This is a great store with friendly and helpful staff, a fantastic selection, and solid prices. I didnt intend to but I really put their customer service to the test. I bought several bottles of spirits and got so caught up that I forgot to check the two that were in tubes...naturally, since I didnt check, it turned out that there was an issue with one. I didnt find out until after theyd closed so I called the next morning and spoke with Kevin. It couldnt be helped that its an awkward situation because, not knowing me, I understand it being suspicious. Nonetheless, Kevin took care of me and Im extremely grateful for the excellent service. I wish I lived in the area but, since I dont, Ill give them as much business as possible.

Check the dates!! Todays date is May 2nd 2020 and I seriously just picked up a bottle of margarita mix that expired in April of 2019. Went to the beer aisle picked up a six-pack of beer on sale and that also was expired from over a year ago. It takes a very long time for beer in a can to expire which makes me question how long some of these items have been sitting on the the shelf... The staff is nice, but I wont be back for any expired alcohol anytime soon.

This is my favorite liquor store in all of Norman. Kevin at the front is THE DUDE and always willing to stop and say hi or help you in any way he can. Prices are good, but I always go just to say hi and get that ole fuzzy college town liquor store feeling. 10/10 would get hammered because of this place again.

So helpful and largest selection in Norman

Employee/manager refused to wear a mask and even approached us after we asked him to wear his mask before helping us.Prices were also at least twice what they should have been for the item we were looking for. If you value your health or wallet stay away. Also the manager was super creepy when they responded to my review last time.

This is my favorite liquor store in Norman! Mainly because of the customer service. Forgive the spelling please, but Kayvon is always very friendly, remembers my name, and has pleasant conversation! The prices are cheap. I bought a whole set with a big bottle of Tequila and two shot glasses for only $20! Highly recommend!

Kevin answered the phone three minutes before close on Christmas Eve and pretty much asked me how far away I was, and I told him ten minutes he said come through! He stayed open after close to help me get what I needed to pair with one of my husbands gifts this year. Wonderful place, very knowledgeable about their alcohols and a large selection. Don’t go anywhere else.

Huge selection of prairie beer which is a big plus for me, but the employees are always really nice and helpful. They will even special order certain products in single units and not require you to buy a case which is really cool. Lots of great beer and spirits!

Was 20 and change for 750ml of vodka, yet 1L of the same vodka was 31 dollars before tax. If you do the math you realize that makes absolutely no sense. I brought it to the attention of the worker there in case there was a mistake and she gave me this I dont know, I just work here, I dont care type response. I didnt appreciate that. I probably wont be going back.

Been a regular patron for a while now. I started going there because I could get some cheap beer at even cheaper prices. I still go there, though my tastes have changes a bit (no more Lost Lake for this fella). The prices are fair, the people are nice, the booze is good. They know their product and can easily give you a recommendation. I intend to continue being a patron. I highly recommend University Liquors to anyone in Norman.

This liquor store has some of the lowest prices and best selection Ive seen in Norman. I especially appreciate the large clearance sections. I will say, as Im relatively new to liquor stores in general, that the store would benefit from both better organization and perhaps some signs. All in all, good value and good selection.

I can not express the extensive selection of spirits. The best place for gourmet chefs and fine spirit enthusiasts. The staff is reserved, but when ask directly with your needs they are helpful and extremely knowledgeable. You are missing out if you do not visit University liquor in Norman Oklahoma.

Average prices, excellent selection. My biggest gripe about this place though is I think the people that run this place are hoarders. There is a 95% chance you are going to bang your toe on one of the umpteen boxes half filled with liquor or wine laying all over or having to turn sideways to get through the ceiling-high boxes of product. I wanted to buy some Old Style but it went out of date 10 months ago.... probably because you have to almost dig to get to it. I never see this place insanely busy, so I dont know why there is Byrons Liquor Warehouse amounts of product crammed into a place 1/3 the size.
