

We got a whole bed from them. It took 2 weeks to get the mattress wich I understood. But then it’s taking almost another week to deliver the bed. The rood lady I asked on the phone about it blew me off saying they normally don’t deliver on that day. Only was because of thanksgiving. Then took my little info and hung up. So if it wasn’t thanksgiving it would of been longer I take it but couldn’t ask cuz she didn’t want to deal with me. So been sleeping on floor for 3 weeks. The advertising of fast delivery is a diffenent lie. They knew when my mattress was coming in we should of been on schedule for next day or the next at the most. Won’t be going back and it’s to bad because we saw our living room set we liked.

I have never experienced such awful customer service! I ordered a new couch from this store and had to wait 5 weeks for delivery. On delivery day they brought the wrong order. So now I am told I have to wait another 5 weeks for hopefully the right piece of furniture. I called the salesmen back and told him I wanted the couch I ordered In one week or my money back. I was told they will be mailing me a check. Whatever happened to pleasing the customer?

Mary did a great job of helping us pick out our furniture, to the point of moving a rug from the front of the store to the couch we were buying. She deserves 5 stars. But they seem be be unable to even give me an accurate estimate of when it will get to their store. Ordered 6 pieces on 10/14 - they said 6-8 weeks. This Saturday, 12/2 will be 7 weeks . I was told by one employee two weeks ago every thing would be in the store by 11/30 so I called the store today. They now have no idea when it will get to the store and basically got a dont call us, we will call you, but they will give me a call a day or two before its going to be delivered. I have a very busy month - norman Christmas things (where do I put the tree, etc) unpacking from a very recent relocation, arranging someone to move the current furniture to the downstairs family room, and trying to plan things for some pretty major surgery. A day or two notice just isnt enough. It seems to me like they could do a little more to at least try to find out when it will reach their store.

Kyle was so helpful and knowledgeable about Trager grills and accessories. Everything I bought was same price as on line. I would recomend dealing with Kyle if youre interested in anything with Trager

They have had such poor customer service. Just drive to Omaha and shop at the mart! Read the Terms Of Sale very carefully. My parents have been dealing with the mgmt for weeks trying to get something returned because mgmt has the right to deny any refund or exchange.

Beware Do NOT USE THERE IN STORE FINANCING!! RENOVATE AND TD BANK ARE RIP OFFS!! THEY WILL CHARGE YOU HUGE INTEREST RATES IF YOU DO NOT PAY OFF EARLY!@ THEY ALSO CHARGE FEES AND LATE PAYMENTS EVEN THOUGH WE PAID EARLY ONTIME ONLINE!! THEY SOLD US A BED we didnt like it took it back !! What they didnt tell us is they only did instore credit then went on to charge us huge intersest rates on a bed we didnt even have !! Then after a year of on time payments our bill is full of charges totaling 382$ in interest and fees !!! Dont do it!!! Lesson learned read the fine print we got sooo riped off hope this keeps someone else from getting rip off!! Wow we will never be back!! If you know yr not paying cash take your bussiness somewere else they are not worth all the fees!! Bad deal!!!! Boooo we learned a ever expensive lesson!! You have been warned!!

Well there IS a difference - and its truly wonderful!! We have always been big deal hunters but were getting tired of all the efforts and self service just to save a buck. Buying furniture should not be like going to payless shoe source!We felt comfortable right off and relaxed and took our time with this recent purchase. People talk about kind and friendly but theres even a difference in that (sincerity and true caring) and Deets showed us that difference from start to finish. Like Princess and the Pea or The Three Bears - we probably sat in every seat in the place looking for the right seat for us. Not only did we find the right one but it was a fair price.Mary was awesome and Kyle Deets steeped up to help us get the item (in stock no less) promptly during this time of year. The delivery crew was so caring and accommodating as were all the girls in customer service with paperwork and financing. It was like a huge family ALL on the same page to help our own family out in every realistic way. So when they talk about the difference this is what we experienced and it was so refreshing!Through the years as our kids have grown we have bought a lot of furniture and furnishings in general. We arnt rich but appreciate quality and I must say the quality of Deets offerings are exceptional and we didnt have to order what we decided on, which so often is necessary nowadays.We will return for ourselves, refer our kids and grandkids when they are old enough!!Very VERY pleased and grateful that someone is still trying to provide real sincere and truly personable & caring service with a well supported staff - we will support such a great effort!!

Now I want to say I was in the market for a Pellet grill of some sort! I heard nothing but great things about the Traeger grills so I talked to Kyle Deets from Deets Furniture! We spoke for some time and he told me to come on down to the store for a more hands on approach! So I went to Deets Furniture store and they explained in great detail why a Traeger is the right choice! Well I ended up buying the Traeger Pro Series 34! I have smoked on this Traeger now a couple of times and I am forever sold on the Traeger products! The meat comes out so moist and tender I couldnt believe my eyes! Also Deets Furniture in Norfolk NE is a Platium dealer which means 100 percent top to bottom customer service on your purchase......So if you are in the market for a Pellet grill look into the Traeger products! You will not be disappointed!

If I could give this place a -10 I would. My husband and I went here wanting to spend a lot of money to refurnish our whole house. We had over $60,000....yes....$60,000 to spend to do every room we had. We spent over 20 mins there and not ONE single person came up to us and asked if we needed anything. I dont know if it was because we werent dressed to the 9s But not one person even looked our way. We left there empty handed and vow never to return. Sugar plum oak and NFM ended up furnishing our house. So the moral of the story is.....get better, or more sales ppl on the floor if you want to make sales.......
