Is Walmart everywhere you go in the country theres a Walmart thats open late this one wasnt open 24 hours but it was sufficient enough to get what I needed and of course it was following the covid rules of today I went there late as possible I think it was closing in like 5 minutes so its Walmart

Today this employee followed my mom and I around the store and kept violating our personal space... first when we were looking at clothing she BARGED past our cart pushing it out of her way without saying anything and the next time I had to answer a phone call by the bakery section and she REACHED OVER my cart to place a cupcake box from the top shelf to the bottom shelf. Why is this necessary?! Who is this older white female worker with shoulder length straight hair? She needs some sensitivity training or maybe to be fired...

Walmart is one of my favorite places to shop. When I thinking of going to buy groceries, summer clothes, accessories etc. Walmart is at the top of my list.

They have a quiet parking lot in which to sleep in.. my job makes it so I have to make a choice between sleeping at a truck stop(noisy) or somewhere else. Walmart usually has a quiet parking lot.. no semi trucks running in and out constantly like at the truck stop..

Kim at the Vision center assisted my father-in-law and was so kind and helpful. She went above and beyond in making sure he was taken care of, showing incredible patience and respect. I truly appreciate how she treated this dear man.

Made a small 15 item walmart pickup order to save time, ended up waiting 45 minutes after I checked in to get my groceries. They were bringing out orders for people that arrived well after me and I didnt receive mine until after I walked up to the door and complained.

It is very well stocked any and everything is right there for you too stock up. I just moved to Bloomington, IL.

So disappointing, went into the store this AM and long lines, not enough Walmart people!!! Plus many empty shelves...In the past 6 weeks I have had 4 orders, online and pickup with items that could not be provided, even though online showed the items in stock.My pickup delivery today 9-1-2021 of 3 items took 20 minutes to be delivered to my car. I looked at the items and notice 1 item missing: I ran after the delivery person and told him and he replied that the item was not in stock. Walmart performance has been steadily going down and is unsatisfactory. Fortunately for me I will be moving to Texas and will be able to shop at HEB!!!

If I could give it 0 star I would! Update your auto open time! I was there @ 7:30 to get an oil change and have my tires rotated, before I hit the field to farm. Trying to utilize my time as much as possible when the fields are still wet. They dont open till 8 FYI! Auto department folks werent so friendly when asked what time they open!

I know the store well, so that helps with shopping efficiency. Plus good prices, nice staff.

I ordered 4 tires online on 9/13. Its now 10/12. Ive been in contact with walmart customer service 4 times with 4 different people. Tonight, #4, I was told again my refund was being processed, but I will have to wait up to 48 hours to receive an email to verify my cancellation/refund. After that it will take an additional 10 to actually get my money back. This is the 3rd time Ive been told in the past 20 days that they are processing my refund. They lost my tires and wont return my money.The worst part is that Ive called the automotive center where they allegedly arrived. 5 times and not once has anybody answered the phone. Not once! How do you run a department in a store and never answer the phone? I wanted to buy tires at walmart in case Im out of town and I have a tire go out, theres always a walmart around to get it fixed at. Not with this kind of customer service.I never thought Id would ever consider suing walmart to get a refund for products they never delivered.

Its a Walmart. Everyone knows whats in it and what to expect. The employees are some of the nicest Ive ever come across in any Walmart. Its usually filled with college kids who have zero situational awareness and some of them come up and ask for money with really bad reasons why they want it- one said that he mowed a lawn and his lawn mowing money got stolen on the bus or something. It was pretty pathetic and I wanted to call him out on his obvious story, haha, but weve all been there. There are also a lot of middle aged people who you can tell are annoyed by said college kids and take it out on everyone else, not really caring if they run over your feet (while wearing sandals, Im looking at you blondie with a fringe leather vest that went out of style in the 70s., or run into the back of your legs. Not Walmarts fault by any means.. just watch your surroundings for these shoppers.Theres a guy in the lawn and garden department who is always really jolly and the greeters are super friendly.

Walmart is a necessary store, it provides cheap and affordable merchandise. However it is not the cleanest store, That’s not to say it it’s dirty but it is not the cleanest. I wish there was a bit more inspiration in the store as it is quite bland and the staff while not rude is not extremely welcoming. However due to what is expected from the store I would give this a four star rating.

RUDE!!!!! Ill find somewhere else to get my photos developed. Why only have 1 rude woman working when its busy?

Hello,My boyfriend, José, was treated so poorly at this Walmart! He was shopping using his Link card when some items weren’t covered so, he asked the employee who was working self-checkout if she void those items and return them. She proceeds to go through his entire cart item by item, and accuse him of stealing! He wasn’t stealing and just trying to return those items. UNBELIEVABLE. If I could give this Walmart a zero out of five stars I would!

Called the store to see if someone turned in an item I forgot in my cart. I requested to speak with customer service/ a manager/ someone who can give me an answer. Took 3 calls, an employee giving me attitude for requesting to speak with someone and telling me to come in and find out for myself, and wasting 22 min on hold before finally speaking to a manager. Worse customer service ever.

They have 3 stylists at Smart Style salon and business cards, that is the best Walmart I have seen, great deli like no other.

Do not order delivery for this walmart! I had ab 30 items in the cart and at least half was missing! not only that but the it said I was supposed to sign for my order so the guy was supposed to bring it to my door. yeah he didn’t and then left it outside! then I try calling the store to fix it, took 30 minutes to get ahold of them. then I get to customer service finally and had to go through this whole process cause they left out half my order and he was rude. I ask if they could just deliver the missing items and they say no I have to reorder and pick a time slot for a different day! wth don’t ever order here

I think this is a fine place to shop. I see alot of people overreacting on other reviews. Sometimes the store get packed and theres just not enough people to help check out and do their job at the same time. People need to be more understanding .

Had to go out of state...1300 miles to find a tank top I liked.

We had an issue with an item that rang up $10 more than what the sticker price was on the display unit. We went to customer service. The employee verified the pricing error and immediately refunded the difference. This is one time shopping at Walmart was a pleasant experience.

What can I say its Walmart. Fair prices on most things. They keep getting rid of brand name things I like and replacing them with their generic version which isnt always as good, so as a result we end up shopping for most foods elsewhere.

I needed a electric wheelchair n at first the guy I asked if he would call n check at the other end of the store for 1 for me he just sat n looked at me like who me ???????? Took his sweet time walking down there n didnt even look out the door to c if there mite b one outside so I had to walk on chuches to c if they had wat I needed in the dog isle for my dog was not happy at all cause I went to the same store the 25th of July n same thing except a lady that was a customer walked to the other end of the store n even looked outside for 1 for me came back n told me there was none no where so I tried to walk on crutches to get my food n I fell at the end of the coffee isle n a lady n a man helped .e up n I left my leg has been hurting ever sence I wont go back to the Normal store, EVER

I couldnt be happier to see my favorite Walmart back to normal! Didnt have to wear a mask and the employees are always helpful and friendly. I went early n loved that the store was empty. I went down more aisles than usual because it was so enjoyable to take my time.

Pricing on clothing a little higher here than in Texas. Waited for someone to come to dressing room for 45 minutes, was to open at 9:00, went to front desk asked for assistance 3 times, another lady went 3 times. Asked for a manager no show...urr. Come to find out the person who was to work there wasnt scheduled to come until 10:00. If you say it will open at 9:00 a.m. then have someone cover for her...very frustrating for a dozen people wanting to use dressing area. Just saying!!!Otherwise clean.

We went to check out an the lines were from the cashier at the front to the shoe department we had almost 200 dollars worth of food and we were not standing in line for an hour to get checked out so I found someone that worked there an told them to put it back we were not going to check out. every line was that way. It was 11 in the morning on Sunday . Self checkouts too. I do not want to go back there.

Went yesterday to pick up some things around 2 pm, at checkout only two registers open with long lines back to the main aisle not moving. I had to compel a manager to open another lane, which caused a confrontation with another customer questioning me. I feel they do this to force people to the self check lanes.

Teach some phone etiquette and while youre at it some customer service.

This is a terribly staffed place. They need to care a little more about their costumer service. We waited for over 20 minutes for someone in the sporting goods section and no one showed up to help. We even went to other sections to ask other employees for help and they would call someone to help us but they still wouldn’t show up. We ended up just leaving.

It very easy to find what I needed. Also the store was very clean and organized.

Im disabled and use the free pickup option at most stores to make it simple for my caretaker to get my groceries. This place substitutes food on every order I make! This time I only got 34 minutes to decide on the substitution then Walmart finalized the order. I shouldnt have to opt out of substitutions to begin with and much more then 30 min to see something was substituted before forcing me to buy it then IMPOSSIBLE to get them to credit my SNAP card back even though I never picked the groceries up because of them! Now another credit card I have on file is being charged and still I cant reach anyone to help me. Stay away from this store! At least the pick-up part anyway!

Tuesday is Topless Twosday at the Normal Walmart. Go au naturale and have a few drinks at the newly opened To the Wal wine bar that has opened up in the former Subway space. Come crack out free bacon Friday, sample bacons from around the world as you sip sample wines as you peruse the store. Best Walmart EVER. Topless ladies, free bacon, wine and really loud Jams from the likes of Alince in Chains and Led Zepplin blasted through their state of the art PA system.

The walmart itself is fine, however not having price tags all over the store so people have to download the app? No. Deleted immediately.

Its better when theres more than one employee working in a department. Sometimes customers feel lost because there is no one to help them.

Market Street Walmart is the store I prefer to go to as the Walmart the only problem is they have all those cash registers and none of them are open I feel that they should have it open more and if theyre packed then they need to call up more cash registers or having managers come run the cash registers to get your customers in and out a lot faster

Did a curb side pickup. It was great. However, items available to buy on the website did not reflect what is inventory which was a bit disappointing.

Had everything I needed and no problems finding them.

This Walmart is losing its appeal and Im thinking about not shopping there altogether. The shelves are always empty theres hardly the things you need there and its so sloppy and unorganized. They want to give you a hard time about things that need to be exchanged. They need to do better

Tried the car side pick up, massive failure. The instructions online are wrong, oh, I tried and after 15 minutes I called into the store. Then, I was told to drive around the back of the store. If you dont know already how to get your car side delivery, good luck!

Absolutely hate shopping at Walmart

Went to store pick up. Pick up from 7 pm to 8pm. I arrive at 7:55. Call the number, no answer. Call 5 more times no answer. Finally get the customer service number for the store. The assistant manager says the store pickup closes at 8pm...nothing about that is disclosed in the order. The workers must have cut out early. Any ways assistant manager says they don’t know how to fill the order.

Good workers but not enough help when you need it you actually have to go find someone for help then when you finally find someone they really dont have any idea where what you are looking for is dont know why that is WalMart is a big store and they should have more floor people to help the customers out thanks tho WalMart for having just about everything we need

I had to wait in the parking lot for a pick up order for almost an hour. They had no idea what happened to the 2 items I had purchased for pick up.

I like that they are open late (excluding some holidays) and that it is a 1-stop shop. Staff is frequently working to bring in carts, ring up customers, and stocking shelves. I go in, grab my stuff, and leave. Their prices are usually lower than other places around town.

The quality of the produce at this location is extremely bad. Every fruit or vegetable I picked up was rotten or almost rotten.

Carts not always available. Limits my being being able to shop. Physically disabled.
